Subject: your support

Honey,

Your words are reassuring. The feeling that you are with me gives me strength. As you said, if something happens, it should be because we love too much, not because we love lesser.

Changing religion and all comes later. But language is a problem. My parents and most of the relatives don't talk English, even if they know it. Some, including my mother, never talks English, even if she knows a little bit. They will, of course, feel difficulty in communication with you.

There is nothing against have dinner with all family members. But then, in our family, we don't eat together. We all eat at different times. It is not because of any rule. Maybe because our father was away in the army for a long time, we didn't have many contacts.

You are right about the mindset and character of the family and the bride. How long will you stay in the house doing the internet and writing somethings? There won't be anyone who can talk with you in your language. English, is ok, you may find some people. But you know there will be always a distance.

But one good thing which gives me hope is that once my mother has indicated moving to Bangalore. She was serious at that time. Moving to Bangalore is good for my career also and for you also. Because Bangalore is a metropolitan city where you can mingle with lots of people. If this shifting to Bangalore comes true, we have some hope.

I will try to convince them to live in a different country. If I succeed we have more hope. Then comes the difficulty of finding a country and a high paying job. My brother has to get a job there. My sister has to be married.

We have a ray of hope, even if it appears dim. We will look for the shine.

What are the chances of settling in your country? To find a job for me may not be that difficult. But to settle there need so many other formalities, right? The US seems to be the best option. The language problem of my parents will again come into the picture, but if they are ready to move to Bangalore, they should be ready to move to any other country. Because Bangalore also has a different language.

I need your support everywhere. In all my ups and downs. I will do all I can. I even pray!

Yours

Kamal
