Chapter Ten: Broken Hammer
They rush through the opening of the cavern, piles of rocks are scattered about, wood chips and splinters cover the floor, "Bombs." Wundah whispers, searching around for Andrew.
"Oh no." Lawa exhales as Wundah quickly glances at her.
"What is it?" He looks at where she's pointing with her trembling finger.
Andrew's broken Hammer half-buried in rubble, the tip crumbled, "Fuck man I'm sure he went out like a true Adventurer."
"Look out!" Wundah was too caught up in his mind and didn't notice the sharp tail flying towards him, Lawa pushes him out of the way.
"What?" Wundah looks up, the Elder Dragon is lifting Lawa up with its tail sticking through her stomach, blood flowing from her mouth.
"AvatarPyro...I kept my promise. My debt is paid in full. Sorry Wundah." She gives a quick, warm-hearted smile before her body shatters into many blue fragments that float into the air.
Wundah's eyes are wide, filled with anger and rage, he rushes towards the dragon, who is blindly swinging it’s tail. It's eyes are gone, "Andrew fucked your ass up!" Wundah chuckles while chopping the right claw off, causing it to fall. Wundah throws his sword down and begins to punch the dragon's face. His fists become full of blood as the dragon groans in agony. He can feel all of its teeth caving in, breaking off piece by piece. Wundah continues to punch the dragon's lifeless body as he weeps, filled with anger and sadness. Items have popped up in his inventory but he continues to punch the dragon, this dumbass dragon that caused the death of his friends. This dragon. After time, so much time he stands up, finds his sword and sheathes it. He places it on the floor and puts Lawa's sword in his inventory, "Someone will find use for it." He walks over to Andrew's broken Hammer and picks it up. He presses buttons on his inventory, all that remains is the handle, he presses a few buttons to create a Long Sword. It has four deadly fangs, it glows red. Wundah sheathes his weapon and continues to press buttons on his inventory. His hands tremble, tears fall down endlessly, "Fuck!" He smiles, "Since you're not here, I guess I'll have to wear it. Don't be too jealous bro." Wundah hangs the chain of Faza claws around his neck and exhales, he begins to walk out of the cavern, he takes one final look and then walks onwards with his hands in his pockets.

Deathless Towers
Transformed & Leveled up! Check for Deathless Dungeoneers. If you enjoyed the first incarnation of this story, you will most likely enjoy its successor more. This fiction is no longer supported. Climb. Kill. Become Deathless. Rhen yearns for the magic to save his home realm from the devastating Kavga invasion. To earn that power, he must first survive the trials of the Deathless Guardian. Paired with a psionic cuttlefish from another realm, Rhen must cultivate his spirit to tame magic he’s only dreamed of and conquer his tower to ascend from an expendable recruit. But it’s not just Rhen and his psi-pal looking to join the Deathless guild, and their rivals will stop at nothing to secure a position. If they fail to defeat their tower in time, Rhen will be sent home, dishonored and powerless. Re-Ordaining of the Chosen
Alea cheerfully hummed as she descended the steps, brimming in upbeat while her colleague, Quarren Leos, shot her a look of skepticism. “So… were you right about him?” he asked doubtfully. She came to a stop for a moment, her humming falling silent before she shook her head, waving her medium length light-blonde hair from side to side. “I was wrong about him.” Quarren raised an eyebrow in confusion at the convoluted response.“But you seem quite happy?” he asked again. “Because I am. But I was wrong about him. He was… so much more than I ever expected.” Alea looked at the sky overhead with a smile. “That boy… no, that man, is amazing. I firmly believe he will come to stand on top of any adversary he faces. He is destined. He is Chosen.” Quarren snorted as he stepped past, shaking his head. “Okay. Each to their own beliefs but you’re sounding like a nutjob. That skinny twig? Everyone calls him a cripple, you know,” he shook his head.“Rumours are always false, Leos,” Alea answered with a disapproving shake of her head. “You wouldn’t know. He is so, so much more.” “I saw him with my own two eyes. I didn’t see anything redeeming,” Quarren rebutted. “Well…” Alea chuckled. “You haven’t seen what I’ve seen.” In the year 917 of the Imperial Calendar, the Great War had just ended between dozens of nations. Farrien welcomed home millions of troops and warriors with the Archdukes of Aerianne and Kanaria leading them at the forefront. Since the founding of Farrien, the Aerianne and Kanarian Archduchies have been pillars upholding the Kingdom from enemies. It was common belief that they possessed special blood blessed by the Goddess Stecia, who gifted the lineage to the first King of Farrien when he first founded the country. All were ecstatic when the current generation of the two Archduchy's, after the war, agreed to let their children wed. The excitement was short-lived however when the Aerianne Princess proved to be a dragoness among men but the Kanarian Prince was worse than even mediocre. The Prince disappeared and the wedding was shortly forgotten as society lived on. Until one day the Young Heir of Kanaria returned to Farrien a changed man, bringing demise with him. Follow the story of the Chosen ordained by the Goddess of Time as he returns to the past to right his wrongs and set things back straight again!
