Once again, a notification mocking my failed attempt.

“That armor really interfering with my skill,” I can’t help mumbling when looking down.

Each minute, new fighter coming from that exact same spot. Good news is they still not realize that I’m upside here, and the bad news is each time they pop out, it lowers my chance to escape.

I silent looking at the system window, after a while I ask again, “How much my chance to escape with time travel skill?”

“Damn, that small? That calculation already includes those armors ability right,” I said.

I’m sighing, let out a relief, if my chance to escape even without armors effect is just 2%, then I’m really fucked up. Observing at the people below me, I can’t help but lament why they so eager to kill me who from the parallel universe.

Well, there are many possibilities I can think about why they want to kill me. With my personalities, I bound to have many enemies. They probably the victim and want to have their revenge here.

But, whatever their reason, my desire for survival always above their whatever misery. If it to preserve my life, I won’t hesitate to sacrifice all of them.

An unusual sight happens in the space, a dragon and many bubbles flying around attacking one man. His movement is natural, evading the attacks like a bird in the sky.

Xin movement is precise, he found an opening when Nathan boasted and he takes it, his previously thin presence become thinner and vanished from his spot. After that he emerges behind Nathan, trying to cut his neck with his two black swords and nearly succeed. Unfortunately, Nathan’s survival instinct save him in the end, mitigating his loss to just one arm. When Nathan wanted to counterattack, he already disappears into the shadow, waiting for another chance.

“Dammit, me and my overconfidence,” he cursed again when looking at slow rate of his regeneration, he can’t focus the power to regeneration when avoiding their attacks, and he doesn’t want to risk using his unstable element, so he plays it safe, and let his passive skills do its job.

Nathan’s dancing between seas of attack. He never let his concentration down in this barrage of attack, this scale of the attack is manageable, however, Xin looking from his back creepily, waiting for another opening, so he can’t slack.

This farce continues nearly half an hour, Nathan’s left hand already regenerated and its functionality is slowly coming back. He’s gripping his hand, feeling his elemental power sometimes become stable for a moment, after a while, he could feel when it will happen.

He’s smirking and planning to use that brief stable moment for attacking with his element.

The moon has frozen and shattered, those rubbles changing into light particles. I succeed to avoid immediate death but right now an immediate problem is in front of me.

More and more people gathered around me, and from their conversation, the woman in front of me is their leader. I observe my surrounding, but still can’t find the sign of ‘it’ between all of them.

I don’t care what will happen and spamming time travel skill hoping one of them can bring me to the past. But each one of them is always failed, I think those armors around me really lower my chance to rock bottom, until miracle finally happen, but I need to wait 10 seconds to establish a link.

It isn’t strange considering he can survive until now, he bound to have one or two trump card.

“Where your previous confidence?” He taunting them repeatedly in their battle, but even so, he still won’t let guard down like before, because Xin still hiding somewhere watching in the shadow, and even when he got fatally injured, he can threaten Nathan, if he attacks without regarding his life.

However, if they can easily be taunted, they won’t last this long. So they still thread this battle carefully with purpose stall as long as they can.

Nathan observing their expression and conclude that taunting is useless, so he just shut up and focusing to attack. Each of his attacks is ferocious, and slowly the wounded he inflicted more fatal in each attack.

In just matter of minutes, the battle will come to an end. Juexi already collapsed with blood gushing from the holes and become humanoid again, while Kinana can’t use bubbles as many as before and her element becomes more and more unstable.

“Do any of you want to say any last word,” With a grin he walking towards them.

“Remember this…” Kinana said while looking at Nathan’s eyes, she coughing blood and said again, “Go to hell.”

Immediately at that moment, someone teleported behind Nathan. He knows it isn’t Xin because he will be more stealthy and always choose the perfect timing to inflict a serious blow. This person when he appeared behind him, immediately shouting his ability, obviously an amateur.

Second, the resistance never steps in this particular universe again, and third, stop whatever you do with ‘me’ from this reality. This conditions valid for 10 years of your aging”

Tyrell stunned hearing his proposal, he’s looking towards Kinana. When she hearing it, she stunned too but immediately regained her calmness.

Nathan rarely swearing on his name but every time he did, he never broke it, even if it harms his interest.

“Okay, make it twenty and he can say his identity. However, for stopping what Senwyn do, I can’t agree. Our side will still try to stop you,” She tempted already but still tried to bargain.

Hearing Senwyn’s counteroffer, Nathan silent for a moment, one word comes out from his mouth.

Kinana who seeing Nathan’s fast response can’t help to suspicious, but she can’t find anything weird, so she looks at Tyrell and nod. Tyrell looking at her sighed, knowing this is the best option for them.

“What do you want to know?” Tyrell says.

I’m betting these people is great enough to become a threat to myself in their timeline. Based on their action until now, the probability of me and another version of me have the same personality is very high. “Well, you must go through us first,” Kinana said with a smile. With Dhana ability, she confident can stall another half hours.

“Well, aren’t you a confident one. That’s good quality for a strategist, but you make a wrong move,” he said with a smile, he raises his hand forward with his middle finger pressing his thumb.

“What did you…” Kinana stopped talking in mid-sentence, felt an ominous feeling.

All this time she always wondering how Nathan’s got here, no, how did he know the existence of this timeline in the first place. She is a cautious person and won’t make mistake in arrangement to make this operation as secret as possible. She made many prevention plans to make sure this information doesn't leak to Nathan’s ear.

When she thought of what tactics they do wrong, she can’t find it, she doesn’t do any mistake. It’s actually impossible for Nathan to knows the gate.

But what if, the problem isn’t at the tactics but on the fundamental level, what if the problem is that. Something that she will deny because of trust between comrade who already walking the blood path together. Then it will fit, all of it will fit, either the reason of why Nathan know why they here, and why he said I made mistake after Dhana healing them.

When she thinks all of it in seconds, her face can’t be any graver than this.

She immediately turns around want to warn Senwyn who still don’t know anything yet, but, “Too late,” Nathan said.
