Sometimes even with two tanks trying to block as many projectiles as possible, one or two straying [Fireball] spells would leak through the defence line.

"We need to deal some damage and take control of the rhythm of battle. Otherwise, once our Mana pool's run dry, this will spiral out of control." Connor announced.

"Already on it!" Big Papa roared out.

Using a terrifying powerful skill AOE control skill [Claws Of Fire] up to 20 flaming dragons claw manifestations entered the battle.

Due to the low amount of HP [Flam Sprites] had each claw took out one or two sprite.

As for the archer every other arrow managed to kill the [Flame Sprites] that weren't firing off spells.

Assassins were slightly different damage dealers. They were most effective in battle when they could reposition and catch or make the enemy uncomfortable in battle. Yes, they had the power to openly challenge opponents. However, when it was large scale PVE battles. Narrowing down the opponents was always the best approach.

Each [Mana Blade] directly killed up to 3 [Flame Sprites]. After the [Mana Blade] came into contact with the first sprite it instantly killed it and carried on its way only stopping after killing the third sprite. That was only because the power of the strike was no longer enough to kill his enemies.

Every usage of the skill was meticulous from Alex. Making sure it had enough enemies on its blade path to reap maximum damage. Just because he now had good enough Mana reserve to openly use his skills recklessly, that didn't mean he would.

Falling into bad habits always caused downfalls in the end.

Finding himself annihilating an army of mobs higher level than himself. Alex saw his experience bar rise steadily only causing Alex to slay faster and faster. It wouldn't be long before he reached Level 14.

Of course, his prowess didn't go unnoticed. Even though Rex was efficiently dealing damage and Big Papa had used his rare AOE skill. He still lead the team with the highest damage output.

"Hahaha! That's it little chick. Keep it going they're almost all dead." Connor laughed as he was now comfortably blocking every attack from the remaining mob horde.

"Wow! Little brother sure is strong!" Faith cheered him on.

Mad dog seemed to not like Alex garnering attention and activated one of his more savage skills instead of just restraining the [Flame Sprites] movements as he currently did.

Roots from the ground under the horde of the remaining 120ish began to grow in flourishing vines. Each vine, however, was accompanied by toxic green gas and when the vine binned the [Flame Sprites] they started taking damage.

Iced Cola taking the initiative teamed up with his brother and released [Iced Lance] after [Ice Lance] as a magic spell was fired without restraint into the weakened group of mobs.

"Don't hold back, give them everything you've got!" Connor said as he too entered the fray.

Stepping from a defensive stance to an attractive positioning. [Sword of judgement] being released as he was able to take a couple of [Flame Sprites] down with every other attack.

After close to 10 seconds of everyone going out with dealing damage the last [Flame Sprite] hit the floor, turning into white lights that vanished a breath later never to be seen again.

Alex looked at his status menu to be greeted with the wonderful sight.

[You have Levelled up!]

"Great, one more level and I can equip my secondary dagger. That's when god-tier Alex arrives In TWOD!"
