I did send a mail yesterday. Today also, I haven't got the letter from our company. I am frustrated and disappointed. They are delaying it purposefully to make sure that I won't leave the company. Tomorrow, if I don't get the letter, I will go to our head and ask him directly. He is a good person.

I don't know what will happen to tickets. I think it is better if you can block the tickets. If in case I don't get the tickets, I can use them. You don't have to book, but just block them, ok? From tomorrow onwards I won't get your mail, right? I will try to call you sometime. I want to talk to you. I am very much frustrated with our personal department. Now I understand how you feel about your co-workers who don't do their job.
