《Fate - Destiny》Chapter V: Sir Caeruleus

- The weakest person has the strongest hidden potential...
"Just when will this nightmare fuel end...?"
Fate asked himself, but he can't answer it - everyone can't answer it. Thoughts and prayers were useless at this point. Inzary's laugh grew louder, and more sinister over time. They can't get out from Inzary's hands. All they can do is to obey the Councilor's orders and hope that they'll never be killed or to be toyed by him. Everyone knew Inzary's history, and they knew what kind of animosity he possesses.
Out of nowhere, two men held Inzary's hands. "H-hey!! Why are you holding me?? You don't know who are you messing with!! " Inzary shouted, but he got no answer. Inzary tried to fight, but the men had a powerful grip. He also tried using magic but it had no effect as if his magics were being nullified. The chants of the students continued, though.
"NOOO! LET ME HANDLE THIS SITUATION!! I AM INZARY!! I AM COMMANDING YOU!! I AM ABSOLUTE!! EVERYONE OBEYS ME!! I AM INZARYYY!!"
Turns out, the Kingdom Authorities took care of the insane Councilor. They took him out of the conference circle for the sake of the students inside. They do not want to fill the Academy with bodies of helpless students who died from his hands. They do not want the Academy to be a wasteland of corpses. Inzary still shouted until he can shout no longer.
Moments later, Inzary's shouts were gone, but it seems nobody noticed it. Everyone just continued to chant the Oath of Intrepidity, just like what Inzary has ordered them. Over time, everyone noticed the absence of the sinister laugh of Inzary. They felt relief, but none dared to risk to stop chanting the Oath of Intrepidity. It's as if something's forcing them to chant the said poem. It was their fear and panic. They only hoped for the best. They only hoped for their life to be saved. They wished they could get out from this nightmare fuel in an instant. Everyone knew what Inzary was capable of, and they did not dare to push him to his limits.
Someone has stopped from chanting. They barely noticed that someone even stopped from chanting since if they did, they'll be a lump of dead meat who died in vain. But... what is that? That someone's alive. He's in one piece. No injuries, no bruises, no missing limbs. He made it out alive, and it was a miracle. Everyone stopped one after another, after another, after another, until the room went silent. The room is so silent that you could hear everyone's rapid heartbeat caused by their terror. Everyone can now let their guards down. The manic Councilor is finally gone. The threat they all faced disappeared. One question remains, though. All they are asking is...

Where is the Aristocratic Councilor? And what happened to him?
The students have no idea what just happened to the Councilor since they were busy chanting the Oath of Intrepidity. No one started nor made a commotion. They didn't even dare to open their mouth and make a noise. Although they felt relief that the Councilor is gone, and they can now let their guards down, they still have that 'never-risk-it' instinct.
"I am very sorry for what happened earlier, my Teran students! On behalf of the Aristocratic Councilor, and for Inzary, I deeply apologize for what havoc he has caused!"
Everyone stared at the person who had just spoken. And the moment they saw his face, everyone knew they were saved from the nightmare. Everyone is protected. Everyone jumped caused of their joy. Some cried because of it. The person in front of everyone is their knight and shining armor. Fate's clueless, though. Why is everyone relieved? Why are they happy? How can they forget the terror and nightmarish wreckage Inzary has done to everyone's mental health? Fate is full of questions inside his mind.
"Who is he? And why is everyone cheering?!" Fate asked. "Did y'all forget what we just had been through??"
"Silly! You really are stupid. He's Sir Caeruleus! I don't wanna tell you the whole story, but he's the one that can take on Inzary one on one!" A student besides Fate replied.
The person who just spoke deeply apologized for what happened earlier. He knew it was a very big deal so he tried to figure out how can he do everyone a favor in return for what Inzary has done. He revived every student who died from Inzary's insane, hostile behavior. He used a strong magical spell that brought back everyone who died from Inzary's insane, hostile behavior to life, including those who were killed outside.
"I am here for Aristocratic Council's behalf! As a Peer's Summon, I am taking charge of The Juvenile's Pledge. I, Caeruleus, speaking for the Aristocratic Councilors, will be the one who'll train everyone under The Juvenile's Pledge!"
[Peer's Summon - One of the high-ranking officials inside the Academy of Tera and to the Teran Government. Their sole purpose is to protect and train levels 1, 2, and 3 students, to protect the Academy and the Kingdom of Tera from future threats].
"Ahh, this is so nostalgic. I still remember back then when Inzary and I were training vigorously to pass The Triplet's Vow", Caeruleus exclaimed. "I am very grateful to be a part of this program. I promise everyone that I will be an effective trainer for everyone... especially for Fate."

