So, you want to make your very own monster?

The outside world is polluted with mana which causes extreme mutations in the flora and fauna, particularly in the region surrounding the City of Grandesia.

Our heroes will have to navigate this treacherous environment at various points throughout the story…. (Possibly a lot, depending how you guys vote in the polls later.)

If you want to influence the creatures that populate the world, then here is the basic information that will help me do that!

Here is an example of the form filled out for the beheflea:

Discrete Parts: Abdomen (if squished, the beheflea will stop flying and flounder around on the ground)

Concept: Fleas with wings that have a mutually beneficial relationship with their hosts, behemoths. They will attack the enemy under certain situations, and also cast spells to heal the wounds of its behemoth. The beheflea has just enough mana for a small [Cure] spell.

Drops: None

Nothing in the compendium is obligatory to read, not even for making your own mutants. It's pretty much a spruced up version of my notes for the setting, updated as stuff is revealed in the story. Feel free to peruse it as you like!

Feel free to suggest monsters as the story progresses! You might want to make some weaker mobs for now and harder stuff once 281 and 704 have leveled up some more later on.

Lastly, I do reserve creative freedom, primarily to make sure nothing breaks the story. (No OP monsters unless you want 281 and 704 to die!) What ends up in the story might deviate from your suggestions, only because a good story that we all enjoy takes priority. I will always do my best to make every monster shine in the best light (before they get killed for our entertainment) XD
