"Mom, mom, bring this clothes too," the shrill sound of Yan nagging mother can be heard by me in the next room.

I come back to my mother bedroom after preparing my mother's business documents, then reprimand her a little "Yan, mom isn't going picnic you know. She can buy new clothes there."

Yan is pouting but I pretend don't see her. I walk to the bed and put the documents next to my mother's suitcase, then checking it once again to make sure there nothing left behind.

"This one is the tax sheets, this one is health department approval from Grint clan, this one is ..." I'm explaining each of necessary document while stacking it in her bag.

Mom's silently nodding while hearing my explanation, and occasionally asks a few questions about vague things in the documents.

"That much more than I expected," mom sighed after hearing me elucidate some points.

"Well, that's a business mom."

"I know, I know. My son is the smartest," she says while hugging me.

"Mom, it embarrassing, Yan and Rin are looking."

"What embarrassing, we are family. Come here you all give me a big hug."

After hearing my mom words, Rin prepared to run outside but immediately got caught by mom. Mom hugged all three of us got hugged for god knows how long until finally she release us after Rin is gasping for breath.

After Rin ‘successfully’ get out from mom hug, she runs behind me glared at mom angrily like a cat while snuffling. We're laughing after looking at her reaction, and then mom caresses her head to calm her down. In just a few gentle strokes from my mom, Rin's expression softened already. As expected of my mom, she can make Rin tranquil easily.

When I'm preparing thing for my mother tomorrow carefully, I don't even notice that the sun is already passing over my head, it already afternoon. It seems I won't go to work today, but oh well, Dana can take care of that, he often substituting me when I can't come to that medical facility.

Even though looking at people's unique constitutions is intrigued me and made me build a special medical facility to especially research it. Still, those things aren't my first priority like my family.

I know the real reason though, it because the poor people in the main continent can't get proper medicament, and they frequently sick and die because of curable illness.

It basically a sense of justice inside my mother kick in. Not like I hate it though.

Local pharmaceutical afraid lose their exclusivity because of my mother cheap medicine, so they complain to Aracorv clan member. Now, it's risking my mother permits to do business in the main continent.

That Aracorv guy just wants a bribe from local pharmaceutical, take some profits in people problem. It seems he wants my mother pulls back her business from the main continent just for another piece of golds.

Giving him another bribe is a bad choice because he is the unsatiable type, it will calm him for a moment and then he will ask another again and again. So, my mother wants to settle it once and for all.

If it's for me to decide, I say let those people die.

If the ruler doesn't even consider people as the pillar of his dynasty, what right do we to get another say?

However, I know how hardheaded my mother is after deciding something. So, what I can do right now is helping protect her from any danger.

I leave my mother who still read the documents again and goes to the front of my house, looking at the serene blue sky with white clouds covering most of it. I take my breath while thinking for a few moments.

"Caldrew," I say with a muffled voice.

In that instant, a man with black clothes covering his whole body appears behind me. He's looking at me, waiting for what I say next.

"Gather some mercenaries, bring them to protect my mother from tomorrow on. Get the mission seal from Dana. You have permission to give commands to mercenaries in the main continent if you deem necessary."

After hearing my words, he nods and immediately disappears from this place.
