I woke up the next morning a bit like normal but then I went downstairs and remebered my new reward. I got coffee! WOoHOo! I can finally say I've got the bare minimum of a cafe right now. One cake and one coffee machine, but hey they're a good duo together especially chocolate cake. Might be a bit too sweet but for now I'll pair them setting the price to 2 crystals per cup and a new deal, of three cakes nets one a coffee half off! I design the new menu.

Well that would make things a lot easier, I had plenty of ideas for food that I could make from back home. From cultivating in my spare time I had also gotten up to the 1st realm of the Qi Gathering stage, from what I heard from the system it should be good enough if I plan to go out, as long as I don't go anywhere dangerous.

Stepping out of my building for the second time though this time I inspect my surroundings a bit more. It's sort of the same as my old world but things are a bit different for example, there are no games other than a couple of simple card games that only kids play, most businesses seem designed to further cultivation, and the only entertainment seems to be historical play's that occasionally pop up as an ad or something. Other then that it seems the economy is pretty good, though the food seems to be a bit more on the nutritious though less delicious side of things, though I figure thats better for people anyway as too much good without balance is bad. My old world being the basis of that analogy though.

Soon enough I find the street market, and with a big bag I go to multiple stalls and buy basic food supplies eggs, various new vegetables and fruits asking the system for similarities to my old worlds produce occationally. Eventually I find a bakery walking inside I see that this world does not really have good bread, as most of it seems to be black bricks filled with medicinical herbs, and I frown at the sight, seems my cafe might end up as a restraurant if I dont limit consumption, luckily I already did that.

Walking back to my Cafe I go to the kitchen to prepare some foods, thinking of hiring some people to help out soon. Although I've only been in business for a few days I can already see a bustling cafe in my mind so I was thinking ahead despite only having 4 customers ever enter in here. I finished my breakfest and heard a system notification

Okay then I got it now. I can make a recipe and the system will tell me whether or not it can be a menu option. I get it the gist of it. I finish eating my breakfast and I make another menu with the system.

I put the new menu up and turn on the open sign. After around 2-3 hours I see Harlow walk through the door today he is wearing a black tophat.

"How are you Miss Anabelle?"

"I am doing fine thank you Harlow, Anything you want, we got a couple of new items."

"Hmm I'll take that new special you have on the board."

"Coming right up" I smile and cut some fresh slices of cake and making a pot of coffee, when the coffee was done I sent it over to Harlow sitting at the table.

"Thanks Miss Anabelle, Looks delicious. Whats the new menu Item 'Fried Eggs and Bacon'?" He asked while taking a bite into the cake.

"Oh its a simple breakfast item i made just for the mornings, its quite good, main reason why its kinda expensive" I say sheepishly

"If thats the case, may I try it?"

"Oh, of course."

I went to the kitchen and the sound of frying filled the small cafe, I soon came out with a bigish plate of two fried eggs and three slices of thick bacon.

"Oh that does look good" Said Harlow

"Enjoy"

I went back to the counter while Harlow was eating casually thinking about if I should start hiring if I didn't have a solid income yet. I decided to hire one person to help out with the cooking and planned on the benefits to be a free breakfast which was quite expensive on my part, but if they wanted to play games I decided that they had to pay for those still, just until my income was high enough to start making changes. I plan on treating my employees well.

I just had no idea who I would hire.
