Chapter 33 Mother’s Scolding
Author’s POV (Point Of View):
[Boom! Boom! Boom!] Tainted Scorpion childhood residence that now belonged to the Demon Triad’s bosses was kicking up a major storm in the dead of night. If the compound was further inland then the entirety of Arak Gold’s police force would have been mobilized to mitigate the bombastic vibrations.
[Thud! Thud! Thud!] Many of the War Demons coupled with the masked security demons of the compound were rushing into the grand hall to secure their leaders and eliminate the pesky assassin.
Tainted Scorpion was having a hard time dealing with the myriads of Demon Triad affiliates who were aiming for her life. No matter how many of them she slaughtered, they just keep on coming.
“Damn these endless demons!” She killed mercilessly yet she still was nowhere close to getting vengeance on her mother.
“Isn’t my daughter a killing machine? Fuhu.” Standing on the elevated platform, Niruha was leaning against her lover’s chest while smiling at her daughter’s skilful performance of bloodshed.
“The apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree.” Her lover agreed. “That Tainted Scorpion has a lot of energy, however, we have the numbers. If by a slim chance she breaks through I will protect you and the baby.”
“Fu-hu-hu. Do you think that I need protection from a man? Am I that feeble to you?” Niruha squeezed her lover’s crotch while giving him a deadly glare. “Are you underestimating me because of my pregnancy?” [Clench!]
“No! No! I would never think so lightly of you my honey bun. It’s just that I don’t want you getting exposed to any form of danger when you are due soon to deliver the baby.”
“Oh, how nice of you.” Niruha let go of her lover’s crotch. Now he could breathe properly. “You don’t have to worry about the baby’s delivery. I can keep it into my stomach for another nine months if I want to.”
“Yes, I’m fully aware of your prowess, but shouldn’t you escape while Tainted Scorpion is busy with our underlings? I can’t imagine her not wanting to rip you to pieces after what you did to her in the past.”

“You’re correct. I wouldn’t forgive me either. My daughter and I are similarly tenacious. Even if I escape from here I’m sure that she won’t stop chasing after me until she kills me herself. I can’t afford to be running away when so much effort has been put in place for our future plans. Which is why one of us have to die here tonight, preferable her than me.”
“I will make sure it be her that dies! I won’t allow any harm to come to you nor the baby.” Demon’s Head slammed his bulky arms together while glaring menacingly at Tainted Scorpion.
[Pat! Pat!] “Good man, now go out there and bring my daughter to her knees. If you managed to subdue her within 5 minutes I’ll allow you to fu*k her brains out before I kill her.”
“Really? You would let me fu*k her?” The man’s eye opened wide with shock.
Niruha told him straightforwardly: “Of course, I have to treat my man to some good pussy. I remember how you had eyes for her from way back then, now is your chance to ravish her as you see fit.”
“With pleasure! I will thoroughly fu*k her brains out!” [Dum! Dum! Dum!] The Demon’s Head bulked up his muscles until everywhere on him was popping bulging veins. Moreover, the bull tattoo on his back began manifesting a physical form.
“MOOOOO!” A loud noise resounded throughout the edifice which garnered everyone’s focus.
“Its’s the Demon’s Head! He’s getting ready for battle.”
“We have to clear a path! Otherwise, we might get decimated in the crossfire!”
“Yeah, we’ll stay clear and offer our assistance when needed.” [Whoosh! Whoosh!]
“What is that monster?” Tainted Scorpion was the only person present in the grand hall who wasn’t aware of the raging red bull that was poking out the Demon’s Head back.
“You seem bewildered, my daughter. Have you never witness a strength like this before?” Niruha elaborated on her lover’s current form. “By your lack of response, it seems that there might be something for me to teach you after all. Your mommy is about to share some invaluable information with you so make sure you be a good girl and listen okay?”

