Bloody day
Keiichi watched the blue sky, surrounded by thick clouds, but the starlight was still visible.
*Sigh!*
He remembers how his life turned upside down overnight. Before he was just a normal boy, but now he was traveling and fighting beings from another world.
*Blink*
Keiichi suddenly heard a familiar sound.
'A mission?'
【Optional Quest: Prevent the blood demon from getting most blood essences】
『The blood demon has appeared and is collecting the blood essence of humans to strengthen itself』
『Reward: 2000 points | Elemental book』
"What?!" Keiichi looked at the mission information with a shocked expression. "What the hell is going on? Blood demon? Didn't I kill this thing before?"
"Yato, what the hell is this?"
"You didn't kill him," Yato replied.
"But I hit him with Hell flame. How did he not die?" Keiichi was sure the Hell Flame could hurt Basmakal, so how was that demon alive?
"This demon is not as simple as you think."
"Explain this to me later. Now I need to solve this problem." Keiichi didn't want to waste time as people were in danger while he was talking.
"Before you go, know that your world will never be the same," Yato said before disappearing.
…
Keiichi showed a complex expression. He didn't understand what Yato meant by "will never be the same", but he couldn't waste time thinking about it.
The system handed over the location of where the demon was to Keiichi, and he fired at a speed that broke the sound barrier.

In a distant city:
"W-What is it?!" A man pointed to the sky with an expression of fear.
Everyone else was looking at the sky with different expressions on their faces. Fear. Curiosity. Confusion.
"Are they shooting a new movie? Feels very real." One woman commented.
In the sky, a giant crimson sphere hovered.
"HAHAHAHA." A laugh that didn't seem human appeared in the sky, startling everyone.

In the sky, a supernatural creature was floating while laughing.
"Hey! Are you sure this is a recording?!"
Everyone's question was answered when a police helicopter approached the area.
"Evacuate the area immediately!!" A man using a loudspeaker yelled.
A group of over 300 armed police appeared pointing their weapons at the unknown creature. People on the street began to panic, confused by what was happening.
"FIRE!" The commander shouted without hesitation.
The cops shot the demon until its ammunition ran out.
"Hahaha." The creature continued to laugh. The bullets did not cause any injuries to him.
"What the hell are you?!" The police commander shouted with a serious expression.
"᳀ᰌᰞᰒᱱᰓ ᰜᰙᱱᰛᰌ, ᱏᰕᰞ ᰣᰍᰑᰑ ᰀᰉ ᰒᱏ ᰊᰕᰕᰅ." The creature responded in an unfamiliar language.
The commander was about to call for reinforcements, but he felt something pierce his chest. He looked down and saw the red stake. Anxiety, fear, and confusion crossed his eyes. His last thought before he died was the doubt that his family would be okay.
"Commander!!" The soldiers tried to help him, but they too were impaled with no chance to react.
The people who saw this ran in horror for their lives, but the creature would not let them get away easily.
He killed any human being he encountered on the way, not even sparing the children.
*Slash!* *Slash!* …
The screams of terror and fear echoed through the street as the creature continued to laugh. The chaos slowly spread through the entire city.
-
"We need immediate reinforcements!!" A man shouted as he watched the sky darken. His clothes had a blue dragon symbol, and spirit energy coursed through his body. Ordinary people wouldn't care for him, but Cultivators would certainly be surprised to see him.
He is an elder of the Blue Dragon Sect, the most powerful sect in the country.
"Elder, we're on our way." A female voice answered.
'What the hell is this thing?' He thought as he watched the creature.

