《B.L.A.N.K- The search for the meta》Bum bum bum

I could hear the grinding of gears behind the walls and runes began to glow on floor beneath us.
More and more runes lit up and an enormous 20 feet tall flame elemental appeared. The elemental was made of pure flame with no flesh beneath. It's form was constantly shifting and flickering.
Info- Level 10 Flame Lord[Boss] Health[30000]Abilities- Flame burst[Level 2] Self-burst AOE 10feet range 20second cooldown
Fireball[Level 2]Target lock 20 feet range
Enrage at 10% health, deals 200% damage, 200%attack speed.
I was anxious to be done with this floor already so I made the executive decision to have each of us use a blizzard scroll.
We stood at the ready as the boss appeared and each of us activated our scrolls. Three blue spheres made of concentrated cold energy flew forth and slammed into the flame lord. The second they came in contact they exploded into a mighty maelstorm of ice that swirled throughout the elemental. The ice made the fire sizzle and steam, producing a cloud of vapor.

After we rolled on the loot, the pedestal began to rise from the ground.
"Out of the way! Coming through! " Tide said as he ran to the pedestal frantically pulling out magical paper.
With a flourish of glee Tide began to trace the hieroglyph as fast as he could.
Olaf was curious and inspected the pedestal while he worked. He called out to me after a second, "Hey Thorn! Check this out! There is a little hole on the side, it could fit a key. "
I looked and saw that he was right, how did I not notice that before.
I quickly went to my inventory and pulled out the large silver key. I inserted it and it fit perfectly. I turned it and heard a soft click.
It didn't seem to do anything but then Tide screamed out in joy, "Holy shit! The hieroglyph came off! "
Indeed I looked and the top piece of the pedestal had detached itself and let loose the magical rune.
Tide received a notification.
Ding!
You have received Ancient Artifact-Hieroglyph of Elemental transfusion.
Tide ran around yelling in happiness, holding the hieroglyph like a newborn baby. He ran up and gave Olaf a hug, " I'm so glad you are here! Good job man! Hahaha!"
I smiled at his craziness as the entrance to the next floor opened up. This was indeed good news that would make everything so much easier.
I removed the large silver key and put it back in my inventory, surprised that it did not disappear.
"Calm down, lets go to the next floor. " I said as I moved on.
Tide halted his celebration and came through the doorway with the prince and down the stairwell to the next floor.
Like previously there were two Wind elementals blocking the way.

With the hieroglyph we now had no shortage of Elemental transfusion scrolls and didn't have to save them. Tide reminded me that he would need to make more soul-stones on this floor, which I worked into the plan.
I enchanted my weapons with fire damage and did the same to Olaf's broadsword. I equipped the ring of strength and Olaf used his flame core to create yet another golem, bringing his total minions to three, two wind and one fire.
I rushed forward, dodging the wind bolt the elemental cast at me as I struck with rapid strikes.

My main hand destroyed the elemental with the first few hits and did enough damage to activate cleave as my other three strikes hit with my off-hand.

With a flurry of movements I instantly killed the elementals.
"Damn man, let us do something.." Olaf complained.
I laughed, " Your gonna have to speed up cause I'm not slowing down. "

The Cosmic Interloper
Synopsis: A cyborg transhuman escapes her corporate indenture and through unfathomably unlikely circumstances, she ends up in a fantasy world of full of unique magic, angry people with sharp implements, and the whole flavor-spectrum of divine entities. Hilarity ensues. Features: - No blue boxes or cultivation, this is not a LitRPG nor about martial arts - Hard-ish Sci-Fi meets hard-ish magic - Generally trying to keep this "rational" Rationale: My primary goal with The Cosmic Interloper is to write something that I myself would enjoy reading. Of course, that’s not the only motivation, but I think it’s the most important one for me to keep in mind, especially as the author. In fact, this whole story came about because after consuming oodles of fiction, I found myself craving a very specific type of story which I couldn’t find many examples of. Then I asked myself, “why not write it myself?” and here we are. Disclaimer: In general, while I’m not writing a comedy, I do intend for this story to be funny and a bit wacky or absurd. That said though, I am using this story as a vehicle to explore some potentially dark topics including (but not limited to) slavery, speciesism/racism, and existential questions of self, consciousness, and identity. Still, I’m going to leave the “traumatizing content” tags off, because I don’t feel that what I’ve written so far (or plan on writing) exceeds the threshold that would be necessary for me to tag it thusly. Also, [insert your favorite boilerplate “views expressed” disclaimer here]. I shouldn’t need to say this, but the main character can be wrong on occasion (gasp!) and the way she views the world is not the objective truth (if such a thing even exists).

The Sea of Destiny
[Let me be straight with you. This is trash, like old dime store novel trash. Don't expect grandiose writing, anything profound, or much beyond being free of spelling errors. Like my profile says, it’s hopefully like a salty snack, decent and satisfying for people looking for this kind of thing (at least that's my hope). It is simple, weird, and most likely growing in ridiculousness as it rapidly escalates.] Michael just wants to get away after a rough breakup. He figures some time alone cruising on a sick jet ski will help clear his head. After a small series of mishaps he winds up as humanities last hope adrift at sea after nuclear devastation destroys the mainland. Will he be able to solve the mystery of the bowl of the ancients before nuclear winter freezes over his dwindling food supply? Who are these mysterious women he keeps meeting, and will he even care about the talents they bring to the table, or will he be too focused on how they keep ruining his carefully laid plans for survival at sea? Read this cheesy short story to see for yourself, and discover the true mystery behind the hand of fate.