[Grit! Grit!] “This bitch….” Tainted Scorpion was peeved at her mother’s condescending speech. “Trying to act all motherly after all these years? Speak while you still have a tongue to!”
“Ho, I’m so glad that you’ve given me this chance to teach you a lesson.” [Snap!] Niruha beckoned a chair to be placed under her bottom.
“Yes, ma’am!” A compliant servant voluntarily placed himself underneath Niruha’s plush behind.
Niruha sat on him then rubbed his head. “Very comforting. This developing baby was starting to wear out my legs.”
“Get on with it already!” Tainted Scorpion demanded. She was tired of seeing her mother showing genuine affections for her unborn child.
“Woah, there. Somebody is a bit jealous. I don’t blame you for being envious. After all, I treated you like rubbish when you were smaller and do you want to know the funniest thing? I don’t even remember your name. Your stupid father was the one who named you so I erased you and him both from my memories.”
“Tsk! Die you bitch!” Tainted Scorpion couldn’t control herself anymore. She let hatred consumed her which prompted her to dash towards her mother impulsively with the intent to kill.
“You dare swing your weapon against my woman? I will crush you for that. Mad Cow Dance!” [MOOOO!] The psionic bull tattoo which transformed into a raging monster lashed out towards Tainted Scorpion’s soaring figure.
[Boom! Boom! Boom!] She was smashed several times over. Additionally, she got tossed into the ceiling. [Whoosh!] When she crashed into the ground a massive crater formed. [Boom!]
Taking notice of stray debris crashing into her expensive statues, Niruha warned her lover. “My hunk of man, please don’t destroy my priceless statues during your rampage.”
“Sorry my love, I got carried away.”
“Okay, I forgive you.” Finished scolding her muscular Vagina Comforter, Niruha directed her gaze to the centre of the crater where Tainted Scorpion was slowly rising to her feet. “How resilient. You’re just as tough as you mother. You have nothing of that weak father of yours other than parts of his DNA. Even your face belongs to me.”
“You’re wrong, mommy! I’m nothing like you!” Tainted Scorpion protested.
“You’re nothing like me? Fu-hu-hu-hu. Do you really believe that?” Niruha gestured to the horde of dead bodies which spoiled the decor of her cute architecture. “Look around you, child. In the process of trying to claim my life, you’ve massacred all of these men and women in cold blood. And don’t get me started on the number of people that you’ve assassinated to maintain your livelihood. Have you ever stopped to consider the pain of the family members who are left behind?
Tsk, tsk, tsk. Don’t be so childish now, Anna. Yes, I remember your name. I was only lying when I said I didn’t remember earlier just to rile you up. How could a mother not remember the name of her firstborn? Argument aside, you are as evil as me, Anna. No, even worse. You are a full-fledged killing machine. How many daughters and sons have you slaughtered? 100 Or perhaps a 1,000? You think I didn’t notice how much you enjoyed killing my underlings earlier. Even with an eyeball missing, you don’t slack off at your profession one bit. Now I understand why you chose that moniker. You truly are a Tainted Scorpion.”
“Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!” What Niruha said drove Tainted Scorpion to the brink of insanity. It hit an emotional barrier in her head. “Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!” was the only thing she kept of spitting out of her mouth.

In Pursuit of Glory
I felt a huge physical force slam into my back. I didn't have any time to think as I rocketed into the wall and felt the drywall dent beneath my body. Eyes wide, I groaned and began to push off the wall when, unceasingly relentless, my assailant backstabbed me with a knife to my gut. I gasped; being stabbed there is no laughing matter. Even today, with all the advances of science, a wound like that can easily be mortal. Most likely would be. I gasped for air with a snarl, funneling the wind into my lungs to help them expand after being pancaked into the wall. Nobody f***ing backstabs me and gets away with it. If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I love being alive. I love it more than anything else. It’s something only a dead person can understand, and I feel myself forgetting all the time. But there’s a secret to death, and I keep it with me. Always. It’s never permanent, it’s never peaceful, and it’s always filled with regrets. But death, despite all of its shortfalls, can give a short respite from life, like a comfy afternoon nap. Death is Respite. It’s a rest for the weary. And to all those people who wander in death lonesome and regretting their broken lives - always, without fail, cut too short - I beg them to take advantage of it. I tell everyone to take advantage of death, even when I can’t bring myself to do so. --- Ciaran travels the world in pursuit of Glories, unfathomable, power-bestowing balls of golden light sequestered in difficult-to-reach places. A fun fantasy romp with a character with an unorthodox narrative voice trying to find his purpose in the world.
8 70Heroism and Bad Decisions
When superpowers appeared, the only reason civilization did not collapse was a century of comic books and movies making the new reality familiar and even welcome. When threats out of fantasy and science fiction became truth, people with powers rose up to the challenge because it was both a dream come true and the culturally acceptable thing to do. But not all is well in the new world. Monsters, power-related accidents and villains are on the rise. Governments, companies and opportunists are not staying idle. In this slowly darkening New Age, Valley Grant just discovered she has powers. Joining the ranks of heroes is the next step, right? What do you mean she's not qualified? Why won't hero teams let her join and why are superhero costumes more expensive than cars?! And above all else, why do cape fights keep ruining her make-up? Updates 3 times a week.

8 132Princess of Peace [BNHA]
I felt all the color drain from my face and dropped back onto the bed not sure I could stand. "You mean-...I'm a-... father?" It sounded like Ayumi was struggling to breathe, "Yes...I'm not calling to make you feel guilty...it's just...there was an accident, it doesn't look like I'm going to make it, and-." Her voice cracked, "I know you weren't ready for a family and its unfair of me to do this to you, but you're the only I trust enough to care for her..." Her? Tears welled in my eyes, "I have a daughter?"
