|Commence Mission|

A huffing wind rose up, then stirring the umbrella panels. A tinkling sound came to his ears as he rushes towards the Southwest district. A sheet of the rain passed over him and the sound intensified.

[Lucas: Sheesh, it feels like the weather is preventing me from going to Ethan... HMPH! As if I'd let myself surrender.]

The umbrella slowly breaks, its tips began to lift simultaneously. Causing its canopy to be in an inverted state. Thus, Lucas decided to run and throw the umbrella in a trash can. His clothes got wet apace, causing him to feel cold at the moment of rushing.

[Lucas: Damn, I can already hear Ethan's useless scoldings...]

(Ethan's point)

[Ethan: ..... He's late.. I told him to take some rest but this is just way too..]

Ethan whispered to himself, showing irritation as he remains outside the brothel awaiting Lucas. Standing for over 20 minutes makes his annoyance boil inside him.

[Lucas: HUFF.... HUFF... HUFFFF.... Sorry I'm late!]

[Ethan: ....]

Ethan takes a look at Lucas. He gets a few pitiful glances as he shakes out his wet clothes.

[Ethan: Here... Take this and change.]

Ethan sighs as he picks something out inside his shadow. A pair of knight's garments emerged from the shadows. He then passes it to Lucas with his left hand while holding his nose with his right hand.

[Ethan: Ya stink like... ARGHH, just hurry up and go to the comfort room over that corner, ya dumbass.]

[Lucas: Ohh shut up!]

Apparently, he tripped on a slippery soil while rushing towards the red-light district entrance gate. He has no other choice but to wear Ethan's knight uniform after he gets to the room and cleans himself afterwards.

(After changing)

[Ethan: You look like a real human now. Come on let's go.]

[Lucas: What do you mean by that?! Anyway, Am I allowed to wear this? I'm not even a knight..]

A knight uniform differs from an ordinary knight armor suit. Which means that wearing a knight uniform indicates that you have the special rights to use any magic, but this would still require the permission to the leader of that group. As for the normal ones, they are covered with armor as they have no magic. This means that they can only use physical abilities. Unlike those who have magic, they can protect themselves without wearing one depending on the situation at the very least.

Knights that can utilize their magic typically has a higher standing than a mediocre knight without magic. In battles, they can command other lower position to improve the quality of the battle.

[Ethan: Don't sweat the small stuff and just wear it.]

[Lucas: Yeah..... Right!! You haven't told me yet what should I do, you airhead!]

Lucas hits Ethan over his head. Causing him to crouch as he scratches it.

[Ethan: What was that for?! You piece of sh-]

[???: Ethan, what are you doing? Come, quickly.]

[Ethan: UNDERSTOOD. Lucas, follow me...]

Even before Ethan could complete his sentence, somebody appeared in front of them. His voice becomes utterly lifeless as he replied to that person. He got all serious out of nowhere. With this, Lucas didn't say anything else and just followed after him... Both of them followed that person.

[Lucas: Is that your?...]

[Ethan: Yeah, he's my father..]

He looks like Ethan in a lot of ways. Ethan's gray, monolid eyes with stunning messi hair can steal a woman's heart in the blink of an eye. His long and narrow dimples on both cheeks are clear with his chiseled aspect. His face too, is similar to that person. The only difference is the atmosphere around the two. According to Lucas, Ethan gives off a presence of being admired by those people who knew his skills, but being so foolish when it comes to him. In contrast of this, his father has a serious looks and a daunting aura enough to scare a little girl.

[Lucas: So we'll fight him?...]

[Ethan: Hey Lucas, I think you're misunderstanding something important here... There are many kinds of fighting, don't even think about doing what you've been imagining this past days. We're not here to start a war, but to secretly spill their malfeasance to avoid causing trouble to our surroundings.]

They quietly exchange conversations for his father not to notice them. Walking along the hallway as they slowly approach on to the second floor, which leads to the meeting room where the other three aristocrats are waiting.

[Lucas: Where are the others?]

[Ethan: Actually, I only need you and Javier in this mission, but they are willing to participate with this, so..]

Scratching his left cheek, he told Lucas the other five's location.... They can see Floyd's figure patrolling the second floor of the first stair to prevent anyone from passing through the corridor that leads to the meeting room. They continue to walk upstairs and meet him. Floyd stands straight and makes his way for them to pass through him. Not just far away, they can see Blade and Charles guarding the door. It was a tight security since they have the highest authority after the royals.

[Lucas: How about Gio and Javier?]

[Ethan: Shhh.. Enough with that, we're already near.]

Ethan stops him from talking as they reaches the door before them.

[???: Wait here.]

[Yes sir!]

His father entered the room after receiving their responses. Lucas took a glimpse inside when Ethan's father opened it in a second. He looked at the other Nobles sitting on the chairs, facing each other on the round table. He saw them and they are totally elegant although it was a only moment of sighting.

After closing the door, Charles and Blade both sighed intensely, showing their relief sides as they organize themselves afterwards.

[Lucas: (hahahaha.. I get them alright) Ethan, This is the second time I'm asking you, what should I do?]

[Ethan: You're not needed yet so go ahead and have some fun (some of my predictions were off, but I still need him to do his part later on).. ]

Ethan shooed him off the place and he began to go downstairs. He immediately went to the second stair and climb up to the second floor that leads to the storage room. He wandered around for a moment to have some leisure time...

(Inside the luxury room)

[???1: You're late, Mr. Edward Albertine.]

[Edward: My apologies, Mr. Jaime.]

[???2: These women are exquisite, you have my highest gratitude, Mr. Jaime and Mr. Edward for having a collaboration with each other in creating this brothels.]

