It isn´t easy to lead criminal organizations. Everyone has different living environment, goals and hopes. I have to lead them to those and improve their lives.
I´m same as them. Place where I live can´t be considered as normal. I was rised by the circus such I´m still working with animals by feeding and cleaning them and their surroundings. I´m happy to do this since my replacements weren´t the nicest punch around. I can´t trust anyone except me.
My goal in live is to find work for everyone willing to work hard. World will surely collapse without if those working are corrupt and hard working one´s are starving.
As for what I hope most is equality to all races. Circus consist plenty of misfits and most of them are demihumans. They are the most loyal people out there. It saddens me not to hire all of them since people below me are such rasists. Their hearts are in right place but they had be rised the wrong way. I hope to meet someone how I could trust among the humans for no matter what.

That last part got me. They are so hilarious. I think I can trust him.
