After playing the 'fun game', I returned back to my nice when he said that this wife was beautiful, I expected her to be a typical milf but I was disappointed and a little horrified when she turned out to be a furry cat.

She was not the cute cat girl kind found in animes nor was she like the wild wild pussycats in this world, instead she was all cat like with whit fur and her face, oh God her face!, had human features but with cat ears and fur.

The closest thing that compared to her was those 'cats' in the cats movie from my previous world. Well, it is as they say, 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' and in this case, she took everything that made cats cute and destroyed it.

I would have killed her anyway but now I can't get that image out of my head.

After I returned, I turned on the news and saw them talking about an explosion in some shady area. They couldn't find anything connected to Baroque works and in the end declared it as some villain killing some gangs.

The next few days Baroque works acted more like a criminal organization and took over more small time gangs and some medium ones too, only this time they were messy meaning we killed them and all that.

This boosted its reputation and business soared. I sneakily made them sell altered and weaker versions of AIM gadgets in the black market. Of course, I added backdoors and other fun stuff to it like usual.

Moreover, since I took over many other black markets, I got access to what they were selling. And I added backdoors to those too and sold them while keeping a few of them to replicate at AIM.

Speaking of AIM, all gadgets are coming along nicely and we even got contracts from U.A to build some robots. Our hero support is catering to the poorer ones so we have a steady market there. As for the high end ones, Momo's family runs that and they are really good at it. Her family has produced heroes and all of them have the best support equipment.

But I will get them under my thrall soon enough and Momo too.

Another strange thing I noticed was that Detnerat's products also made it into the black market. Detnerat was a company that produced lifestyle support items. It caters to individual needs of a person and makes highly adaptable equipment for the customer.

So the thing I found strange was that they were selling hero support gadgets in the market, they were still shoddy ones but were suspicious. It seems to me that they have decided to venture into Hero support industries and are testing their prototypes in the black market.

I would not have found out that they were from Detnerat if I hadn't had them tested them at AIM labs. They were all designed to collect data and once their job was done, they would self-destruct. Clever way of reducing traces but I got lucky that I found out if not they would have collected data about Hydra and it would be dangerous.

I will have to look into Detnerat soon, their CEO Rikiya Yotsubashi didn't seem all that met the eye. Hmm but those are plans for later.

Currently the issue of elite manpower was my priority so I began planning to expand Hydra overseas.

I went through the history of the world and the first appearance of a quirk was in a newborn baby in Qingqing city in China. The baby had the ability to emanate light from its body.

After that incident, quirks began manifesting all over the world. This phenomenon came to be known as the 'quirk phenomenon'. There are many theories about how quirks came to be, some religions all over the world claimed they are god's blessings while some called them the Devil's work.

But at that time, quirkless people were the one's with the majority so the opinion fell in their favour. The people with quirks were treated like the mutants in X-men.

People were afraid and some tried to kill all the quirk holders while some saw this as an opportunity. The world was thrown into chaos as more and more quirks manifested. Some civilians with quirks decided to take matters into their own hands.

And thus donning costumes, they began the era which came to be known as the era of Vigilantes. So in a way, the first 'heroes' were vigilantes. But there were some with more sinister plans, during this period of unrest emerged All for one and with his unique quirk, he took the quirks from those who didn't want it and gave it to those that wanted it. This way he amassed many followers under the guise of being noble and became a symbol of unity for Japan.

Slowly as society came to accept quirks, the governments and the police force decided to stop using quirks as weapons and instead the profession of crime fighting was created which was glorified over time and people doing this came to be known as 'Heroes'.

But the government still restricted quirk usage for other people and some people were not happy about it. A guy called Destro formed the Meta-liberation army and the army's goal was to make the world a place where quirks can be used freely.

Destro was ultimately defeated and his army was disbanded. And now the world is in fragile peace in the era of heroes.

This world is somewhat similar to my world but the arrival of quirks changed it. The superpower in this world is still the United States but it has a high crime rate with the most number of villains popping up. They also have much stronger heroes as a result though.

Initially I thought of going there but if I go there, I can't bring back manpower which is the main issue,because bringing foreigners that look vastly different in large numbers is not possible.

I will have to settle for Asian countries then but I am not sure which to choose, so I call my go to guy for villains, Giran.

After waiting for a while, he arrives in a car. I ask him after he comes inside, "Hey Giran, I am planning on expanding Hydra to other countries and also get more manpower for Baroque works and Hydra, any suggestion on where I should start?"

His face morphs into a grin and he says, "Of course Master, I will be honoured to give you suggestions."

"Now since you need manpower, we must get them from nearby countries. I would suggest either Korea or China but more so China because of their population and several other factors."

"Hmm...I was thinking along the same lines but why China aside from the population.?"I ask as I am curious. Giran is a knowledgeable man and he was the one who gave me some of those banned history books that mentioned All for one.

"Master, as I stated that there are several reasons for choosing China and one of them is their current political state. While they appear united on the front, there is a lot of corruption present."

He pauses for a second as though gathering his thoughts and then continues, "Another reason is most villains there don't operate in small numbers. Most of them have formed groups and gangs that operate with unity. Also there are many clans that have formed over the years that specialize in certain quirks and fields."

"The clans are powerful and they have their hands in the government as well as black markets.. But the clans are almost always fighting amongst each other and the place is in a state of chaos."

China seemed like a good place to start now. With it being in chaos, I could take profit from it quickly.

"Moreover all the heroes there are not as well liked as here and most of them are recruited by clans."

Getting the clans is not going to be too hard considering they live openly and you can just ask someone around for directions and they would point you there.

I discussed with Giran and finally chose China. We planned for a while about how we should operate once I get there and Giran gave me some names and locations where I could find informants and brokers like him.

And thus I decided to continue my conquest in a new country where Hydra would expand and while it was a small flight for me, it was a giant leap for Hydra.

Man, I am really good at butchering famous lines, hope it doesn't get me killed.
