Dara and Jaden were silently hovering on a large city. They surveyed the city and nodded with an understanding. Nobody seemed to notice their existence as if they were invisible.

“Uncle Dara, this city looks pretty well. For the next few decades we can stay here .”

Dara had no problem ,he agreed readily “As usual we need to find suitable hosts and take over their bodies. What do you plan this time?”

Jaden chuckled “This time I am planning to take over a rich young man’s body. Through his resources we will have easy time finding the target.”

Dara sighed a relief “Thank God ,no adventures this time .You chose all sort of sports personnel ,politicians and scientists in our previous decades. Along with you I had to suffer by over work . At least this time I will sit back and relax .”

Jaden’s face turned red “Sorry uncle Dara ,you had to suffer because of me . I was just experimenting “

Dara laughed “Forget it , since we are choosing rich people this time lets find the richest guy in this city .”

Jaden was already prepared for this “Richest people in this city seems to be Martin company .I have researched on them and found that there is a guy named Luke that perfectly fits my taste. You can take over his grandfather body .”

Dara as usual followed along with Jaden plan . Over the years Jaden understood Earth’s technology , business and politics better than him. He on the other hand concentrated on finding their target .So he left all the details regarding choosing bodies ,making money and day to day stuff to Jaden.

Jaden and Dara directly went to Martin group head quarters. They could scan an entire building with just a glance .So finding the chamber of Luke was a child’s play to them.

“It seems like the Old man of the company is not in the building . Let me first take over this Luke’s body then I will find out where exactly he is and help you take over his body.”

Jaden directly went to Luke office without waiting for Dara’s response. He went past a glass windows without any effort. He stood in front of Luke silently and started observing him from top to bottom .He slowly walked around Luke’s table by placing his hand on his chin ,as if he was in deep thought.

Luke on the other hand had no idea there was a person moving around him . He was still angry on that unknown call . He was pondering how to find some lead in the black market . Unfortunately that thought would be his last thought.

Jaden was satisfied with the Luke’s body .He was handsome so he had always preferred someone who looked good .He silently thought ‘You are very lucky young man as your body is chosen by me.’

Without any further delay he entered Luke’s body .Luke suddenly felt like he moved to a dark place .He couldn’t feel any part of his body .He had no idea what happened ‘Did some meteor fell on Earth and we all wiped out ?I had not even found my enemy !’

Jaden extracted all the information from Luke’s brain .He crushed Luke’s soul like a waste paper .He didn’t feel any sympathy for Luke .In fact he felt he did a huge favor to Luke by possessing his body. He tried to consolidate all the information and within an hour he completely integrated into the brand new body.

‘This body is highly nourished and is in pristine condition. Being rich has its own merit ….. Oh ,this is the place where that old man stays .’ He successfully found out what he was looking for after searching his memory a bit.

In the mean time Dara entered the room same way Jaden did but this time Luke noticed him instantly .

“Jaden how is the body? It seems good to me.” Dara observed Luke’s body just like Jaden and made a quick judgement.

Jaden was happy with Dara’s review “Yes ,uncle Dara ,its quite good and it suits my taste . By the way I found the address lets go. As usual I am unable to use my power once I possess a body ,so let me pick my car first .”

Dara smiled “Its OK Jaden get used to your new body .Just give me the address and map .I will find it .At least I am good at finding things.”

Jaden didn’t bullshit with hypocritical words and directly showed the address on his computer “Thank you uncle Dara. This is the address and map. You can call me if you encounter any trouble in finding that person.”

Dara nodded and disappeared after memorizing Jaden’s new number and address of the Old man. There was some kind of understanding developed between them over the centuries which didn’t require them to say any nonsense . They just trusted each other and followed each others plan.

Dara found the address within a few minutes . As he entered the building he found no one except an Old man who was watching T.V .Old man seemed to talking to himself

‘ I can’t believe their relationship has progressed this much .They have already became lovers and went on a date leaving this Old man here alone. My little pumpkin seemed to have found her happiness .I am very happy for her but will she still talk to me like old days? Why does people grow up so fast ?This is inevitable but still …..If only my wife is alive…’

Dara was doing the same thing as Luke did that was observing his next body .He didn’t had preferences like Luke all he cared was a living body. He didn’t feel any guilty possessing a new body as he had done countless of times in the past. They would possess bodies for few decades and move on to new city .They did it not because they liked to kill innocent but for convenience and they could enjoy their life more in a material body than a transparent soul.

Dara didn’t wait longer and entered Old man’s body .Old man suddenly felt like he had entered darkness and lost control of his body .’Oh ,it seems like my time has arrived .You never know when you die in old age ...At least I am reassured that my little pumpkin has found a good person. I have no regrets . I am sure even if there was no money John could lead her to a good life . My wife …..finally I can meet you. I have missed you for decades .Aha aha …just when I thought of you ,God has surprised me with a special gift. Where are you my love ? I am longing for your delicious chicken curry….’

Dara suddenly felt like his heart tighten. He had taken so many bodies previously but he never felt like this .For a while he also remembered his late wife and daughter. He made a decision to do something that he never ever did previously .

For the first time Dara didn’t crush the soul of previous owner’s of the body. He knew that if he crushed the soul regardless of the good karma accumulated by the person, he won’t be able to reincarnate or meet his late wife if she had travelled to Devata Realm.

He chanted something and let Carl die in a peaceful way. He observed Carl’s soul slowly disappearing in the sky.
