Roy opened his eyes, and realized that he has finally become 16 years old. As usual he wakes up to the annoying alarm of his S Phone 7. It's 7.00 and he's hungry. He has been living on only a few Credits for a week. So he's only eaten bread and butter for the past few days. He gets up, and eats. After he's finished he goes to the United Human Alliance to go to the famous God World.

God World is a strange place that appeared around 50 years ago, in the year 2068. It was first a portal looking 'thing' so when people saw it, they didn't think much of it. Portals have been around since 2057 after all. But when someone tried going through it, they never came back. After a while, the United Human Alliance sent its people in, and when they returned, everyone was shocked. Apparently, there was a whole new world there. At first people didn't believe it, but after other people went in, they told of a world with monsters, magic... And even something called 'levels'. This was amazing to almost everyone.

When other people reported what it was like there, they were even more shocked. The 'monsters' there couldn't be hurt by modern guns. Or at most, they just left some minor marks behind.

Because there were also people there, now called Humans, they tried asking them about this world. The Humans call them 'Blessed people', and told them that this was the 'God World'. Of course everyone already knew that, because there was something like a 'game menu' that said in bold letters "God World" when anyone entered these strange portals.

The Humans weren't very useful at first, but they gradually became. It wasn't that they were learning, humans just didn't know how to speak to them. The Humans also helped hunt monsters. But in a different way...

They used swords, used the so called 'system' to form a party and share EXP with humans. When people finally got to Level 3, they could kill Level 0 monsters on their on. They also experienced a growth in their physical prowess. This seemed to be caused by their 'attributes' or 'stats' rising. These changes also carried on to the human world, so people were overjoyed.

The portals to enter God World were in almost every country on every inhabited planet, so Roy had an easy time getting to one. He had to wait about 30 minutes to enter, because it was his first time. He had to fill out different forms about himself and provide an identification to confirm who he was, and if he really was 16 years old or older.

Once he got that settled, he entered the portal.

"Finally!" Roy exclaimed. He was very happy to finally enter God World. He's always dreamed of this. Here he could become powerful, get rich, or anything else he desired. He was looking around excitedly. He started walking around and exploring the town. He soon found the market, auction house, different 1 - 2 star hotels and everything else. It was a fairly decent town. But it was still nothing compared to all the bigger cities and capitals of bigger countries, kingdoms and empires he had heard about.

But then he thought 'Huh? Lucky Man Returned? Since when am I lucky?'

He was surprised because he thought he always had bad luck. "I've never won anything, have to come 20 minutes earlier to get on the bus, or else I'll miss it, five birds relieved themselves on me this month alone, and it's still only the fourth day of the month! ... Whatever, maybe it's one of those ironically generated names." That has happened before, after all, Usernames were generated by the God World System according to the persons character traits. And the system may be an advanced AI, so there is a possibility that it has a sense of 'humor'.

"Okay, first I need to register my class." he wanted to become a swordsman. It was what he practiced and loved. He had a passion for sword fighting, and enjoyed doing it. Humans have, after all, began practicing this kind of stuff once again since the God World was discovered.

He went to the town hall and registered as a swordsman.