'Whatever, I need to stop him.'
-
Amidst the chaos of people, an explosion of spiritual energy emerged.
The blood demon who watched everything with a macabre smile turned his attention to the burst of spirit energy.
"Die!"
The demon smiled as he saw a sword made of spirit energy come towards him. He stretched out his hands and destroyed the spiritual sword without the slightest effort.
"Tsk." The elder was surprised to see his attack fail miserably. "Evil creature, surrender while there is still time."
"᳀ᰖᱱᰜᰌᰉᰜᰍᰁ ᰌᰞᰒᱱᰓ." The demon looked at the elder with an expression of contempt.
The elder frowned as he prepared his next attack.
"᳀ᰅᰍᰉ." The demon focused its energy on its fingertip and fired a beam toward the elder.
The elder erected a spiritual barrier to contain the attack, but…
*crack!*
The barrier was destroyed, and the crimson beam hit his body, making him grunt in pain.
*BOOMMM!*
The crimson beam pierced the entire city while leaving trails of destruction. People who were unlucky enough to be hit by the beam died instantly.
"Elder!!" A girl suddenly appeared with several elderly Cultivators and a young woman.
"Miss, check on the elder's condition. We'll take care of this thing." an elder said.
"...Ok."
-
"Elder." The girl looked at the bloodied body with a serious expression.
'Not even the protection artifact could protect you?'
"Miss, he's not dead yet, but his injuries are grave." The woman next to her warned.
The girl took a pill and put it in the elder's mouth. The elder's vitality improved, but he was still injured and unconscious.
"Damn, this thing must be the Blood Sect's fault! I warned my father about this!" The girl clenched her fists, anger evident on her face.
"Miss…"
*BOOMMMM!*
The girl turned her attention to the fight that was going on at supersonic speed through the city.
"We need to help them. Call in a team to take care of the elder." The girl ordered as she ran towards the demon.
-
*BOOMMM!*
The old man was thrown hundreds of meters after being hit by the demon.
"Damn it!" He stood up with a pained expression. He is one of the oldest elders of the Blue Dragon Sect, but was being dominated by an unknown creature. He looked at his companions with a thoughtful expression.
"We won't be able to harm this thing without using everything we've got." He warned the other elders.
The other elders nodded and prepared their strongest attacks. The concentrated spiritual energy of all the elders was enough to be noticed throughout the city.
The demon was silent as he watched.
The elders' spiritual energy turned into a glowing blue sphere. All the spheres joined together to form a larger one.
The elders didn't wait any longer and fired the blue orb at the demon. They expected the demon to try to dodge it, but the glowing sphere hit him, sending him heading towards the ocean.
It was lucky that this city was close to the ocean.
*BOOOMMMM!*
It looked like an atomic bomb had been detonated, the bluish glow spreading across the sky.
"Elders!" The girl appeared with a worried expression.
"Miss, I think we managed to stop him-"
*Slash!*
Everyone was in shock to see the head of one of the elders cut off and his body mutilated in the next moment. They looked at the demon that had emerged without any wounds on its body.
The demon didn't move after killing one of the elders. He stood there, looking curious at the blue energy surrounding the Cultivators.
"...Bastard!!" The girl darted towards the demon, her arms being covered in bluish flames.
"Miss, wait!"

The Badboy Prince Just Can't Resist
"Why are you so nervous?" "I'm not.""Your pupils dilate every time you look at me. What are you so worried about, sweetheart?" He asks me, his warm breath fanning my ear. I rolled my eyes, and he took that as a response. "Why are you so afraid of me, Annalise?""I'm not," I repeated in a firm tone, trying to stop my body's temptation of leaning into his touch. "Then why can't you think properly while so close to me?" Damien's lips were now grazing my ear. His strong arms expertly pull me in, arms crossed around my waist ready to spin me back out. I despised the way he made me feel when we would dance, as if I liked being under his lead- it infuriated me. "I can think just fine." I spin myself back out, trying to take control. He chuckled,"This is why I find you so intriguing. You want to resist me, and I haven't found somebody like that before. It's quite frustrating, having someone who doesn't bend to my will."The nerve of this man!I scowled,"I'm not just going to follow your every command. Being a Prince doesn't mean you gain-""I could give you anything. A title or land, and any other girl-""I'm not just 'another girl' who will bend to your standards. I don't have time to pamper your ego as if you own the school.""In fact, I do. Thank you for reminding me sweetheart, sometimes I forget." Arrogance laced his tone, sending my fury into overdrive."I am nobody's sweetheart, especially not yours."His laugh sent vibrations through my body,"You have never failed to amuse me. I think we should get to know each other better." I felt his lips against my ear curl into a sly smirk.~*~*~*~*~*~*~*Cover by @afranticdreamer#4 romance #1 royal 9-29-2020#1 kingdom 3-30-2020#3 king 4-3-2020#1 princess 4-13-2020#1 new 5-14-2020-All rights reserved -Kick back and enjoy a book with a little bit of mystery, magic, humor, and don't forget romance
