《LESS 9999K HEALTH POINTS》Game Masters

So, what are you waiting for, you can start talking about this bunch of strangers and this whole situation?
Evan kept looking at me scared for being so direct with an unknown person but soon started talking with a dismayed face "Well sorry to say more about my answer It might get you down, as I actually know less than you think"
immediately my smile disappears and completely disbelieved by Evans's confirmation. I looked at Selins and spoke "He's kidding right?"
Selins put his hand on my shoulder and with an expression that said don't worry, which already made me understand that Evan is just an unlucky one and looking at my face Selins started to explain the reason for this
"He was actually an encyclopedia about the history of the world and those Game Masters, but he messed with something he shouldn't and was captured by them."
She paused, giving Evan a judgmental look, who gave an embarrassed laugh
"Appearing suddenly one night on my sofa"
I looked at Evan and asked two questions trying to find out why Selins is stabbing his brother with eyes
"What happened to her? She's more aggressive than usual, and I know you know a thing or two more than I do"
He looked at me with concern, but without thinking too much, left the arm of the sofa, sat beside me, took a book with an all-white cover that was under my nose the whole time, on the small table between the television and the sofa
"In short, it was the stress of the phases to become an S Rank that made her like this. And on that other question of yours, it depends a lot on what you want to know, for example, why you became a bug I don't know how Tell you"
"Have these guys forgotten that I exist?" Thought Selins keeping his smile and staying absolutely silent
"Well, I guess that's pretty obvious since which was not in place when I turned a Bug, but what I want to know is if you the notion that it is the zeroed phases"
Even though Bina has said that even they don't know about it since she started recently, I'm pretty sure she's hiding something

Evan spoke with consternation in his voice "This is information I don't have because I didn't even know about these things"
Evan wouldn't even let me formulate my next question and spoke
"But now, reversing the positions, was it the person who told you this that turned you into a bug?"
"Bina? that pervert woman who would need to be arrested for trespassing and harassment?" I could hear Selins break a glass full of water with his own hand after hearing what I had said
Evan looked at me with a deep look of disapproval "I know you did it on purpose."
I gave a smug smile and speak "Sorry I couldn't stand it and I was also wondering if I still have a chance, but back to the subject, you should you know about them then or nothing at all?"
Evan started flipping through the book in his hands which contained several blank pages more exactly in the middle of the book there was a whole sheet talking a little about them the Game Masters
"The Game Masters are the children of the first humans infected by the change in the world..."
Evan put his hand on his head starting to have a headache that increases every second with no choice he gave me the book and said "I always forget about this, please read the rest for yourself"
Picking up the book I smiled and said "I'll need to talk to Bina after I deliver what she wants but first Selins, your brother is hurt, I think it's good to heal him."
When I looked at Selins I saw her sitting at the kitchen table in a thoughtful state, she looked like her mind was in another world.
Well, I warned you but it seems like there's no need so let's read
Over time, the creatures that started appearing were named as Mobs by the population, who were friendly and kind to the Mobs until they started attacking the population and devastating almost everything. A group of people who claimed to be children of the culprits of everything created a company that no longer exists, where players were created and so they could kill and control the Mobs, but then the stages appear. Places that were buildings and houses became infested with Mobs and their interiors totally changed

at the time was going to start talking about the phases, the letters started to become unrecognizable and as the pages went, it got to the point where the pages had only scribbles, being filled in by them
I closed the book and threw it on the table, I said, leaning my head on the sofa "It's a shame that I only have this, but at least I got some extra good information"
"So, before I forget it again it might not be very useful but the three Game Masters, I found were Phyton, Java and Bina they had a disgusted face, but I don't know if it was for me or for whoever was after me."
giving a head on the little table looking at me said "I'm sorry this is the only thing I can remember...This damn headache"
"Then become a bug and a punishment" I thought looking at Evan passed out beside me
"Only that in my case it was because of someone's interference"
while I was lost in thought, the map Bina had given me appeared already open on the little table with a bright demarcation highlighting street 271, residence number 3
"Two souls' phase"
Selins appeared behind me hugging me and wrapping her arms around my neck looking at the map and seeing the demarcation had she said
"Hey Jun, have you just arrived and already arranged a place for us to go?"
But after seeing the name of the confused phase, she said "what? And wouldn't a completed phase just have drops and dead mobs? Also, the Two Souls phase can only enter two people at a time, so it's considered one of the easiest to complete."
Before I could say anything, Evan who had already woken up was smiling crouched in front of us saying proudly
"Hey little sister forgot my skill?"
"What did you get for being a cat and dying out of curiosity?" The phrase cut through Evan's chest like a blade I could see in his face that his dignity was destroyed by the words
"Because she's so mean to me" thought Evan, kneeling helplessly in front of us, which made me feel a little sorry for him, because besides being unlucky and badly treated by his own sister
"Does this ability have to do with the fact that you appear as a ghost alongside others?" I asked Evan putting my hand on his shoulder and trying to get him to perk up a bit as I realized he liked to talk about himself the only danger and possible reaction from Selins
The twinkle in Evan's eyes had returned and getting up he started walking and pointing at me started to speak
"More or less because in the same way that I see above their heads a window with useless information saying whether they are online or offline, I can see mine, which in this case is offline making me imperceptible unless it catches the person's attention, only that in phases this changes completely and I am considered a Mob and so any restrictions to the players are not applied to me, although it is just that because I am seen by both Mobs and Players"
Hearing what he said plus the fact of what Bina had said popped into my head a warning about Evan turning me against him and throwing a punch in his direction.
"Don't do that" Selins said stopping my punch with the blade of his sword and emanating a green aura making me feel a huge weight falling on my back and my body almost giving way was held and as a consequence by releasing his aura without holding it spread and and people who were passing by the house we were in felt dizzy and breathless
"Jun Saie, why were you about to destroy my brother's face?"

Crossroads
On the continent of Khaan, a peculiar boy escapes from his hidden village to find a land to call home. Suppressed ambitions are unveiled as a head-strong princess defies the emperor. New kingdoms expand as the old decay. This is a story of those who lived in the times of change. Dear Reader, Thank you for stopping by! This is my first attempt at writing something of more substantial length and would be incredibly grateful to receive feedback and advice. The plan is to post at least a chapter a week and more if I find time. Also, in order to not disappoint any expectations; the story plays in a fictional world reminiscent of the real world 17th to 19th century with some supernatural elements, but no obvious magic or game-like system.

To The Far Shore
Post apocalyptic Oregon Trail. The apocalypse has come and gone. And come back again, and left again... nobody really knows how often. Nothing lasts forever, but nothing is ever completely gone. Which is a shame for young Mazelton, as his family has been around a terribly long time, and made an astonishing amount of enemies. Millenia's worth. So he has to run- from mobs, cannibals, soldiers, sailors, cholera, cattle, thieving sales-monks, starvation, mechanical horrors, vengeful spirits, negotiating your own marriage, and poison of every sort. Fortunately, his not terribly nice family has trained him well in the arts of core polishing. Or as you and I might know it- turning radioactive pellets into useful tools. And weapons. Updates Monday-Wednesday-Friday. Usual defensive tags applied. The goal isn't exactly family friendly, but you have probably seen worse on network TV. After the watershed. Not full blown HBO, let's say. This is the first novel I am sharing publicly, so feedback is very much appreciated and encouraged. Act 1 of the novel is completed, but do please let me know what works, what doesn't, and what you would like to see more of. Thank you, and Enjoy!