[???3: Enough with chitchats, let's start this meeting.]

He sees Jaime in a black clothing, sitting on a chair as he faces the round table while chiding Edward for being late. The person(???2) having two women on both his laps, keeps on embracing them as he compliments Edward and Jaime on the sofa at the side of the room. (???3) has a scar on his forehead, it can be concealed by using his hair. However, for some reasons he prefers not to hide it. They began to take a sit to their respective chairs to start their meeting afterwards....

[Ethan: They've started.]

Outside the room where Ethan is, he closed his eyes and felt the tranquility inside. Thus, he instructed them to move according to the plan and started the mission. A mission to let the aristocrats spill their misdeeds by having a meeting, but exactly how can Ethan achieve something like that when he is outside?

Charles and Blade withdraw in front of the door and allow Ethan to take over. Concentrating all of his attention in one spot; the door of the "meeting room". This would be a difficult part of the mission, as he will use his magic to let Gio and Javier enter the area without the aristocrats noticing them.

[Ethan: Things are going smoothly. I'll leave the rest to two of you, Giovanni and Javier..]

Ethan muttered to himself as he lets his shadow creeps onto the floor in order for them to be stealthy.. The shadow forms a line and makes its way to the round table. Since they are occupied with discussing their businesses. It was successful; they didn't see the shadow crawling from below them. Hence, the two emerged from the shadow.

Now for the most crucial part. Javier performs his magic spell under while Giovanni keeps a close eye on him. The round table has a long cloth that helps them to be concealed.

[Javier: This truly is unknightly, but if this will solve his problem. I'll be willing to sacrifice even myself! Reflection magic- "Listener's heed".]

*Reflection magic can reflect/absorb the sounds that he can hear and the objects that he can see. Depending on the skill/spell he uses, he can save all the things he sees and hears, just like storing a food in a container and gives it to others if needed.

Although he couldn't see them due to their positions. He can hear those conversations bounce back and forth.. Thanks to his spell, the sounds he hears are being reflected. Considering this fact, he can now record them with ease. Focusing his hearing sense, he closed his eyes to be more precise in collecting the data. As for Giovanni, he's staring at him while giving some good vibes.

(Lucas's point)

Strolling around the other side of a second floor, he let out a deep sigh as he looks down the floor.

[Lucas: Damn that Ethan, I've got the feeling that he's just playing me again. I mean.. Look, he waited for so long just to let me go have some free time here. The hell is wrong with him, anyway.. I'm already here so I'm allowed to search for her right?]

He observed each door with a bewildered looks. Out of curiosity, he approached a door slowly but surely, he puts his left ear beside it and heard a woman moaning intensely.

[AHHNN~ AHMMF~ AHHHHHH~ MOREE!! OHH MY GOD~]

[Lucas: HOLY CO-]

He promptly retreats and covered his nose at the same time. He falls over against the wall and the blood from his nose instantly fell out, he regretted his actions for being a real idiot- he admitted it.

Covering his nose while raising his head up to prevent his blood from draining, he encountered a man holding a chain that he's familiar with.. That man was the one whom he pierced his gaze at when he saw him hurting Evelyn{Chapter 8}.

[Lucas: Uhm... I apologize for what... I've caused you.. May I know what will you do with that chain?..]

[This... Is for the customers..]

[Lucas: (Heck!? What in the world is that customer will do with chains?..) I.. I see.. Well, take care.]

He was a bit hesitant to answer Lucas but he didn't pry any longer. Accordingly, Lucas bid farewell as well as that man. They begin to walk towards the opposite direction.. Then Lucas looks back a few seconds but didn't see a trace of him.

Due to his instinct that something is going on, he turned back and tried to follow him. Briskly walking along the way and stop at the corner of a pole that supports the floor. That guy was no longer in his field...

[???: Hey Lucas, are you going to be a customer now?]

As he was searching for that man, he sees Gianna on the second stair climbing up, greeting him in a seductive manner.

[Lucas: Huh?! N.. No.. I mean.. I'm patrolling this floor hahaha...]

He's envelope with sweat as he thinks about an excuse to cover himself.

[Gianna: Anyway, did you see Evelyn?? I came looking for her on the ground floor since earlier but I never saw her.]

Gianna asked him but he didn't know either. He offers a helping hand to look for Evelyn. Two is better than one in looking for someone after all. They began to search for Evelyn on the second floor, The first stair that leads to the meeting room is already out of option because Floyd was guarding it so they didn't bother to go and can save much time searching for another location..

Gianna suggested for them to climb to the third floor. He was unaware that there was another floor and looks a bit grumpy..

[Lucas: TCH! Had I knew it from the beginning, I should have come there and search for another clues..]

He discovered a new floor, it has a peculiar ambience that he can't put it into words than the other two. Gianna told him that this was where they sleep after working. The style is too strange, it almost looks like a hunted house in the first glance. They move forward and went to Gianna's room. Apparently, the two of them are roommates, she says so.

Lucas matches her walking pace and finally stops at a certain room. She slowly opens the door and they saw.....

[Lucas: ?!?!?!?! WHA... WHAT THE HELL IS... THIS!!!]

[Gianna: ?!?!?! N- no.. This can't be...]

[Lucas: KWAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!! YOU F*$;#KIN&# BASTARD!!]

Gianna fell down to the floor, she can't even feel her legs from seeing those cruel things she's been viewing this very moment. Lucas trembled as he shouts out very loud. His hands are shaking, His eyes are getting furious as he sees that man raping Evelyn on the bed!! He uses the chain to incapacitate Evelyn. Thus, doing WHATEVER he likes to her....
