The old man sitting on the Throne saw that the young boy in front of him has finally turned around to talk to him. The old man stood up and said “O, Heroes you all have answered our call in the time of our need and, we are eternally grateful for that. Please, Heroes! We are in great danger from the one known as the Demon King Rogus and his Army, so please help us, Help us and save us from those ruthless Monsters!!!”

“What… Why should we help you?” said Caron

“Yeah, you have brought us here without our consent!” said Mathew

Lisa with a slight frown “Yeah, this is kidnapping you know. Where are we anyway?”

The Old man looked at her and said “You are in the kingdom of Ferenessia, which is located on the Continent of Vulhalm. I am not sure why you say we did not have your consent, before the summon had started you should have heard a voice that asked if you give your consent or not… Or so I have heard” While saying this he looked at the girl with blonde hair and in a white robe. The girl in white robe replies “Yes Milord, I made sure to have their consent before the summoning started.”

As she said “Milord” Rai confirmed it, that the old man was the King!

The old man lets out a sigh and, faced the young kids in front of him, and replied “She is our Head Mage; she oversees all magic activities and everything else related to Magic. She is one of the most talented people in Magic in our Kingdom. If she says we have your consent then no one in this entire Kingdom shall doubt it.”

Rai and the other Kids shocked by the word “Magic” immediately looked at the girl.

Rai immediately in his mind As I thought there is magic in this world, then the people I saw killing those Monsters must be using some kind of magic, but this girl she is in her twenties I presume and already a Head Mage, Remarkable!

Rai immediately walked towards the Head Mage, only a few meters away; he stoped, slightly bowed, and said “Hello, my name is Rai. What is your name, Miss?”

Head Mage looks around 25, had an exquisite and perfect figure with Blonde hair and Blue eyes to compliment her beauty. Dressed in a white robe with Black outlines, she looked ravishing in the dress. She was 5’5 Ft. tall.

The Head Mage surprised bowed back and replied with a smile “Hello Sir Rai, my name is Veronica Everless. It’s a pleasure to meet you.”

Surprised by the sudden visit of this young boy to the Head Mage the King understood that this boy clearly understands the importance of the Head Mage.

The King with a slight smile said “We have summoned all five of you to help us extinguish the stain on this world, the Demon Army, and kill Demon King Rogus!” Then the King looked towards Rai with a smile said “I am Albert de Pauldo. I am the King of this country and I beg you to help us, Heroes!”

The people who were there immediately panicked and said “King you can’t.”

“For the safety of my Kingdom, I am willing to do anything.” said the King while slightly bowing.

Rai smiled and said “That is admirable, for a king to bow for his country there is no greater honor than that to witness it. But you are still a King you don’t want to show people that you're weak by bowing, do you?”

King looked at Rai surprised by his choice of words and said “So will you help us, Hero?”

“Hmm, even if I do help I still have a condition...” Rai replied while frowning

King looked worried and replied, “Yes anything!”

Rai said with a serious face “Please listen to my condition first and then reply.”

Hearing that got King worried and thought: What would be his request for him to be so serious?

Rai with a slight frown said, “You have to send the other four back to our own world but, as I promised I will stay here forever, Is that acceptable?”

After hearing those words Kings Eyes were left wide open. Then he turned around and walked towards Head Mage, and looked at other people in the room and they gathered around him. And started to discuss the matter and what should their next move be.

Rai immediately understood that they are at least considering this option so heaved a sigh of relief but at the same time he started to think over what the fruit of this discussion would be.

After thinking and talking for over half an hour, the King looked like he had made a decision. The King with confidence walked towards Rai and the others. He looked firm with resolute, a true definition of a King.

He stopped 2 meters away from them and finally spoke “Fine, I hereby accept this condition of yours. But in return, you have to give your complete loyalty to this Kingdom and shall never bring harm to the Kingdom.”

Rai with a smirk got on his one knee and said “As you say, Milord!”

Seeing his resolve, the King smiled and said “You can stand.”

After that, the Head Mage Veronica starting preparing for the return of the other four Kids. Seeing that the preparations are starting, Rai walked towards the Kids and said “See all of you will be returning home soon, meeting your families and loved ones. I hope you cherish your moments there”. Then he laughed and said, “Don’t get involved in this thing again, got it?”

Mathew with a sad face replied, “But at what cost, you have to stay here.”

Coran with a dejected face “Yeah and forever at that and you had to give your loyalty to the King as well.” At the same time, Lisa replied “Yeah it’s not fair, if this is the case I don’t want to go back either.”

Rai replied with a smile “Shh… Don’t say that, it’s my own choice to stay here after all this is what I have always dreamed of. Don’t worry about me just get home safely.”

Millie stepped forward with a teary eye said “Thank you, Rai, I shall never forget this, and I hope you will enjoy this world to the fullest.”

At that moment a man stepped forward and said “Your Majesty, shall I take Sir Rai to give him a tour of the castle?”

“Yes” replied the King “Rai he is General Hardley, he is one of the best swordsmen in this kingdom. He will show you around the castle and as well be your trainer.”

Rai looked at that man and he was about 5’10 Ft. tall, compared to Rai, he would be half a head taller, appearing not old, even to the extent that he looked around 29, broad shoulders, features handsome and somewhat resolute, a head of long golden hair unrolling behind him, falling down nearly to his waist. His hair did not curl and hung straight down.

Rai slightly bowed and said, “Hello Sir Hardley, my name is Rai, it’s a pleasure to meet you.”

General Hardley replied, “No, the pleasure is all mine.” General Hardley smiled, turned a little right, and said “Please follow me.”

They start walking towards a corridor at the right end corner of the Throne room. They continued walking through the corridor while General Hardley explained the basic structure of the Castle, although Rai already saw most of it the way there, he still listened closely.

He learned that, just as he thought the Middle part of the Castle, where they were is called the Throne Room, then to another side there was a Training area for the Royal Knights, the area opposite to it is known as the Flower Garden because of the small garden which is located in the middle, then there is room right behind the Throne room that’s where most of Kingdom’s documents are done.

Then as Rai was tired, stopped by the Flower Garden, and he was filled with the joy of seeing so many different kinds of flowers; blue, green, yellow all kinds of different flowers were there, and in the middle, was a place for sitting.

General Hardley told Rai that it is known as The Arch. There were two entryways. On the other two sides were half walls, which were as high as the sofas with three pillars on each side it was a beautiful sight to behold.

They rested for half an hour in the Flower Garden after that a servant was sent to request their presence as all the preparations were completed. So General Hardley requested that they should return to the Throne Room.

When they reached the Throne Room the magic circle was completed and the Kids were standing in the middle of it. Rai rushed to them and said “This is where we part guys. Lisa, Mathew, Millie, Caron may you return home safely.” While saying this he gave them all a hug. They all had tears in their eyes.

Then Head Mage Veronica said, “It is ready, Sir Rai please get out of the Magic Circle.”

Rai turned his head nodded, without saying anything else, just gave them a cheerful smile and walked outside of the Magic Circle.

Head Mage prepared the spell and started the incantation

Rai looked as the pillar of light appeared and the Kids were gone in an instant. At that time he thought: It would have been nice if they had stayed. With a teary eye, he said Goodbyes to his Friends.
