"The spring breeze is so cooling at night!" Wu Bai Wan shouts while stretching both of his hands forward. He then looks around and sees the playground, he slowly walks into the playground and a faint smile gently appears on his face as he sits down on the swing.

At the same time Xiao Ying Ya also walks towards the slide and starts reminiscing about the past, in her mind three kids are taking turns going down the slide until one of them suddenly shouts in pain.

"Yang Guang do you still remember that time we played at this playground?” Wu Bai Wan asks Yang Guang who is standing there taking a trip down memory lane in his mind.

Yang Guang turn his head towards Wu Bai Wan and start speaking with a nostalgic tone. "Of course I'm the one who bring you both here, those times were the best."

"But in the end we still got caught." Wu Bai Wan said while pointing at his ear.

This causes Yang Guang to remember a certain memory that had become cloudy in his mind thanks to the passage of time.

Nine years ago.

A little boy is running towards the ladder of a slide in a playground, when he reached the ladder another little boy with curly hair is climbing the ladder slowly. The little boy under the ladder shouted to his friend. "Bai Wan climb faster."

"I can't go any faster than this; tomboy is in front of me enjoying the view." Wu Bai Wan said while pointing at Xiao Ying Ya who is looking at the ground from the top of the ladder.

Yang Guang could not wait any longer so he also started climbing until he reached where Wu Bai Wan stopped, he then told Wu Bai Wan to push Xiao Ying Ya up with him supporting him from behind.

Wu Bai Wan don’t really wanted to do this but being sandwiched in between Yang Guang and Xiao Ying Ya he had no choice but to obliged, he started pushing Xiao Ying Ya slowly but surely with Yang Guang the little cheerleader cheering him on he finally got Xiao Ying Ya to move upwards.

The three of them stood at the top of the slide gazing at the grand blue sky, Yang Guang suddenly patted Xiao Ying Ya on her shoulder and said. "Next time let us enjoy the view with you too."

ARHHH GRANDPA STOP STOP STOP IT HURTS!

Yang Guang shouted from the top of his lungs.

Xiao Ying Ya and Wu Bai Wan quickly turned their heads, what they saw is an old man pulling Yang Guang's ear with an angry face that looks like a demon.

"Kids shouldn't sneak out and play alone, especially when there are so many psychos out here! Do you three know how worried your parents are?" Yang Dou Wang shouted into Yang Guang's ear. He then continues to pull Yang Guang's ear throughout their journey home, causing his ear to become red and swollen like a chill pepper.

"Ah I remembered that too, after we got home all of us got punished but Yang Guang suffered the most because he is the one who brought us to the playground." Xiao Ying Ya who is now standing beside them also chimed in.

Yang Guang glare at Wu Bai Wan and Xiao Ying Ya while cracking his knuckles, his voice becomes a little deep while saying. "So I suffered the most back then right? Tonight I'm hunting alone to cool down you both can go on a date together."

"Fuck why I'm stuck with this idiot." Xiao Ying Ya quickly distances herself from Wu Bai Wan, she then walks up to Yang Guang and demands that he takes Wu Bai Wan with him.

"That should be my line." Wu Bai Wan also walks up to Yang Guang demanding the same thing.

Yang Guang sneers at the both of them and walks to Yu Chen. "Tonight you are going with the both of them." he said. He then turn around and shouts. "And the both of you must be together at all times, take this as training when the both of you get married and have a child."

YANG GUANG COME BACK HERE!

The both of them shouted together at the same time, dusts on the playground are kick up by them both of them rushing forward chasing after Yang Guang. In the end Yang Guang is one step ahead of them and disappears into the night.

"Come on let go too, sooner or later we will probably meet up Yang Guang." Wu Bai Wan said with a smirk on his face.

The three of them walked around the city killing damn creatures and exorcising spirits along the way, when Wu Bai Wan and Xiao Ying Ya stopped and took a small break Yu Chen walked in front of them and tried to say something.

"Umm seniors I have something I wanted to ask the both of you for quite a while." Yu Chen asked while being nervous.

Xiao Ying Ya and Wu Bai Wan looks at each other for a few seconds, the both of them then turn their head back towards Yu Chen and nods.

"Which one of you is Yang Guang's partner?" Yu Chen asked seriously.

Xiao Ying Ya and Wu Bai Wan look at each other once more, and then they start to laugh causing Yu Chen to be confused by their action.

"You have been thinking too much, neither of us are not Yang Guang's partner." Xiao Ying Ya said with a carefree tone in her voice.

Yu Chen looks at the both of them who are smiling, the confusion in his head keep on increasing every second.

"What are the both of you talking about?" Yu Chen asked his voice contains a sense of urgency and curiosity.

This time it is Wu Bai Wan's turn to speak. "The three of us leave in different cities how can we become partners?"

Xiao Ying Ya nods and continues. "The both of us occasionally visits Yang Guang plus we can't really work together that well."

"But what about trap world that Yang Guang used with Wu Bai Wan or your combat abilities matching Yang Guang strength?" Yu Chen asked once more this time even more frantically, all the ideas that he once had in his mind is slowly being shattered bit by bit.

"Yang Guang and I could use trap world because of my commands, try imagining that fight we had if I didn't tell Yang Guang when to jump. He would probably be barbecued right now." Wu Bai Wan said casually.

"For my case I can fight alongside Yang Guang but the both of us don’t have any synergy at all." Xiao Ying Ya too said casually. Without waiting for Yu Chen to ask another question she quickly says. "Yang Guang told me about him wanting to be your partner before, he said you have potential and he might be able to work with you until you leave."

"He said that?" Yu Chen asked in shock he always thought that he was dead weight, a burden to Yang Guang all this time but instead Yang Guang said he have potential.

"So are you going to accept him as your partner?" Xiao Ying Ya asked Yu Chen, a sweet smile appear on her face after she had finish talking.

Suddenly Yu Chen felt something on his shoulder, he turns around and sees Yang Guang behind him, and Yang Guang slowly opens his mouth and asks. "So what is your answer? I had been waiting for your reply for days already."

"I thought that I heard wrongly that night, but now you are in front of me asking me the same question once more. If I say no now after letting you wait so long that would be quite rude right?" Yu Chen asked for one last time but unlike before he is much happier much more free.

Yang Guang, Wu Bai Wan and Xiao Ying Ya the three friends form childhood till now nods in unison.

"My answer is yes."

Yang Guang extends his hand towards Yu Chen and says with a carefree tone. "Welcome to Song City."
