Year 520.
It was yet another peaceful day in the serene valley. Rayhan was laying on the grass. Fanfan and Annin were sitting right beside Rayhan, each on one side. They were under the shade of the Ancient tree.
"Sister Fanfan is right. Why should we send Andy to the academy? He is already powerful enough. He doesn't like fighting anyway." Annin said supporting Fanfan's previous statement.
"I guess you are right. If he doesn't like fighting there is no point pushing him in that direction, no matter how big his potential is. Sigh. Such a huge potential wasted." Rayhan said helplessly. His second son had a soft and scholarly personality. He was not lazy but he was not crazy about training as well. Rayhan knew that no matter how big of a potential his son had if he didn't have an innate desire for power then his growth would be limited. He also knew that no matter how low the potential if one worked hard enough and took the right opportunities, that person would be able to break free and surpass his or her limit. This world was all about surpassing the limit and going beyond the beyond, was it not? Therefore, he didn't push his son actively.
"Then dear husband, Why are you sending him to the academy? This place will become even lonelier without him." Fanfan said.
Annin gave Fanfan a thumbs up.
"Haha. Andy doesn't understand the value of power yet because it comes easily to him. If he lives in the academy he will see kids like himself working hard and he will question its reason. He is innocent and hasn't seen the world but he is not naive. He will figure out why power is important. At least he will have a clue as to why things are the way they are. That will guide him towards working hard." Rayhan explained.

"Can't we just explain to him that there are dangers out there that surpass our imaginations? That will motivate him to train harder, won't it?" Annin asked curiously.
"Haha! If only it was that simple, honey. Knowing is temporary, Enlightenment is permanent. Motivation should come from within. External motivations are worthless. Let me ask you a question. There is a student named X in school. He knows that he has to study for a better future but he doesn't despite knowing it while some of his friends do. Of course, when his parents force him to study, he will comply temporarily. But the moment his parents leave, he will start to waste his time. Humans are such. We are wired evolutionarily to be such. I want Andy to realize things himself and strive to become stronger." He explained.
"But.. But.." Annin was trying to retort but she could not find any at this moment.
At this moment, Fanfan said in a meek tone, "Sister, I think, our husband is right."
Annin nearly teared up when even Fanfan supported Rayhan.
Rayhan sat up and pinched Annin's cheeks.
"One thing though. We will need to restrict his power level to the minimum before he leaves." Rayhan added.
At this moment, King Kai's voice sounded in Rayhan's mind.
"Yes, King Kai. I will be there tomorrow." He responded.
Fanfan looked at Rayhan and suspiciously asked, "You aren't going to King Kai's for the long-term, are you?"
Annin looked at Rayhan suspiciously as well.
Rayhan laughed, scratched the back of his head, and said, "No I will just be sending a clone this time."
Rayhan however was planning to go there himself and send a clone back from King Kai's planet. Naturally, he could not tell this to his wives. He had enhanced the multiform technique even further. Now, the clones would be able to send the main body what they had experienced throughout the day at the end of the day. However, he had not managed to create the other way around.

The next day, after sending Andy to the academy, he left with help of Kami. He met his teacher along the way and reached King Kai's planet in a few moments.
"Yo, King Kai" Rayhan greeted.
"Oh! Rayhan, You have come. Meet this fellow. She is Gregory." He said pointing at a firefly.
"Oh Hello, Gregory." Rayhan greeted. Gregory just flew off to the tree.
"Here, Your contract is here, Just put your hand on it and you will be contracted to the other world" He gave Rayhan a contract.
Rayhan took it and placed his hands on it. The contract disappeared right after that.
Rayhan checked his body and didn't feel any different. Rayhan had expected God ki would pervade his body and he would feel like being in a mother's womb and his talent would rise but none of what he had expected happened. Nothing had changed.
"Hey King Kai, This contract is not faulty, ------- Holy Shit, I can sense the God ki in you, King Kai," Rayhan exclaimed in excitement.
King Kai gave a smug expression and said, "Hehe, now you see how great I am."
"Of course. King Kai, Is there anything I can do with this ki?" Rayhan asked.
"Limited things can be done. Magic materialization, Teleporting to my planet and back to earth. Envoys have the same rank as kami. So, you should be able to do whatever he can do." King Kai said.
"What about teleporting to other places?" Rayhan asked hopefully.
"Nope. Your authority level is the same as Kami's. So, you won't be able to." King Kai said.
"Okay. Isn't magic materialization a race thing?" Rayhan asked another question.
"This is a bit complicated. Some races do have that innate ability. However, every contractor should be able to do it as well. Hmm... Let me teach you magic materialization." King Kai said.
After that King Kai taught him to do magic materialization. Rayhan got the hang of it in a few days. However, Kai Kai was much more difficult. It took him 2 months to learn Kai Kai.
He had already sent a clone back to earth on the second day of his arrival here. So, he could practice here at King Kai's indefinitely.
His next decade of training at King Kai's place began.
He sent a clone with a power level of 3000 to the desolate region to enjoy the queen.
The clone that was sent to earth had a power level of 5000.
He trained in King Kai's place like mad. The multi-form technique was a cheat. He created clones and used weighted clothes on them. Since he recovered faster 3 to 4 times faster on King Kai's planet, his clones also recovered faster which accelerated his training. It was taxing to the mind but Rayhan was fine with pressure. He was simultaneously venting out the mental pressure in the demon realm.
Year 530.
The scientists in his research center had finally invented a spectrometer due to his request. Now, He was searching for a dragon ball all over the world. If the spectrometer was calibrated to the frequency of the magnetic wave coming from the dragon ball then this spectrometer could be considered a rudimentary dragon ball radar.
His search had not gotten any result yet but he was patient and roamed the world with his wives searching for the dragon ball in a relaxed manner.
