《The Exile》End

The sun shined over the horizon ignoring the near catastrophe that could’ve happened. Kayden walked through the snow-covered stone floors, drawing his breath slowly, and exhaling in the comfort he’s been trying to locate for so long. He didn’t feel at home. He wasn’t going to be looked at as one of them.
But he was okay with that. He accepted it. A necessary evil to combat the unnecessary wickedness that may decide to return.
Amy and Kearney looked at him with an gaze of acceptance. They learned that sometimes what they learn is not what they will experience. They were told this person was the devil in the flesh, the heart of megiddo, or some tool from hell. Yet, they witnessed a person who was more than willing to sacrifice himself to save the same people who turned their backs on him. They knew that something unexplainable followed the “Hell Walker”, something divine. Even if Kayden doesn’t want to admit it, but there is someone above who doesn’t want to see him go yet.
“So what now!?” Amy yelled over to Kayden.
“I don't know.” Kayden sighed. All he could do was sit on the floor and try to absorb as much peace as he can take before he was casted away to another city, one that didn't get ambushed by Zare and his kin.
“I guess this is where we part.” Kearney stood next to Kayden.
“I guess so,” Kayden smirked, “You got a good partner, don't take it lightly.”
“I don't plan on it.” Kearney smiled.
“He’s more powerful than I imagined,” The First Elder coldly said, “A bit reckless, but powerful nonetheless. ”
“I agree.” The Fourth Elder added. His attitude toward the Hell Walker changed after the battle. He never expected a person like Kayden would be capable of self-sacrifice and assistance.

“We won’t be able to keep an eye on him here,” The First Elder walked away with his arms behind his back, “But today we must rebuild and start anew!”
“And we shall release him back into the wild,” The Third Elder flicked her cigarette, “The lion cub is now the king of his own pride.”
Kayden walked toward the exit of the Royal Cross and looked over to the Elders and his partners. He simply let out a smirk and walked away until the icy mist covered his distant figure.
“That’s such an awesome exit.” Kearney remarked. The Hell Walker vanished as quickly as he arrived.
“I know.” Amy smirked.

Primordial Evolutions

This boy is called Jing Guanyu, a physically crippled boy who cannot has a crippled body and no energy system, preventing him from embarking on the paths of Essence and Energy Cultivation. The only path left to him is the path of Divine Cultivation, a mystical cultivation path that focuses on the soul and forming contracts with the Spirits of powerful Spirit Beasts that have taken human form. However, when he spends over 4 years trying to sense the spirit force of his first Spirit Beasts Spirit Realm, the rest of the clan deem him as a complete waste. One day, when the young man was 13, he met his first spirit contract, and his Legend begun there. The Legend of the creator of the ultimate cultivation Scripture in history. The creator of the Primordial Evolution Scripture, Jing Guanyu! The Primordial Emperor! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The inspiration for Book (brackets say roughly what I got inspiration from) Do note: I do completely copy anything from any books. All of this book is original and all the books mentioned below are simply inspiration that gave me the ideas in regards to whats in the brackets. It may seem similar (like with MW I also use the E-E-D cultivation but my definitions and cultivation realms are different from the inspirations) > Martial World (Cultivation Paths) > Lord Xue Ying (Non-Generic Plot) > Stellar Transformations (Unique Cultivation Technique) > Consuming Earth, Devouring Skies (Character Development) > Ancient Godly Monarch + Invincible (Martial Spirits + Own touch to this idea) > The Storm King + Lament of the Fallen (The Soul Realm/Soul Domain) -------------------------------------------------------------------- Final words: Ok, I will just say that there are several reasons why the MC's cultivation speed is so mediocre despite how "talented" he is. There are logical reasons and they will be explained when necessary. Just remember that cultivation speed isn't everything. Hope you enjoy. I will take constructive feedback and logical criticism. However, I will not even reply to illogical criticism, rants or salty people who got pissed off because the main character didn't get "that divine medicine" or "this divine sword" or whatever. Note: I have marked all 4 of the content warning boxes due to a uncertainty in how dark, gory, descriptive or traumatizing my story will get. Btw, the cover isn't my property but was gotten from a website on mythology (greek I think). IF they ask me to take it down, then I shall. IF NOT, then IDGAF. LOL

Sod's Law (Dropped)
This fiction has been dropped, you're more than welcome to read it anyway (there is sort of an ending). But you have been warned... Sod's law is a more extreme version of Murphy's law. While Murphy's law says that anything that can go wrong, will go wrong (eventually), Sod's law requires that it always goes wrong with the worst possible outcome. For example, concepts such as "bad fortune will be tailored to the individual" and "good fortune will occur in spite of the individual's actions" are sometimes given as examples of Sod's law in action. This would broaden Sod's law to a general sense of being "mocked by fate". In these aspects it is similar to some definitions of irony, particularly the irony of fate. - Definitions of Sod's Law on Wikipedia. The protagonist, as many before them, and many who followed, thought they were just entering a VRMMORPG (Virtual Reality Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing-Game). Unbeknownst to them however, was a short paragraph in the Terms & Conditions, that, upon agreement, would actually transport them to a fantasy world, loosely based on the game they thought they were entering. - Something anyone could be forgiven for, no-one reads them after all. In this new world, they discover that people are born with “Traits”, a System recognised, ability, skill, or talent, that they are born with. Sod's Law was not a trait they, or anyone else for that matter, would want. Pure madness follows. Yup, this is about a character transferred to a fantasy game-world with the worst luck imaginable. This is my first fiction so I apologise for any grammar and spelling mistakes that may be made. Hopefully it is readable, and if so please tell me! But if it's not, also tell me, but in a constructive way if at all possible? Due to the nature of the “Trait” the story will be dark in places, with plenty of gore and profanity, hence the tags. There may also be scenes of a sexual nature, but nothing full on – sorry guys but you'll have to go elsewhere for that.
