However, my stomach was now incredibly full, filled to the brim with pieces and the meat of the recently deceased Black Sea Devil Angler Fish unhatched younglings that I"ve killed and ate.

The extra weight onto my body is now slowing me down, and causing my stomach to bulge out uncomfortably. It almost made me resembles a pregnant fish, which was a certainly little bit displeasing to look at.

The fourth task that was given by the system, it doesn"t really seem to be that hard to accomplish, abate it is important to the user"s growth and affects their future potential.

If you choose to upgrade a specific part of your body wrongly, it could literally have drastic negative effects on the user"s body.

For instance, if the user were to upgrade the back tail fins with mutation points up till a certain level.

As the user then gradually levels up their base level, and slowly reaches maturity and adult. Their back tail fin would be slightly larger than the average fish of the same race, as this is because of the growth correction caused by the upgraded mutation.

I"ve then spend my all remaining 4 mutation points, that I"ve recently gathered from as quest rewards completing simple task.

I"ve put 1 unallocated mutation points into upgrading my {small side fins} to level 2.

It was then that I experience a momentarily electric shock, as my body then corrected itself its own growth with the correction thanks to the whole mutation system.

The next few seconds, I then felt a slight itchy feeling upon the side fins of my body, as they unknowingly expanded in length by a couple of millimetres.

And then following along those lines, I"ve invested four out of my six total mutation points into the {Small Tail Fin}, thereby upgrading it from level 1 to level 5.

Immediately after the upgrade, I could instinctively feel an tingling sensation emanating throughout my entire body. As bone breaking noise could be heard reverbrating throughout the vast open waters.

I heard that sounds travels much faster in water than in air.

This is because sound waves travel much faster in denser substances, because the neighboring particles are more closer to each other, which will certainly allow them easily to bump into one another more often, thereby transferring the sound waves.

The length of my back tail fin rapidly elongated by an inch or two. A longer back tail fin will allow me for a much better forward propulsion.

The back tail fin of a fish is usually called a caudal fin, and what fishes or sea creatures used in order to swim. By kicking it back and forth in order to properly propel themselves forwards.

A bigger back tail, with a much larger surface area, will allow for me to push through hard water much easier, thereby propelling me forwards.

After the upgrade, I could feel slight toothache, as my small teeths rapidly lengthens by a few millimetres and started hardening in the process.

As you would upgrade the teeths using the mutation points, the size of the teeth would drastically increase in proportion to the grade of the mutation.

With the durability of the tooth increasing too, thereby preventing the possibility of a chipping or broken tooth.

For a creature in the wild, a broken tooth can sometimes have a drastic effects upon the lifestyle of a creature. As without teeths, you properly aren"t able to chew properly, or separate meat with each bite.

And for obvious carnivorous sea creatures like me, our teeths are primarily our main weapon that is quite often used to hunt our food and prey.

As we used our razor sharp rows of alignes teeths to bite each other to the death. Slowly, chipping away at our enemy"s health until we are the last standing, thereby pronounce as the victor of the fight.

For the victor of the fight thereby gains the spoils of the fight, and the right to consume the flesh and meat of the loser. Whilst, the loser loses everything, including their own life.

Life in the wild is much harder than you think, especially for those living in the vast deep sea ocean, where food isn"t always plentiful.

And anything, literally everything around the corner could possibly kill you within seconds.

I then slowly waited for my small stomach to digest the food that I"ve just recently eaten, not so long ago.

In the meantime, I started counting inside of my head, and slowly explored my entire surroundings.

I didn"t move that far away from the den where I was born, but I"ve kept a steady close observation of my entire surroundings. Keeping a close eye for any undiscernible objects or entity that manages to caught my eye.

After having spend a prolonged amount of time within the darkness, my eyesight slowly started to improve and I managed to skill proficiency for my passive {Night Vision} skill.

Counting from one to a hundred is a quick way to pass the time, as I unknowingly managed to unlocked a new skill.

In my previous life, I generally hated math, but it wasn"t always like that in the beginning.

Things weren"t always that hard at the beginning, as it was much easier, and problem solving was alot of fun to solve in lesson taught by an enthusiastic math teacher.

But as you steadily advance in your school years, math started to become progressively harder and alot less fun, but with added more symbols, equations, and mathematical formulas to make it all the more difficulter.

"At least, there is no mathematics equations and pythagorus theorem to solve." I thought so to myself as I continued counting to pass the time.

After counting for some time, I"ve managed to have accumulated enough skill proficiency to levelled up the skill {Basic Mathematics} to level 2.

With each taking a total of a hundred skill levels in order to be upgraded to the next skill grade or tier.

After some time, I then immediately noticed that the number of deep sea Black Sea Devil Angler Fish egg, within the facility, has gone down quite a bit.

This is because the eggs are rapidly hatching, with the number of unhatched Black Sea Devil Angler Fish egg quickly dwindling. And one by one, a young small infant Black Sea Devil Angler Fish would begin to hatch and then steadily emerge out from the comforts of their eggs.

"There"s no time!" I hurriedly thought so to myself.

But, as a result from continuous eating and forced feeding myself. My little small stomach was now full, greatly overfilled with all the food that I"ve ate, and is currently bulging in size.

That it now sort of made me resembles a pull up puffer fish, or more like a frog with a bulging throat filled with air.

After the recent levelling up, I could instinctively feel that my body has slightly grown, as my bulging stomach is then reduced in size by a little bit.

My maximum hunger bar has definitely been increased by a certain bit, which certainly sort of help lessening the load on my small stomach.

At the same time, due to my {Underdeveloped Stomach} mutation skill, it takes two to three times longer in order to digest food than the other races of Angler Fishes

As this is because the male deep sea Black Sea Devil Angler Fish are designed not to be hunters, but rather as a parasite and scavenger. They feed off of the remains of others.

An average adult male deep sea Black Sea Devil Angler Fish lifespan would be about two to three months.

And once a male deep sea Black Sea Devil Angler Fish reaches adolescent, they would then go out in the deep sea to search for a mate to breed with.

The male adult Black Sea Devil Angler Fish would then begin to physically attach itself to the main body of their female counterpart; biting the skin of the female deep sea Black Sea Devil Angler Fish, and sinking their teeths into the female Black Sea Devil Angler Fish"s skin.

The male adult Black Sea Devil Angler Fish would then inject an acidic enzymes into the female Black Sea Devil Angler Fish.

The acidic enzymes would then burn the skin of the female Black Sea Devil Angler Fish and the mouth of the male Black Sea Devil Angler Fish, thereby melding the two sea creature together.

Blood vessels would then slowly be intertwined and be connected between the two. With the female Black Sea Devil Angler Fish sharing it"s own nutrients with the male Black Sea Devil Angler Fish, and the male Black Sea Devil Angler Fish parasitise off of the female deep sea Black Sea Devil Angler Fish.
