This collab account was created to work on To Face the Gods, a collaboration between Maddy and Laura. However, as covid has eased off and we've had to return to work, there hasn't been the time to work on that collab.
As a result, the two authors are creating separate accounts for their future works. Maddy hasn't made her account yet but we'll post it on To Face the Gods when she has.
Laura, meanwhile, is posting under the name OpheliaCyanide. She will, when she has the chance, post Shattered Echo there. To avoid double posting, she'll be pulling this story from the collab account in the next few days.

The focus will overwhelmingly be on the progression of the main character and his slow increase in strength. Although many of the creatures are based on Swedish creature mythology, I have taken creative liberties in order to ensure that evolution lines and the such are in line with the usual. The main thought I had when going into this is that I want to delay the "meeting a human" section as much as possible. My plan is to get him to endgame levels of strength before even sniffing the possibility of seeing a human. Whether I'm actually able to do this remains to be seen, but I'm holding my thumbs! Also, I'm aware that there are other troll evolution stories, but this is unrelated to them. They can do their stuff and I'll do mine, but this is in no way related to any of them. This is a story about Jonah Bellwood and how he rises to be the strongest mage(?) on earth. *This is my very first try at writing a novel and I'm not a native in English, so pls tell me mistakes and I will fix them ^^ *There won't be harem, but I will try myself on some romance. I always liked romance in LitRPG, so I will try my best do an acceptable romance that works together with the story. *Later I will also add some POV's for some important chars, but not for many, cuz thats too much for me at the moment.
