A man catching his breathe… a boy about 15 years of age…

As he foolishly stared at the world below him, more than a minute passed by, and in the next instance, a falling sensation made him close his eyes so hard that his whole face began to tighten.

As the boy was beginning to get more and more confused and frightened by what was currently happening, the boy’s father then lifted the boy in front of him which lead to the current situation.

A situation where the boy was seemingly confused if everything was just a product of his dreams or imagination, and nothing of what just happened was real.

“Xian’er, my son, keep this…” As the boy was confused, his father suddenly presented him a silver ring and placed it on the middle finger of his right hand.

Suddenly, a bright light made the boy close his eyes, and in the next moment, he was shocked to see that the ring that his father placed on his middle finger suddenly disappeared.

Shocked, he suddenly noticed that at the base of his middle finger, a tiny, black circular line perfectly meshing with his skin could be found.

When he saw this, he once again looked at his father as more and more questions popped out inside his mind. He wanted his father to give him an explanation and tell him if he was just dreaming or something.

Everything was just complex, confusing and shocking. The boy’s emotions were stirred and he just couldn’t calm himself down anymore.

With each word of his father, the boy felt anxiousness spreading throughout his body. True, he was clueless about what was happening. However, from the terrified tone of his father, whatever was happening right now, was something serious.

“Father, what’s happening? I…” The boy asked. He couldn’t keep his mouth shut anymore. Although he didn’t know if it was the right question to ask, he just said it anyway.

With a wry smile, the boy’s father patted his head and tightly hugged him. As his father hugged him, his father spoke, “Xian’er, I don’t know about the views that you have about this world. But… now that they have appeared, earth is not a suitable place for you anymore. You need to return to that place, you need to continue your life there… because that is your true home and it seems like that place is calling for you.”
