Vermillion wakes up from his sleep and turns around to see his computer is still turned on. Apparently, he forgot to turn it off. Its 4 AM in the morning and he sits on his chair while looking at his computer monitor, he got bored so he wanted to find something to do. After searching and trying to find something worth his time, all he got was boring stuff and ads for crap video games.

He then remembered something called twitter while he was chatting with his friend, while remembering his friend he got some painful memories but he repressed those memories quickly and googled Twitter, he found a site with a blue bird as its logo, he clicks on the button that says ‘Sign Up’. He fills out the forms needed for the registration to Twitter. He takes the username called @VeMilllions, As he verified his E-Mail he goes on twitter and sees a notice telling him to tweet his first tweet with some hashtags such as #MyFirstTweet and others. Despite the notice, he focused on personalizing his twitter first before making his first tweet. He set his profile picture to a Bat Orchid and his banner as a garden he adored. After setting up his twitter, he noticed that he was getting drowsy so he went to his bed and dropped himself onto his bed.

He had a dream, the dream was about him getting exposure and fame because of his tweets. He saw himself become a star in twitter, interacting with thousands of his followers and having fun. He never had this kind of luxury ever since the incident to him that happened. He envisioned himself as a ‘higher-up’ and an internet celebrity. As every tweet he makes, comes a thousand retweets and another thousand likes that keeps on rolling. Because of the excitement and joy, he woke up very inspired and optimistic. Vermillion finds himself really interested about the dream he has and vows to make that dream a reality.

Excited and hopeful, he starts to tweet some of his classic jokes. His optimism and hope slowly withered away as his tweet, in a couple of hours, still hasn’t received attention, likes or retweets. Vermillion, disappointed, started to ponder and think about how ‘Twitter’ works. He started researching about twitter and how to get attention there. He clicked on the first website that popped up and he learned the basic stuff such as what is the function of retweets, likes and replies. However, he wasn’t satisfied about knowing the whole concept of Twitter and wanted to be famous. Vermillion was always like that, he wanted to know what’s he dealing with before he does something, they say ‘one must be prepared before a battle’.

When he was searching for tips on getting popular on Twitter, his stomach grumbled. “Time for breakfast, I guess?” he said to himself. He let out a soft sigh and took a bath, did his special ‘deed’ and went down the stairs to prepare breakfast. He quietly ate his breakfast, still thinking about Twitter and how to gain popularity and prominence in Twitter and in the internet. “Maybe if I share it on some other websites? Nah that would be too much!” he said to himself while still, eating scrambled eggs. After he ate, he found a website explaining the things he wanted to know about, getting fame and popularity. “PREPARE THE STAIRS AND THE RED CARPET BECAUSE VERMILLION IS COMING TO TOWN!” he ecstatically said. That day was symbolizing a start, a start of a new page in life for Vermillion!
