Rayhan could not find any dragon balls. So, he decided to directly ask Kami.
The green man was baffled by the question.
He replied, "I can't tell you that."
"Come on dude. Tell me." Rayhan pleaded.
"Nope. Rules are rules." Kami said.
Rayhan looked at Kami suspiciously but didn't ask again.
"Hey, Kami, Can you tell me how exactly the dragon ball grants wishes?" Rayhan asked.
"I don't know either. I just know how to make them. However, I have an acceptable answer that I have deducted." Kami said and added "Dragon balls gather divine energy throughout the year which has been leaked from the world of gods and once it is full. It turns yellowish color from a stone-like structure. The amount of energy gathered determines the scope of the wish. Divine energy can easily be converted into matter. If you wish for something, there is a certain amount of divine energy needed. If your wish falls under the condition where divine energy can fulfill it then the wish is granted. However, there are certain restrictions. Certain things can not be asked even if divine energy is enough to fulfill them." he explained.
Rayhan thought it made a lot of sense. But this theory also might have a few holes. However, Rayhan was not about to think too much about this and was content with the explanation.
After chatting for a while the legend of the dragon ball had been propagated by him by possessing humans.
Rayhan realized that Kami was not that bad. He was a pretty chill dude.
What disappointed Rayhan was that Kami didn't give him the location of the dragon ball.
Eventually, He found one in a tree's nest. He guessed that the bird might have thought of the dragon ball as its egg and brought it back to its nest as its egg was yellow as well.

3 months later and a dragon radar had been made.
Rayhan collected the dragon balls within a day and was ready to make a wish.
"Eternal Shenron by your name I summon you forth," Rayhan shouted as he kept the seven dragon balls together. A yellow beam of light penetrated the sky and the illusory dragon turn corporeal in an instant.
The green dragon showed dramatic twists and turns of his body and spoke, "I am Shenron. I shall grant you any wish. Now speak."
Rayhan didn't think much because he had long thought about what he wanted. So he spoke up, "Give me a detailed blueprint of a machine which can increase gravity within a contained space."
"Your wish has been granted. Farewell" Said the dragon as he disappeared and the orbs scattered in different directions.
'So the gravity chamber has already been made somewhere in the universe. Otherwise, I would not have been able to get the detailed blueprint.' Rayhan thought.
Rayhan could have directly asked for the gravity chamber but building it himself was a long-term solution. Even if the chamber broke down then he could repair it himself. Since he was an engineer himself. He should be able to piece together parts with the help of hundreds of researchers. Although, the technology of this planet had yet to develop a rocket. They had already made airplanes. It would be an enormous undertaking to build a gravity machine. However, they were not building a gravity machine but rather following a detailed blueprint.
Rayhan was confident that he would be able to build it within the next 10 years or less.
First, he would have to develop micro-components before reaching the assembling part.
Rayhan created a clone with a power level of 500. That was the lowest he could go at this moment and started making the gravity machine. There were 200 researchers. They were separated into 100 teams and each had been given a micro-component to be built. Rayhan, naturally, became their supervisor and tried to understand the functionality of each of the components. It would be helpful when he integrated the parts. His role was like that of a project manager in a project. He would know everything that was going on with the project but he would not touch the code unless necessary.

The researcher clone metaphorically didn't see the sunlight for the next 10 years.
The clone that was in the serene valley was working on Materialization magic because he realized that the weight of the material could be increased through rigorous training. Materialization magic was somehow related to God ki. So, he practiced in a hope that one-day materialization magic might help in interacting with god ki directly. His result was fruitful because as he practiced the mass of the materials also started to get heavier.
The clone in the demon realm was training with 7 times the gravity with weighted clothes and fucking Elaiza every day.
Every night the main body of Rayhan would get all their memories.
Okami had been stuck in a bottleneck as of yet. His power level had reached 600. It was partly because of the people around him and the resources provided by the serene valley as he was working for them. Okami wanted to go to Rayhan and ask him to help him break through this hurdle but he had felt ashamed because Rayhan had already done much for him. He watched Andy practice. Andy had changed recently. He was showing more interest in practicing martial arts. Something within him changed recently but Okami could not understand what had happened to the son of the god of martial arts of earth.
Lisa and her best disciple had been preparing for the world martial arts tournament. She was her most cherished disciple because she was the most talented. At the tender age of 17, she had already defeated all her senior sisters to qualify to participate in the world's martial arts tournament. She had felt proud that she had created a bunch of strong women who were willing to fight for women. Her goal of women not needing to kneel beneath men's crotch to beg for help was gone. She had created a bunch of elites who were willing to help fellow women throughout the world.
Rayhan and his wives were invited as judges in this martial arts tournament. He, too, wanted to assess the current martial arts standard of earth.
Zabra had come with his eldest son. His eldest son was talented and he was extremely diligent as well. His son Zafan had inherited grandmaster Mutaito's genes. Zafan had been guided by master Mutaito from his early childhood. Zabra had spent all of his savings on making this son stronger. He had used the treasures that were used in the serene valley and the weighted clothing that he had used in the serene valley. He had also sent his son to the Karin Tower. His son only at the age of 25 had far surpassed his father at that age. Zabra was incredibly proud of his son. He was sure that nobody would stand a chance against Zafan.
All of the elites from various schools had been sent to participate in this world's martial arts tournament.
It was going to be a rather interesting tournament this time around.
