I was not thinking of that security company person when I called you. I said that because I had bought a gift for you, but since I sent it late, we won't get it on your B'day. So similar to V'day, here also I was late. That is why I told you. I didn't mean to sound sad. Actually there was nothing other than Happy Birthday to tell you, I called up because I wanted to hear your voice. Calling you from here is much cheaper than calling from India. With 50 Marks, (around 25US dollars) I can call you for around 2 hours.

Now you reminded me too of our age difference and the future problems. Have you ever thought about what will happen if your family opposes our relationship? To think of all these, no, not on such a good day. Your B'day is a happy day for me because you are special. One other thing, when I called you is that I wanted to make sure that you will enjoy your birthday. Yes, this you have to promise me. Give a treat to someone, maybe Josephine or Melody or Kelvin. That way you can also enjoy food and the occasion.

Money, I know is a problem for our telephone talks as well as meetings. I could not give you the money you gave me during my visit to S city, because of your bank problems.
