Thank you to everyone who has read this. This is the first book I have ever written and I was very undecided on whether to publish it or not. I know it's not perfect, but I still enjoyed writing it. Thank you for sticking with me, and please message or leave comments to let me know if you have any other questions. I will be glad to answer them all. Special thanks to my sister, Naomi Nolen, for helping edit this book and helping me with some of the plot. You were such a big help! It took me about 7 months to get this book written and it was definitely a trying seven months. I experienced writer's block in about the third month and took a month long break before writing again. I am currently working on another book, but for those of you that really like My Demons I have an announcement.
My Demons is going to be a sequel!
After much encouragement from friends, I decided to make this book into a sequel. I am pretty excited to get started on it. My Demons was going to be one book on its own, but when I made the decision to let Tess live in the end (this was a much debated choice), I knew this book needed a sequel. The second book will be from RoseAnn's prospective as she takes on the new world and her new powers. Once I finish Borderlines (my new book), I will begin writing My Angels.

Touch is a story about a boy named James, and his friends: a group of young, superpowered people brought together by trauma; all trying, in their own ways, to come to terms with what that trauma means to them and who they want to be in response to it. It's my first time writing a story so you might spot a lot of amateur mistakes but feel free to criticize my writing as much as you like. Anyways, to give you a quick idea of what the story is all about, the original title of this novel was supposed to be "The Yankee in Another World" but when I thought about writing that in the cover I immediately thought 'HELL NAW' and went with a different one and I feel like the new title captures the essence of this story more. because although it's categorized as an Isekai, the story is more focused on redemption rather than the Isekai fantasy. Hopefully, I'll be able to update this synopsis once I thought of one.
