《A Champion's Rise》An Update abut this story as a whole

Heh.
Can't even get out an update like I promised.
Good grief lol.
Alright boys, I'll just come straight and say it. I have been feeling kinda low the last few months. I just can't seem to find the energy to keep the series going as it is.
Now this is NOT me backing out on my promise to never let this series die. In fact, if all goes correctly, it might be entering a golden age here soon
Let me explain.
Basically, few days ago, a man left a comment on my stuff saying that the story's beginning was taking to long. And of course, he still hasn't gotten back to me yet to clarify what the beginning really meant. But truth be told, I think I understand what he was getting at.
I have 300 PAGES and tbh, we're not even at the part where I actually WANT to be. And that is on nobody but myself. I honestly think that's why it's a year or two between releases. I just... can't write the story as it's going. If I were to keep going at this story the way I am right now, I have a feeling I'd manage to take at least another 13 chapters of pure bullshit in the long term.
And I don't want that. I want you guys to see Mother Aughri and our human bicker like a dysfunctional grandma mercilessly harassing her negligent grandson. I want you guys to see the developing friend ship that'll eventually lead to a brotherhood with the murderous yet innocent Buuth Ge as the human attempts to cross the bridge.
I want to show you the mystery behind the galaxy's past and the previous rulers that gave life 'its fullest brillance'. There are so many things I want to show you guys but I... I'm just losing that spark I guess. But not because of the story being bad but just because this ain't it chief.

So, to my most beautiful, fantastic 21 followers, I'm going to be releasing a new story soon. It's just going to be the part of the title I removed from here but mind you, it will mostly be the same thing as this. Just... done in the right, more entertaining way.
Thank you guys.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sticking around these last five months. This is not going to be the end, no sir. As I get my mind back from wherever I lost it, and i feel like my life is back on track from the various bullshit that's been gut punching me, I can't wait to just jump in and dump a metric shit ton of chapters on ya.
Writing has been one of my saving grace during this COVID stuff sucking away my life. I won't be giving it up now. No sir.
Keep an eye out for The Rise of the Troloin Three. I hate and love how it took me five fucking months to figure out what I've wanted all along. But now I finally did figure it out and now I've finally got clear skies to look forward.
It's all coming together, boys. Thank you for staying with me. God Bless y'all.

Myscreth
At its core, magic is just the ability to change the laws of nature. Mason Grant's life was going just as he'd always planned. Then a knock at the door changed everything. Normally, he would have considered Professor Anklin's tale of a civilization destroyed because it had learned how to manipulate the laws of nature crazy. Of course, that was before he saw his couch resting on the ceiling. Travelling to Myscreth with the Professor, Mason discovers a world of contradictions. On a ruined world, the Myscrethian people live much like the early American settlers, yet thanks to the ability to manipulate the laws of nature there’s unlimited electricity and powered flight. As Mason begins learning to control abilities he never dreamed possible, he discovers that not all is as it seems. Even as the Myscrethian people try to rebuild their world, there are those who seek to once again unleash the power which led to its destruction. And this time it's not only Myscreth's fate that hangs in the balance, but Earth's as well. Author's Note: This novel is now complete.
8 66Heroes Die First
It was after World War Two ended; rumors spread of people wielding amazing powers or mutating into horrifying monsters. Seventy years later, heroes and villains dominate the news and battle in the streets, discrimination drives mutants into the criminal lifestyle, and the governments of the world are struggling to handle the rapidly shifting paradigm. Maxmillian Grants, like any sixteen year old boy, wants to be a hero and he has a secret: he has the power to do it! Except, when he actually looks into the risks and the rewards he discovers that being a hero is not really worth it. Being a villain, on the other hand, certainly pays well. If you don't mind risking being sent to prison and being hunted by heroes and other villains. Max, not being an idiot, does mind both of those things. Instead of being a hero or being a villain, Max decides to take the third option, to be a vigilante! His plan? To hit the criminals in the gut and run off with their money, making the world a bit brighter at the same time by taking down the bad guys. But how long can he actually manage alone? Can he really navigate through the dangerous world of supers and capes without declaring for either heroes or villains? Or will he be sucked into the web of plots and drama that is the life of those with superpowers? (Cover photo by Sebastiaan Stam, downloaded from Unsplash)
