Chapter Seven: Dragon Mountain
The narrow dirt path at the edge of the vast field of rocks wind through the mountain side, Wundah looks upward, tracing it with his eyes, "That's really narrow. If we get ambushed it would be pretty bad." Wundah swipes through his inventory.
"We'll manage somehow." Bloodlust in Lawa's eyes.
"Hey Lawa?"
"Yeah?" She kicks a rock.
"In the Mines, was that you who slaughtered those enemies?" Wundah looks above, flames could be seen in the clouds.
"Yeah that was me." A stern look on her face, she says it with no hesitation.
"Why though?" They slowly walk along the trail, the view is beautiful.
"Lubos was my reason for existing, I just have so much anger towards beasts now. Being weak, fragile, it's embarrassing. So I must destroy them, but I couldn't even help your friend. I'm still weak." She shakes her head, "Sorry I'm ranting. I haven't had anyone to talk to for a while."
"It's fine I understand. I really do." The trail slowly gets steeper, they can hear the roars and calls of dragons as they near the top.
"No way, look who it is!" Lawa chuckles.
"That's classic!" Wundah smiles.
"Why hello there Adventurers! On a hunt I see, well you are about to enter a boss raid zone! Would you like to trade me for some items?" The old man has a cane in his hand and a giant bag full of supplies on his back.
Wundah trades some items and his Health Pills get filled up, "Damn."
"Well, looks like we're in for a hell of a fight." Lawa chuckles, filling up her Health Pills.
"We got this!" Wundah holds out his fist.
An anime flashback of AvatarPyro and Andrew crosses his mind as Lawa looks confused, but she bumps his fist, "We'll be fine." She gives a reassuring smile.
Wundah scratches his head, "Sorry, we would bump fists before every mission, force of habit."
"It's fine! Lubos would always spank my ass and make me call him daddy before a hunt." She winks at Wundah.
"Um?" Wundah is frozen.
"I'm just messing with you!" Lawa laughs so hard while Wundah blushes in embarrassment, "Let's go kill some dragons."

"Okay! Hang in there Andrew!" Wundah sprints with Lawa to the top, it's flat, as wide as twenty football fields. Clouds cover the outer rim, there is nowhere left to go.
"Looks like this is our battlefield." Wundah unsheathes his sword.
"Just kill like you always do." Lawa fixes her helmet and unsheathes her sword, looking towards the clouds.
A white titan of a dragon the Saza Maza flies from the clouds and lands on the other side of the field, it's body towering as it glares at the Adventurers, "Should we rush it?" Wundah grips his sword.
"No, that's the King, where are his servants." Lawa searches in the clouds, but all is silent.
The Saza Maza lets out a mighty roar, one that is returned by thousands. Out of the clouds a horde of Razaka, Razako, Sazo and Gaza Maza fly down and surround our Adventurers as they flap their wings and growl, glaring their fangs. It's as if there is an ocean of dragons surrounding the two, yet they are calm, focused. No fear in their eyes as they glance at each other and sprint to the nearest dragon, a blue beast similar to a Razaka, the Razako, slicing it's neck. The dragons go in a frenzy, the Adventurers dodge whipping tails while slicing more necks, a dragon with five legs of razor sharp spikes, the Sazo crash-dives with his feet, but Wundah jumps on it and stabs its neck while dodging a fireball as Lawa runs on the back of the first evolutionary stage of the Saza Maza, the orange Gaza Maza, cutting it in half. Wundah ignores the roar of three nearby Razaka as he dives and slices their stomachs open as two Sazo throw spikes at him, but the spikes hit the Razaka, causing them to fall limp. Lawa's sword is glowing with red sparks as she leaves a trail of dead dragons. Wundah slices a Razako’s leg, who closes its eyes and begins to sleep as Lawa follows behind and chops its head off. They continue to slice through the dragons like butter, but each one they kill is replaced by three more. The fight seems endless.
"This is never going to end!" Wundah yells, deflecting a claw.
"Go for the King!" Lawa yells, chopping off a Gaza Maza head.

