This might all feel like a sport to some

but life isn’t something to take so lightly.

While there may be more anguish to come

one could assert it couldn’t be more crappy.

Despite these hard times, try not to despair

for nothing lasts forever, both decent or poor.

Regardless if the outcome is biased or fair

we need to keep looking for that next door.

For the game is never over as long as we live

so stop acting like it’s the end of the universe.

We need to get over things, and even forgive

before our own poison makes things worse.

They’ll be a bounty of chances in this life cycle

don’t waste any of them being so damn spiteful.
