When Theo woke up, his mom was walking in.

"Mama." He said, reaching a weak hand out to her. Lisa smiled and walked over with the clothing bag and pulled out his beanie and placed it on his head.

"Do you wanna see what I brought?" She asked. Theo nodded. She pulled out his green and blue space galaxy blanket. He smiled and reached out for the blanket.

Matt shuffled and woke up and smiled.

"Well, look who's smiling now." He said. He told Lisa what happened and she nodded.

"I s-s-sad 'en mama 'eft." Theo said, pouting.

"Hey, now," Lisa said as she sat on the bed by her son's feet, "no pouting, okay?" She asked, giving a sly smile.

Then Dr. Scott walked in. "Hello, there Mr. Smiley!" He said, and Theo giggled.

"I'll just give you a quick checkup, check your temperature, and if it's gone down a little bit, we can try another cold bath to see if we can break the rest of the fever."

Both Theo and his parents nodded. The first part of the checkup went smoothly. Theo's heart raced nervously as the doctor checked his temperature. "101.2." He announced and everyone smiled.

"We'll get that bath ready," Dr.Scott said before he went to get the usual supplies.

As Theo was getting his bath, he began shivering. He was lifted out of the bath stretcher, placed on his bed, and dressed again.

"Alright, let's retake your temperature! "99.8." He said with happiness as he took off the oxygen around Theo's face.

"We're gonna take the medicine part of the IV out, but we're gonna keep the needle in just in case."

The doctor said, and Theo's parents nodded. Theo made slow grabby hands at his father. Matt smiled and picked his son up while still supporting his head. The family joined in a big group hug and smiled and laughed knowing that their son was healed.
