《Creation, The wolves that are us (Creation series, Book 1)》I Had A Dream Once.

Adam's POV
A soft terrain, one that had a welcoming grace to it. I found myself sitting up in a field of grass and flowers, in the distance nothing but a blinding light refusing to reveal what's behind it. Movement catches my eyes as I glance upon a small boy sitting under a tree and reading a book, it had a grey cover to it with the words "I was there", another tree to his right with a wolf with a black pelt and a grey tint growing up from his tail. I can feel the warmness of the sun on my skin as I begin to approach the boy, his wolf beginning to walk up to me in acknowledgement. I stroke his head in a welcome gesture and have the words 'Crest' flow through my head, assuming this is his name I call it out.
"Hey Crest" I say in a soft tone, seeing his blue eyes light up with a spark as he turns around and sits beside the boy. "Percy?" I call out, but he doesn't respond. I go in closer to examine my mate and kneel down to see his face clearer. "Why won't you speak to me?" his eyes locked onto the pages of his book without a moment of distraction. I try to pry his hands off it in a gentle manner but they won't let go, "Percy...?" I sound out in disbelief...am I being rejected?
I place a hand on his shoulder, only to feel him trembling with an uncontrollable quaking. His eyes locking onto me for the first time, then back to the book. "Are you showing me something?" His eyes repeating the motion once again. I kneel in front of him again and notice something off with the book's cover, it's changed. "He's watching", before I could begin to understand what it means the letters begin to shift again, "The tree". I stand up to look around, nothing drawing my attention other than the trees they both stayed under.

"I don't understand Percy, I'm sorry" My voice calm but full of doubt, once again the book's cover changes. "Count the shadows", my eyes begin to glance between the first tree with Percy. The second tree with Crest. And the third...it's stature was wide and tall unlike the others, so how did I not see it earlier?. Approaching the tree I look at it's base...there isn't a shadow here, turning my head back to peek at Percy who's still looking into the book but then seeing Crest's eyes wander over to me.
"The cycle repeats, the two reunite and I claim what is mine this time." A voice devoid of all emotion draws my attention towards the tree, two feet standing either side of the tree. That weren't human or a wolf...it's foot having the animalistic appearance of a wolf but it's posture that of a human's. Crest wasn't looking at me, was he? I turn my head once more to see Crest now standing up with his eyes looking far above me. Following the trail of his eyes I notice it, an eye completely blacked out other than the royal golden spirals that seem undeciding of their true form. The gaze I can only describe as pure death and blood lust peering down on me easily dwarfing my stature, and his toothy smile filled with nothing but sinister intent. "My blood, come closer", my body no longer mine, I start walking towards this figure...closer and closer my body reaching out to touch his rough muddy grey fur.
"Adam" The words stopping me in my place as I feel a small arm holding onto me, pausing my previous advancement towards the hound. Without warning Crest slashes Percy's throat, not giving me time to react he bites into mine with equally brutal force "Sorry" I hear him say as his body shifts to face the half hidden figure. Percy's body falling limp to the floor and my vision fading to black. "There will be a next time" a disappointing tone spoke out, finding it hard to focus I only hear the sound of heavy thumping. The sound incomplete almost as if it's unable to resonate with whatever it's hitting itself against although increasing in volume.

My chin being slammed from beneath me I wake up in shock, holding my throat gasping for air. "I-will humbly say as an alpha. I'm never doing that again" Leaning over the bed I feel another shock go up my arm, this time with the feel of warm comfort that calms down my heartbeat with ease. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry" Percy pushes his face into my chest as I feel the wet tears falling down his face, "You didn't do anything baby don't worry" I pull my arms around him to tighten the embrace as our body heat starts to mix with the electricity pulsing between our skin with every part that touches. "You're so perfect" I whisper in his ear while placing his head under my chin.
After sometime I feel him calm down "Can I maybe put some different clothes on...and you actually putting clothes on" He murmurs out as I feel his lips form into a smile against me.
"We could...or I could stay naked and we preform some unholy actions with the help of this bed" I hear him giggle from under me as I hoist him up to my eye level and letting our lips meet for the first time, slipping my tongue inside his mouth uninvited and causing him to lose his breath...barely stopping the wolf in me from taking over and devour this boy entirely...oh how badly I want him.
Abruptly the kiss ends and he rolls from out of my arms, streamlining it in the direction of my closet. Probably recognising it from the scent of me.
"Clothes. Gimme" - Percy
"Next time you run from me unannounced I'll chase you down like prey" I jokingly snarl at him, seeing him shiver in reaction at the thought of what I'm capable of...he'll find out soon enough. I walk over and open it, showing him a few selections even though none would fit he chose to throw on a black shirt with a red claw imprint on it. "I'm jealous that shirt got to swallow you first and not me..." referring to how an extra large looks like a complete dress to him. His body turning to me in what I presume to be shyness, as I pick him up showing that he can't do that around me. "You're mine and I'm yours, what you want to hide from me is mine too" Placing my hand across his face and truly noticing the size difference between us, I'm glad my body was built like this so I can protect him from whatever he needs...but that thing, is a different story.
'Athena, we're making our way down now' - Adam
'Alright, remember to not trip over my hair' - Athena
'I can't help it if you're constantly stretching it like a web trying to catch a meal'
'Just shut up and get here you dumbass'
I smirk remembering her title, Athena, queen of the library. Her additional gift allowing her a little more...accessible way of reading through books she's consistently found in there, learning about whatever there is to know.

Gaia Ark
Commander Coop, a four-armed, power-armored, super-soldier, undertakes a mission to assassinate the head of a religious cult bent on destroying the UPSF and everyone they protect. But no mission is ever that simple. GAIA ARK is an action adventure hero's journey featuring a cranky cyborg, vampiric sword, alien monsters, and enough self-discovery to provide a character arc. It's a little rough around the edges, a little crude. I started writing this story on November 2, 2018. This story is mid-composition. Please expect clunky prose, notes [in brackets], and incomplete...

Homeland
NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER -- In Cory Doctorow’s wildly successful Little Brother, young Marcus Yallow was arbitrarily detained and brutalized by the government in the wake of a terrorist attack on San Francisco—an experience that led him to become a leader of the whole movement of technologically clued-in teenagers, fighting back against the tyrannical security state.A few years later, California's economy collapses, but Marcus’s hacktivist past lands him a job as webmaster for a crusading politician who promises reform. Soon his former nemesis Masha emerges from the political underground to gift him with a thumbdrive containing a Wikileaks-style cable-dump of hard evidence of corporate and governmental perfidy. It’s incendiary stuff—and if Masha goes missing, Marcus is supposed to release it to the world. Then Marcus sees Masha being kidnapped by the same government agents who detained and tortured Marcus years earlier.Marcus can leak the archive Masha gave him—but he can’t admit to being the leaker, because that will cost his employer the election. He’s surrounded by friends who remember what he did a few years ago and regard him as a hacker hero. He can’t even attend a demonstration without being dragged onstage and handed a mike. He’s not at all sure that just dumping the archive onto the Internet, before he’s gone through its millions of words, is the right thing to do.Meanwhile, people are beginning to shadow him, people who look like they’re used to inflicting pain until they get the answers they want. Fast-moving, passionate, and as current as next week, Homeland is every bit the equal of Little Brother—a paean to activism, to courage, to the drive to make the world a better place.
