《Phantom Transgression》Chapter 14

Camshron's decision was full of obstacles. By an unknown source news had already reached in ears of US media. However it was still kept secret because hackers were hacking computers of media as much as they could.
Mr. Cook, Mr. Fernsby, Mr. John-a man from CIA Board of Directors and Mr. Vinci-a former CIA spy were in the room. It was a slight small room with computers, a bookshelf containing political analysis books and a round table with chair was present.
Mr. John leaned his chin on his fist and said, "Trusting detective is not a single solution."
"I can't control our hackers right!" interrupted Mr. Cook.
Mr. Fernsby was in thinking pose with his hand on trimmed mustache region, "But statements go for Camshron. Mr. Norton's name has been already linked up with illegal stuff."
"What if Lorgé is lying?" said Mr. Vinci.
"He is not supposed to be right now. He just survived assassination attempt."
"So is this secret meeting a waste of time? We are not yet in any conclusion since murder. We know nothing about the canceled conference too."
Mr. Fernsby lay silent for few seconds and heard Mr. Vinci, "Mr. Fernsby, I require you to find out about the conference in any condition. I don’t care what Camshron decides or writes in his notebook but all procedures going now is none of solution."
Mr. John exclaimed, "So it means the cancelation of case and it's submission to either FBI or Scotland Yard?"
"No, No!" Mr. Fernsby raised his voice, "This is a VIP murder. Some big names are to be linked so what happens if the name is Colonel Norton's. We can't ignore him."
"What if he is discovered the criminal? We the CIAs had surpassed him from here."
"This is out of the topic. I want to know if he deserves to be questioned or not?"

"After a short clarification." said former agent.
"Excuse me?"
"I need some basis. We need it. Lately Norton was a CIA agent and we don’t want to question his character. Now he is a major Navy colonel. He led conclusions to many impossible projects. He did it for whole America. Questioning his character without any big evidence is not good for him."
Mr. Fernsby looked at Mr. Cook and said, "Everyone knows what had happened in 4th July in White House. A secret conference was canceled and point to note is that Colonel Norton is was the person who had made all security arrangements."
Mr. John said, "So you mean-"
"He got informed that security reasons were behind the cancelation or not?"
"It's not a big evidence."
Mr. Cook said, "What if we get some more proofs?"
"Then take action as per situation."
Mr. Fernsby was now messed up. This case was now somehow being connected with canceled conference but Camshron was in his own. If investigation was to be made through the conference then governmental workers could hide proofs and Camshron would be helpless.
*
Camshron was on his bed and he was in deep sleep at about six in the morning. Near to his bed was a round table where there was lots of paper.
Just on a paper was analog alarm clock which rang.
Camshron got up, did his morning works and got ready to get in his desk. His room was very near to CIA Headquarter so he was not in hurry. Well, he was often punctual too, who cares? He sat on his bed and looked at papers which he had noticed.
"This case is going nowhere. For sure this was a great conspiracy for the murder." He said to himself.
He looked at himself on mirror. Handsome me!

Camshron was a lot better good looking than Haq.
He tightened his tie and at the same time he remembered a long word, "Psychopath.", well, he remembered it from word tie.
He was sure this case will reach to Colonel. His seniors won't let him to question him before they think they have got enough reason for that. He knew CIA would be investigating secretively under the nose of Navy spies.
And no one would notice after all.
Camshron's phone rang. He had forgotten to pick up his mobile under the pillow. He had a glance on its screen where words were displayed, MPD. He could not receive it. He was hoping the call was from Mr. Meredink to ask something about the case.
In MPD, Mr. Meredink was making call to Camshron uttering, "Receive it Nathan, it's very urgent." but Camshron had not daring enough to receive the call. He looked to be inferior.
Camshron pressed red key. He switched the mobile and went out of the room thinking, "This must be a psychopathic case. Might be clever psychopath who hates Afghanis and Frenchmen."
Camshron switched on his mobile a moment later and made a call to Mr. Cook's desk, "Nathan speaking."
"Yes." answered Mr. Cook.
"I want all details of every psychopaths near Virginia and other states. Prioritize lethal ones, do you understand me? Lethal."
"Okay," Mr. Cook said in confused voice.
"I will be there in minutes." he hanged the call saying this much.
Then within few minutes, Camshron was in Mr. Cook's room. Mr. Cook said, "Camshron, you know?"
"Know what?"
"There are no signs of Mr. Fernsby's agreement. There is not any big thing which can be declared as a reason for us to enquire him."
"So they are passively behind Colonel Norton. I guessed so."
"And there is bullshit."
"Might be conference."
Mr. Cook nodded and took him to a desk where was a switched on computer. He said, "I searched many patients of psychopathic facilities. Even in Parrish Island."
"I doubt there is no conclusion, isn’t it?"
"No violent psychopath cases are found. Some were but were released now."
Camshron got perplexed now.
If this was a psychopathic case then there must have been a clue till now. He thought- Murder was in Washington DC. If killer is a psycho then he must be somewhere near Haq's house or….Haq's house! Washington DC or…mental asylum.
He exclaimed, "Search nowhere else but in area if Washington DC."
"I haven’t done there right now."
"Just do it then Mr. Cook."
After a long technical letters displayed in monitor came lists of many hospitals On the top of list was St. Elizabeth's Hospital. Camshron moved his mind- Head, heart and right chest. He touched his chests and on his forehead.
Camshron was right!
It symbolized Christ.
More like a Cross. He thought for a while. A cross made on Haq. St. Elizabeth's Hospital has cross on its top. Probably the cross set up in his mind due to any reason and got idea to put a cross type shooting while murdering someone. Is the killer really a psycho then? If he isn’t then why did he make a cross on a Muslim?
Cross.
He grabbed computer mouse and clicked on the top of list by saying, "I want to find out about the patients in this hospital."
Then the search began more and more. In seconds they were in web of data and numbers in green color on black background. It looked like headache for him. After few minutes, list of crazies with their photos appeared. They didn’t need to roll scroll of mouse because the name of LEVI MIKE was on red letters.

Necromancer and Co.
In a time before the existence of the present, the gods decided to create a plane of existence where all their creations could exist in the same place. In it, all would be fair, and all gaps between races and technological advancements could be crossed with a single system that the gods had created. Every year, the gods would choose a new race to put in their land, and in this new group of beautifully unlucky people, Alen, his friends, and a few people from Earth have finally met their turn to be tossed into the playground of the gods. Unfortunately though, Alen was thrust into a forest of corpse-eating bears and horribly smelly undead on his first day, one of the many danger-zones of the continent the gods had chosen to throw them in. It would be easy to say that he simply died within the first day, or that he'd starved to death or whatever, but let's be honest... That story would be no fun to tell, yes? (Re-write of my first fiction with the same name.)
