《Are you a Lucker? (Luck based LitRPG)》Chapter 17

"I'm not getting any younger." There was something very different about Clorevica's aura now, but only Mio noticed it, As Yuu was too excited. He knew he couldn't wing the fight, but there something inside of him yelling that he should try to fight her.
"So, Dork is the one that coming first huh?" Said Clorevica. "You know, maybe you two should fight against me at the same time." She continued.
"E..eh... No... I never fight against anyone else... truth is I don't want to." Mio answered her, sitting next to a rock as she watched Yuu stretching his body.
Without further confirmation, Yuu threw his chakram right at Clorevica's head.
Even though it wasn't written, raising a Dexterity somewhat increasing Yuu's accuracy and how well he used a weapon. It was an easy task for him to accurately throw something right at the place he wanted it.
Still, that only accurate if the target wasn't moving. At ease, Clorevica tilted her head; not a single hair became a victim of Yuu's chakram.
And that wasn't his opening, using a Skill that his chakram had, Return. Like a super magnet, the one that he threw turned in the mid-air and headed toward the chakram on Yuu's right hand.
But Clorevica knew about that Skill. In a graceful manner, she shifted her body and let the chakram flew right in front of her face.
Right at the moment after the first chakram flew past Clorevica, he then threw the other chakram to her. Completely abandoning his first chakram; letting it flew passed at him but now his hand was emptied, he loaded a bolt on his crossbow and shot it to Clorevica.
All of Yuu's action happened in less than two seconds. If he could do this back at the Earth, he must have already appeared on a talent show.

Though, he was in Epsilon, where Status was everything. With 40 Agility and 45 Dexterity, Clorevica caught Yuu's second chakram and used it to cut the bolt.
"Crap!" Sensing a flow of air behind his back, Yuu crouched down.
As the first chakram flew back to Clorevica. She whistled and said "Not bad~"
Hurrying, Yuu's grabbed his black and green daggers. With his torso bent forward and his head looking at her, Yuu ran like an anime ninja.
Albeit stupid looking, with a pair of daggers in his hand moreover, his pose made him became a smaller target for Cloverica to shoot.
But a pair of chakrams flying at him. Unable to turn his way, Yuu used the daggers to deflect the chakrams. As he did this, he didn't have a choice but to stop for a moment.
It was easy for him to attack while moving, but to block an attack while moving was another level of difficulties.
In an instant, an arrow flew past his cheek, creating a small cut. This wasn't a miss, this was Clorevica way of saying 'You're dead.'
Yuu thought in his mind that maybe he would have a better chance if he could steal Clorevica Agility. But, for him to be able to do that, he must directly touch her body.
The battle didn't even last for 5 seconds, although depressing, this was the best he could do. Right until this time, most of the monster Yuu fought didn't have a speedy trait. They were all nothing but a bunch of walking meat.
Cleaning the cut, Yuu silently went to Mio and said. "Hey, it's your turn."
"E..eh!!! N..no, no way I could do that!" Mio rejected that idea by wildly shaking her head. In her eyes, after she saw Yuu threw his first chakram and the next thing she knew the battle was over.

