Chapter 16- The heist

In the sea west to the jade sword sect, the golden lotus island. In the beach of the island there was a stage with four pillars surrounding it, it had huge formation it lit up and people appeared on it one after the other. There was five immortals and more than hundred participants.

Qin Yun was very nervous as he appeared on the platform, he looked around behind him was a sea and in front of him was a huge dome, but it’s inside could not be seen. Qin looked around the other candidate none of them had a friendly expression some of them even sneered at him openly. He look at the immortals they were not even looking at the participants after some time a huge door appeared on the dome and it slowly opened as it opened the immortals looked at the participants and said “remember you fight with each other for the lotus in group or alone but do not kill each other and if your artefact protecting you from the natural energy which is harmful to you inside the realm, breaks then immediately retreat , prolonged exposure to it can badly affect your cultivation “

After giving instructions the immortal motioned as to go inside, after getting the conformation to enter everyone moved to the door.

Qin looked around to find that the whole realm was a huge pond with many , many small lands on top of the pond , it was dark and fog filled the place, the only light came from the top of the pyramid long distance away , the water was someplace shallow and the someplace too deep to even see. Small patches of green was visible on top of the pond which could be used as a foothold, the patches of green could cover half of the realm if it was put together. He felt a pressure from the realm , his protective artefact was doing it’s purpose he still felt the effect of the natural energy pressuring down him.

As he was looking around he saw the other participants are starting to moving closer to the light, the pyramid was at the middle of the realm so it could take some time, as he was a also starting to move he saw three participants moving closer to him , he guessed that they were from a grade three sect, probably trying to take him out, he was still in the peak of foundation establishment stage he could fight core formation stage cultivators one on one but ,in group it would bro hard, he didn’t stay there any longer he used his movement technique to move in the opposite direction of the light, even though his spiritual vein was injured it was still a heavenly spiritual root, he used his full power to escape, after some time the pursuers stopped as he was going in the wrong direction, Qin after some time stopped, and looked around there was no one there so he began to place the formation, the protective formation surrounding the realm only prohibited leaving so it was easy getting inside. After he placed the formation he activated it.

The formation light up and two figures became visible, one had a small net made of violet gas covering him, he was Wen Liang, he was wearing a black robe, his aura was that of core formation experts. His face was not visible in was shrouded in a small gas. The other person had no aura , even though he was standing there he could not be detected with spiritual sense. He had a bow in his hands and arrows in a quiver behind his back, he was wearing a mask so his face not visible, he was wearing black robes too. This was Tian

Tian looked at Wen Liang , he took out a two antidote and one incense pill, Tian took one antidote and put it in his mouth and told Wen Liang to activate the incense pill. Tian looked at Qin and tossed a ring to him and said “ there is everything I promised, when you wake up get out as soon as you can “.

Qin looked at the black figure and said “ good luck “ and started to move towards the area where the door was after some time he felt dizzy so he stopped and sat down and let the darkness take over him.

Tian seeing this said to Wen Liang” it’s starting to work let’s get moving, remember if we find some participants that is not affected by the gas at all we take out there protective artefact ,and move without stopping from a distance, and do not under any circumstances kill any participants“ and started to move.

As they made their way across the realm they saw many unconscious participants, but a few participants were only mildly affected , Tian and Wen Liang took out there protective artefacts and moved without stopping.

It took some time but they made it to the pyramid without many hiccups, they made their way up the pyramid on top of it was a golden lotus which was emitting a powerful natural energy, Tian took out the jade slip which emits the aura and used to make a copy and put the original in his ring but the lotus still emitted an aura but with the fake also emitted an aura so it was indistinguishable, as they were ready to go to the other end of realm, a group of five participants were visible under the pyramid

Tian noticed them they were a mix of different set, of the five Tian recognized one Bo Hua, seeing her a smile was on his face, other than her there was one more women and four male participants, two were on the left side and the three that had Bo Hua was on the left, Tian said to Wen Liang “ I will take the group on the left take them out quickly and we meet on the back, “ as Tian said it he moved to the group on the left and We Liang to the right