Everyone was surprised when Caeruleus mentioned Fate's name. Everyone questioned the Peer's Summon. Why Fate? Why did Caeruleus choose Fate who cannot even defeat a level three entity? Why did he choose the weakest person instead of those students who have the sheer potential? Fate was lucky enough to be chosen by someone whose strength can defeat the Academy's greatest nightmare. But Fate, too, questioned Caeruleus' choice. He doesn't even know who Caeruleus is and why did Caeruleus know his name. It's as if there's something that links them together... or maybe there is?
"Everyone, listen! This is a serious matter. I need everyone's attention all into me", Caeruleus shouted. In no time, everyone paid attention to the Peer's Summon.
"I did mention something about The Triplet's Vow. This isn't any games to be played childishly. This is where your Strength, your Speed, and your Instincts will be put to test.
"Errr-hermmm! I should explain what The Triplet's Vow is, for everyone's sake.
"The Triplet's Vow is under The Juvenile's Pledge. This is where your Sheer Strength, your Agility and Speed, and your Instincts and Perceptions will be put to test. I still remember how Inzary and I suffered from The Triplet's Vow. Hah hah hah! Funny isn't it?
"Errr-hermmm! I should start from the start. The Vow of Graletz, the first Vow under The Triplet's Vow. Your strength will be put to test. In this Vow, everyone needs to collaborate. By that, I mean every student must collaborate. Everyone will be sent to a rendezvous point on a desert where the level 5 entity awaits everyone. I repeat this entity is Level 5, and sheer amounts of teamwork are needed as this entity is at its highest level. It possesses the power stronger than the Level 4 humanoid that infiltrated the academy that can obliterate the Academy with ease! I wish everyone their safety and have the willpower to defeat the Level 5 entity.
"The Vow of Jinriyu, the second Vow under The Triplet's Vow. Your agility and speed will be put to test. This time, it will be individuals. Everyone will be scattered around a forest, where entities of unknown level await you. Everyone, please be reminded that this entity is very hostile, and disgusts humans. Fighting back is a futile effort as it will only make them stronger. They are very fast, but they lack precision and accuracy. Never let your guard down!
"Finally, the last Vow under The Triplet's Vow... the Vow of Tazelt. Your instincts and perception will be put to test. Everyone will be scattered around a cave, where no traces of light can neither enter nor escape. Level four entity awaits everyone. Pure luck is useless, and the odds of you surviving relying upon luck are very close to zero. I need everyone to rely on their instincts. Never trust anything you hear. Never trust anything you touch, and trust no one. I wish everyone the willpower to escape the cave!"
Everyone felt anxious just from what Caeruleus said regarding The Triplet's Vow. The Juvenile's Pledge really is not a child's play. Everyone cannot believe that their lives are at the stake. It's as if the Teran Government and The Academy of Tera play with them. They are too young for that kind of thing, but they cannot do anything about it. The Juvenile's Pledge is a mandatory act.
"All rise, my Teran students!" Caeruleus exclaimed, and everyone stood up immediately. "I want everyone to know that I am very grateful...very happy that I am a part of this program. I am promising everyone that I am going to guide you to the path of willpower and bravery!
"The meeting is adjourned! You may now leave! May the great Teranthes grant everyone's safety!"
Just before Fate is about to leave, Caeruleus called his name. "May I help you, my good Sir?", Fate nervously and kindly replied.
"Fate, never disappoint me. I am looking forward to training you!"
"I-I... I would never let you down, S-sir Caeruleus!", Fate nervously replied. He really wants to get strong and prove what he really is. He did not question Caeruleus anymore. Fate closed the door that leads to the Conference Circle and left.
***
"S-sir, why Fate? I-I mean, there are countless students here having one of the best potential hidden inside them, but, why Fate? Why did you choose the children who miserably failed his class a million times over?" One of Caeruleus' escorts asked. "I-if you don't mind asking, is there something going on between you and Fate, Sir?"
"I cannot say yes to that question... I cannot say no, either. But... the only thing I can tell you is...
"The most enfeebled person enshrouds their strongest potential..."