"C'mon, you can run faster if you're in your raptor form." Said Yuu, trying to raise her spirit as he sat right next to her.
"B..but... I never hit someone before... and most of the time, my job was running. I... don't think I can do it." Mio said with a pale face.
What came at her was a deadly flick right at her forehead. "...Don't lie, I remember you slapped me really hard on our first day. Not to mention the other hit when you're annoyed."
Rubbing her forehead with teary eyes and checking her Hit point. "Urgh... Yuu, you don't need to flick me that hard, my Hit point is reduced by two." She protested.
"Mio~ Are you going to fight from there?" Said Clorevica as she nocked an arrow and directed it to Mio.
"Eeek!!... w..wait... I'm coming." Mio stood and walked with dropped shoulders. Bringing the javelin at her back and a boomerang on her hand.
As both of the girls did a standoff. "E..erm... then here I come. Ei!" Mio threw the boomerang.
Even though she managed to throw it and the boomerang was spinning, Clorevica was shaking her head when the direction wasn't even flying toward her.
"...Mio, I'm not even moving, but .. I'll train you how to use that after this." Said Clorevica.
Puffing her cheek in embarrassment "...I know.... and please..."
After taking a deep breath. "Let's do a melee combat." Said Clorevica as she threw her bow away.
"....Yes..." As a dice falling down and showed 4. She turned into a raptor, though Yuu couldn't help but wonder why her raptor form what was the requirement for the thing Mio could equip in her raptor form.
"....G..Grrrraaaawr. (....H...here I come.)" Growled Mio, not like anyone else could understand her.
In theory, she could run faster and also stronger than Clorevica. As she charged toward her, Clorevica only stood still, and like a gymnast master, she circled her slender hand on the raptor's neck and pulled her body right onto raptor's neck. Forcing it to lay down at the ground.
As Mio turned back into her human form, dropping Clorevica to the ground, dice rolled and once again, she transformed into her raptor form. Oh... I thought she wanted to give up. Yuu thought on his mind when he saw quite an unique idea from the way Mio used her Skill.
Once again, this time she charged in a real close combat but Clorevica did a windmill movement and kicked right at Mio's chin.
But, Mio was in her raptor form. Albeit her head was facing the sky, she moved her tail trying to hit Clorevica. And from Clorevica windmill position, using only her slender arms power, she did a backflip, moving away from Mio.
Mio's tail was hitting nothing but an empty air, and this time Clorevica charged toward her, kicking right in the middle of her neck.
This time, Mio turned back into her human form. Coughing while holding her chin and throat. "*Cough* G..give up.. I give up. *Cough*"
"Is that so? Then get your legs back, we're going to throw some boomerang." Said Clorevica as she spent the rest of her day, doing a spartan training to Mio. While Yuu was doing his training all by himself, while sometimes killing the nearby monster.

The Wolf Saga, Wolf that Devours Empires
The Empire of Human is about to enter a turbulent era. A World Power has fallen. But mere hours after dying, he is reborn as a half-human, half-elf boy named Wolf. The story follows this odd boy as he grows up, his relationship with his father and those around him, his lack of common sense from being raised in the wilderness, and his desire for revenge. Witness Wolf's journey as he aspires to climb to the peak of the world to unravel its mysteries, and as he tries to figure out why it’s wrong to decapitate a street thug when the man tries to mug you. “I mean, the man literally said ‘Money or life,’ so what’s the big deal?” Releases Mon/Wen/Fri. (GMT-ish) Trigger warning. The Wolf Saga may not be suited for you if any of the following disturbs you: - The story will have fighting and killing. The gore will not be explicit, but there will be descriptions such as "head burst like a melon", "instantly turned to cinders", "blood splashed/fountained" etc. Most of the violence will be performed by the protagonist, some of it before he reaches his teens. If such scenes bother you, you should probably give Wolf a pass. - The story will have sexual content. It's there for a reason. Once again, these scenes will not be explicit. Genitals will be mentioned sometimes, but never described in detail. Nude bodies will be described in passing, without too many specific details. If you're afraid of nipples, you should probably give Wolf a pass. - The story will have a decent amount of cursing. If you haven't given up by now, this is unlikely to bother you. Still, I believe I should forewarn you that a number of curse words will be making appearance from time to time. - The story will have no small amount of loss for the main character. If you enjoy novels in which everything is fine, the protagonist makes it at the last moment and saves the day... This is not such a story. Life happens. As a reader, I'm annoyed with heroes making it in the nick of time, so for the sake of fairness I used dice on a number of occasions, making do with the result. Sometimes it was anticlimactic, sometimes it was tragic and it led to the story you see before you. Dedication: This story is written for Tired Mom and Wolf, whose arrival the rest of the pack is eagerly awaiting. Thanks: I would like to thank Tired Mom for her proofreading and encouragement over the years. I would like to thank you, Dear Reader, for taking the time to read this big pile of words.