"Okay!" Wundah screams, cutting the throat of a nearby Razaka as he jumps in the air, landing on the back of a Razako. He shoves the blade into its back, causing it to roar in pain. Wundah presses the blade slowly, causing the Razako to fly towards the Saza Maza, the other dragons shoot fireballs at it, they must protect the King at all costs. Wundah leaps off and continues to fight his way towards the King. Lawa continues to kill dragon after dragon, the bodies scattered about the floor, "How long will we have to keep this up!" Wundah slices three necks at once.
"As long as it takes!" Lawa deflects a tail and rolls away from a fireball.
"Fuck!" Wundah barely dodges a tail and rolls away from a Gaza Maza that tries to tackle him. He slashes its arm, causing it to fall over as Lawa quickly slashes its neck, while lunging at a swarm of Razako. The dragons begin to use teamwork, attacking at different times, but our Adventurers can see ahead and dodge their attacks easily. The Razaka and Razako line up and fly into the air, they begin a volley of fireballs that hail down on the two Adventurers. Wundah and Lawa quickly dodge left and right, looking for an opening but there is no end to the fireballs. Wundah dashes forward, trying to break free, but a hail of spikes crashes down in front of him. He skids to a halt as Lawa dashes the other way, but gets stopped by fireballs.
"Fuck! What do we do?" Lawa screams, running from more fireballs.
"We have to cut through the spikes and break through!" Wundah screams, a fireball flying past his face.
"We'll give it a shot!" Lawa yells, running next to Wundah.
The Saza are in a row on the ground in front and to the left and right, while the Razaka and Razako shoot from above from all sides, The Gaza Maza behind them in a row, way less than the rest. The Saza shoot a wall of spikes with their tails, Wundah cuts upwards while Lawa dives and spins her sword in a circle, cutting an opening for the two. They jump to the left and dodge a hail of flames. The Razaka and Razako create a wall of fire towards the Adventurers who retreat but the Gaza Maza are charging, "Watch out!" Wundah recognizes the attack and they both jump away towards the wall of flame.
A wave of light orange explosions blast on the floor towards them, but they dive through the wall of flame while eating a Health Pill. Lawa chuckles, "This is way better than pressing buttons!"
"It really is! Cover me I have a plan!" Wundah crouches over and presses buttons on his inventory in a hurry as Lawa blocks a hail of spikes. One lands near Wundah’s foot.
"You okay!?" She screams.
"Yeah I'm good! Here!" Wundah puts ten Flashbangs in her hand, "We throw all of them at the ones in front, Gaza Maza are behind us but it won't work on them so focus ahead. Rush the King!" He begins to sprint with her towards the King.
"Now!" Lawa screams, tossing the Flashbangs ahead, Wundah throws his as well. The Gaza Maza continue to shoot fireballs as the rest of the dragons flail in agony. The King flies towards his challengers.
"Jump!" Wundah crouches as Lawa jumps off of his back, spinning her sword around, shoving it through the head. The King crashes down from the sky, falling lifeless onto the floor. The army of dragons roar in a panic and scurry away.
Wundah helps Lawa up, "We did it!" Countless items pop up in their inventory.
"Yeah that was crazy!" Lawa wiggles her sword out of the head.
The two of them fling the blood off of their swords and pull out a Sharpening Stone and sharpen, "Looks like that cavern is next." On the other side is an entrance into the side of the mountain.
"No time to waste." Lawa sheathes her sword and the two Adventurers begin to walk onwards into the cavern. They hurry to help their friend in hopes that he is still alive.
The massive Elder Dragon towers above him, drooling as it roars. Andrew rushes at it with no hesitation, smashing its claw. The dragon lashes with its tail, Andrew blocks with his hammer and gets

I never thought I'd be killed by butterflies. But here I am... Edmon Valli was a smuggler, before a freak storm threw him off course and stranded him on a desert island smack in the middle of an uncharted monster zone. Trying his best to survive, or possibly even escape, he stumbles across the find of a lifetime: an unclaimed dungeon crystal. This is a dungeon-ish story, but without reincarnation or transmigration. I started it as a whim for NaNoWriMo so I may drop it any time after that... or I might not. My current plan is to write until I can reach some sort of conclusion and call it 'volume one'. I hope someone enjoys reading it for now! All comments, corrections, and criticism welcome.

Note: This story is, in part, based on another story by the same name and author. It is not, however, the same story and the original was discontinued due to various 'complications'. While marked with warning for profanity and sexual content, it is extremely mild, uncommon to the point of near-non-existence and lacks any detailed descriptions. In some cases it is litte more than inuendo's or vague references. Updates will be weekly: Saturday.

After a gruesome accident, John can't live a normal life anymore. While he's in a coma, he is offered an interesting proposal. If he can't live a normal life in the real world, maybe he could try living a good one in the virtual world. It sounds like an easy solution but things may not go as planned. Chapter 1 and 2 can be considered prologues but I advise you to read them to get a better understanding of both the characters and the world. The story picks up after chapter 4 so if you wish to read a story with a """"slightly"""" dark main character, please be patient. Warning! Some chapters may include : strong coarse language, violence, scenes that are suggestive of or depicting sexual intercourse, rape and ritualistic murders.
