As everyone in the safe zone has received the notice whether to take part in the new mission.

Thus I go to the machine and bought a standard issue SLS sniper rifle from the vending machine, return back home and position my sniper rifle on the window, take aim and pull the trigger, the bullet hit the person's shoulder and I shoot again to make sure he is down, that rat man just comes down without knowing what hit him. That I think it is just a fluke no way my shooting skill is that good or mere overlying on the scope, and some more it is not even zero.
