Chapter 36 Escaping Thorn Passion Penitentiary
“That rebel just jump from the top floor! Is she still alive?”
“Go check!” When the guards surrounded the broken windowpane, they witnessed the miraculous way of how Selene secured her landing.
“She has the Fahtier ability! How shocking! What kept her from using it up till now?”
“None of that matters. We have to stop her from escaping.”
“By the time we reach the ground, she would have already escaped.”
“Not with the fence still operational. She will get electrocuted on contact. Have the hounds chase her while we head below!”
“Right!” [Bark! Bark!] The automated dogs followed their instructed programming and dashed outside the window, following Selene’s trail. [Bark! Bark!]
“Huh?” Shortly after standing up, Selene glanced above and noticed the persistent automated dogs soaring down at her. “Damn Robot Hounds!”
[Boom! Boom!] The 2 automated dogs crashed below. Their rough descent upheaved a lot of concrete yet they were still operational thanks to their metallic coating. [Bark! Bark!] The Robot Hounds waited not a second later to give chase to their fleeing target. [Dash! Dash!]
“AHHH! Just leave me the hell alone!” As she escaped the clamping metallic mouths of the Robot Hounds, Selene drew closer to the exit of the high voltage fence. “Can I make the jump over it if I use my explosive farts again? Let me try it.”
[Voopf!] Getting nearer to the electric fence, Selene unleashed the vapours of her boisterous flatus. [Boom!] With the impactful onion fart escaping her anus, it served as a booster to propel Selene high up into the air. [Whoosh!]
“I’m almost over.” [Pup! Pup! Pup!] As she was nearing the apex of the protective fence, Selene’s flatus ran out of juice, causing her to fall straight back to the ground. Her hair unintentionally brushed against the electric fence. The long follicles on her head stood erect immediately.
“Ahhh! No!”
[Bark! Bark!] The automated dogs were waiting for Selene’s crash landing so that they could complete their mission by ripping her to pieces. [Bark!] One impatient Robot Hound couldn’t stand to wait any longer. It used the other hound as a stepping stone to boost itself towards Selene.

“Get away from me!” [Bonk!] The automated dog bit at Selene but missed. Its metallic teeth only caught a couple of follicles of her stiff hair. Comically, the electricity surging throughout her hair short-circuited the Robot Hound’s operating system. [Clang!] Its disabled body parts smashed to pieces the moment it touched the ground.
As for the remaining Robot Hound, it dashed towards Selene immediately after she landed on her soft rump. [Bark! Bark!]
“Shoot! Give me a break already!” [Screech!] Perceiving the violent advance of the automated dog, Selene positioned her back very close to the fence without letting it touch. She waited until the Robot Hound vaulted at her before dodging to the side. [Boom!] The automated dog crashed directly into the joining parts of the electrical fence. Its impact produced a great power surge which caused the fence’s functionality to malfunction. [Creek!]
“Huh? The gate is opening on its own? This must be my lucky break. Now I can finally get out of here.”
[Chep! Chep! Chep!] The security guards chasing after Selene finally made their way to the ground floor. “She’s heading towards the exit! Shoot her down!” [Bam! Bam! Bam!]
“Shoot! They started firing at me!” Selene had to run in a zig-zag motion to avoid getting penetrated by lethal bullets. Being not so lucky, a stray bullet clipped her left shoulder, causing her to fall near the exit.
“I got her! She’s down!” [Thud! Thud! Thud!] The guards were quickly catching up with Selene’s creeping figure. To avoid getting thrown back into isolation, she mustered the remnants of her flatus to release a blasting fart which boosted her velocity to an abnormal level. [Whoosh!] Selene flew straight through the front gate.
“No! She’s escaping!” The guards were getting miffed by Selene’s constant struggle to escape.
“Not for long. Thorn Passion Penitentiary is a small island surrounded by deadly waves and vicious sharks. There is no ferry situated at the port either. So unless she wants to become fish food she will never think of diving into that water. Let’s chase her down. We’ll corner her at the island’s edge.”

“Roger!” [Chep! Chep! Chep!]
…..
“Ahf! Ahf! I finally lost track of them.” Selene was bleeding from her left shoulder, but still, she kept her legs moving in the direction of the dock. “I have to find a way off this blasted island.”
[Whoosh!] Reaching the end of the line where massive waves were crashing into the pointy rocks surrounding Thorn Passion Penitentiary, Selene felt dispirited. “How am I to escape from here? There isn’t a boat in sight.”
As she stood there pondering her demise, Selene’s ears picked up on increasing vibrations of the guards’ incoming movements. “They are catching up quickly. Sweet Buddha, what am I supposed to do?”
[Thud! Thud! Thud!] The guards cordoned the walkway of the dock as soon as they spotted Selene stuck at the edge. “There is nowhere else for you to run to, criminal! Get her!” [Thud! Thud!]
The guards began rushing across the platform to apprehend Selene. Each of them was brandishing their Rump Imprisoners. However, prior to their imprisonment of Selene’s rump, a blossoming flurry of vaporous peach blasted many of them off the port, sending them straight into the rough water.
“Peach Blossom!” [Boom! Boom!]
“Huh, that is…?” Selene recognized the Fahtier ability used just now to protect her from getting caught by the guards. Moreover, she noticed 2 familiar characters rushing over to where she was. “Babe, Pac?”
[Dash! Dash!] “No time for pleasantries. Put this on.” Arriving at Selene’s proximity first, Pac gave her a miniature underwater breathing apparatus to put on. “Hurry! Babe won’t be able to hold them back for long.”
“Okay.” Selene equipped the breathing apparatus apace. Babe came along later; grabbed both Selene’s and Pac's hand then charged into the shark-infested ocean. “Are you insane? This water is…” [Splash!]
“They went inside the water! Who were those two that helped her?”
“Must be her accomplices. Hurry and shoot them to death! We can no longer rely on the sharks to finish the job!” The guards aligned themselves at the edge of the platform then opened fire at the rough water. [Bam! Bam! Bam! Bam!]
“Careful!” Perceiving a storm of bullets shooting down at them, Babe used her blossoming farts to propel them further underneath the water. [Swim! Swim!] They were now out of the shooting range of bullets. However, they found themselves being quickly surrounded by a swarm of sharks.
It was now Pac time to act. On his back was an underwater transportation glider folded neatly. He took it off. After activating it, a pair of gliding wings expanded that had multiple mini-propellers installed. Babe and Selene grabbed onto it. Getting ready to move across the shark-infested water, Pac turned on a high pitched sonar which scared away all of the flesh-eating obstacles. [Whoosh!]
In his office. Warden Cho was veritably upset when he heard from his staff that the notorious terrorist had successfully escaped. “Curse you!” He pounded his desk in outrage. [Slam!]
Eventually, the news got out to the higher-ups about Selene’s prison break. To not make himself and his staff looked incompetent, Warden Cho fabricated his report. Stating that a large group of armed forces snuck into Thorn Passion Penitentiary amidst the cover of night to break out their allied terrorist. After tirelessly pushing back the invasive forces, the penitentiary’s guards soon lost their momentum, allowing the terrorist to force their way in and rescue their criminal companion.
This was the official report broadcasted by Warden Cho. When Selene’s father heard about his daughter getting out safety, he was truly happy. He didn’t care much for the horrid criticising of the public. The same could not be said for his wife though. Isabel Gomez was veritably upset to suffer further disgrace from her rebellious daughter.
At an undisclosed location, Iyana was getting dressed in dark garments when she heard the breaking news of Selene’s prison break being broadcasted on a Bay City’s CN7 network. “Look at you becoming an outlaw of society, Selene. I can’t wait for our next encounter.” [Snicker! Snicker!] Iyana met up with a scary gang donned in similar vestment, they were obviously gearing up for something diabolical.
