《A human's tale》Calm the mind

While returning to Tiger school, his master told him that Demons were surprisingly more aggressive and they were more in number as well this time. Humanity had not faced such ferocity from demons for a long time.
"Something must have happened in the demon realm." This was his master's conclusion.
As for why demons attacked exactly, his master did not know as well. All he knew was the fact that they wanted to conquer the earth and use humans as a food source.
They finally, reached home after 1.5 months of traveling.
News had traveled fast and when he reached home. People of the martial arts world had bestowed him with the moniker: Rayhan the white tiger. It was because of his white ki from the demon-killing fist and also because he was the tiger hermit's disciple.
Many monikers were given during this time. The one that caught Rayhan's eyes was Mutaito the ferocious. Rayhan knew that in a matter of a few decades, Mutaito would surpass everyone in this world and become the ultimate grandmaster. He would become a being with a power level of 320+ and finally, he would be the one to save humanity. Even the strongest grandmasters currently didn't have a power level of more than 260. Rayhan had deducted this after comparing a normal human's ki to his master's. If a normal human was 5 his masters would be around 245. As for Rayhan's power level, he should be around 175, and his father was at 160. The strongest instructor in Tiger school was as strong as Rayhan. But they had more combat experiences than him. So, in a confrontation, he might not win against his father.
After resting for a day in the school, he went to stretch Fanfan's pussy. This time his mind had truly been fatigued. First, he had rushed to the destination. Second, he had trained "Demon killing fist" non-stop for 10 days. Third, there was war. Fourth, He had to come back with an injured body. So, a lot of mental fatigue had been accumulated. Naturally, the best person to help him relieve his mental fatigue was Fanfan. After humping on her for a month, he had gained some inner peace. Thus, he went back to school.

He investigated Mutaito and he was the disciple of Monkey Hermit. He was 26 this year and the strongest disciple of Monkey Temple. Monkey hermit was openly recognized as the most powerful grandmaster.
'So, he had the greater peak to climb that is why his later accomplishment was astonishing. No Wonder.' Rayhan concluded.
'I should also buckle up and intensify my training. So that when Piccolo comes knocking, I will be able to make him my bitch' He thought to himself.
From then on. Rayhan started to train way harder than before. He started to spar with Instructors and His masters daily. This was done to compensate for his lack of battle experience.
He also focused on his lineages' martial art. He had a vague feeling that if this art was practiced to a sufficiently high level. It would help Rayhan immensely in the future.
Time flowed like a river and Rayhan had been addicted to his mechanical lifestyle. His days were peaceful and uneventful. He trained hard, shagged Fanfan, ate, slept, and repeated it. This routine persisted for another 5 years.
Once again Rayhans peaceful life had shattered but this time it was not a danger to humanity but it was a headache-inducing matter. His master finally wanted to show off his disciple. Five years ago, the old man wanted to take Rayhan on a challenging spree but the unexpected loosening of the seal cause the plan to be canceled. After the war, it was rather insensitive to go on a challenge spree before a few years had passed. Since many people had died at that time. There would have been a lack of elite disciples right after the war. If Rayhan challenged institutes during this time then it would be like kicking the horse when it was down. So, they did not make any brash moves.
Now since a lot of time had passed. Tiger Hermit intended to go on a challenge rampage.

Their first destination was the Orin Temple. It was located in the west part of East City, next to a bamboo forest] When the master and disciple duo reached there. They saw many monks who had six incense burns on their foreheads and shaved heads in yellow clothing. After 30 minutes of sightseeing, they finally reached the main temple where the Temple master resided.
When two grandmasters met, They started bickering and swearing at each other. They had been friends for a long time.
"Tiger, You are not the type to leave your den to travel aimlessly. Tell me, why have you come?" The temple master of the Orin Temple, Master A-wut said while pouring a cup for three of them.
"Hehe. Of course, there is a reason. My last disciple is quite lacking in combat experience. I have brought him outside this time to make him experience a different fighting style from different schools." Tiger Hermit said with a playful smile.
Master A-wut's expression froze for the slightest of minute and angrily said, "Just say that you want to show off your disciple to others. Why bother to put it in such a polite way?"
"Old Wut. How can that be? This disciple is the weaker one among my 2 disciples. If I wanted to show off, Wouldn't I bring my older disciple?" Tiger hermit replied.
"Okay. Okay. Stop with the antics. I know your older disciple is already nearing his 50s. There is no point in bringing him for challenges. Aren't school challenges meant for hot-blooded youths?"
It was an unspoken rule that only youths would challenge another school. It was an effective strategy to gain a reputation and gain new relations. So, It was pointless for older martial artists to challenge a school unless the martial artist had a grievance or feud with the challenged school.
"Yeah. Yeah. Got it. By the way, you do remember that my disciple saved your life 5 years ago, right? How about rewarding him with 1 ton of mind-calming tea?" Tiger hermit asked hopefully.
Master A-wut nearly spat out the tea he was drinking.
"Old tiger, You must have gone senile. Our temple only produces 50 kilograms per year. How about I reward him with 1 kilogram?" Master A-wut said.
"10"
"2"
"5"
"Okay deal," said the temple master after a short negotiation.
"Master, What is this tea all about?" Rayhan asked through telepathy. He had previously learned telepathy when he was at Karin's.
"It is something good. It helps calm the mind. If the tea is used for a prolonged period, it can help with ki control." the master replied. Tiger hermit had also learned telepathy. The master had become the disciple for once and learned from Rayhan.
'Is that why Krillin's ki control was said to be the best amongst Z fighters?' Rayhan silently questioned in his mind.
After drinking the tea, Rayhan indeed felt a calm feeling. If this tea helped in the control of ki, he had decided that he would purchase it from the Orin temple.
But when he asked about the price of the tea, his jaw dropped and he started reconsidering buying the tea.

Viceroy's Pride
This story could be about the Tellask Empire, ruler of a thousand suns and faced with imminent peril at the hands of the Orakh hordes. It could be about Paltai Amberell, the scion of a noble elven House, fallen upon hard times and seeking to find the key that will restore his family's name and save the Empire itself. It could be the story of his voidship, The Viceroy's Pride, powered by magic and crewed by a team of crack marines as they search for adventure and the solution to the Empire's myriad problems. Instead, this is the story of Daniel Thrush, human electrical engineer, befuddled researcher and survivor of the debacle that was first contact with a spacefaring civilization. Due to a combination of luck, magic, hard work, and more luck he is thrust into the center of events as Earth is shoved onto a much larger stage rife with semi-immortal elves and magical kingdoms that predate the Earthly invention of agriculture. Earth is outnumbered, and we have precisely one wizard. Dan. He's not very good at it, but he's going to have to learn in a hurry or watch everything he knows get torn apart by massive spacefaring empires straight from the pages of a fantasy novel. ---------- Some readers have noted that the MC tends to be weak willed and pushed around a bit. A significant portion of the story is his character growth into not being a pushover (i.e. him being passive is in the early chapters on purpose). I'm just including this caveat/warning to make sure that readers aren't surprised/upset and that they stick with it until he learns to stand up for himself. His arc begins to crystallize around chapters 25-27. If that's too long to wait, I get it, I'm just trying to do my due diligence and warn you that the character development is a bit of a slow burn. This is NOT a harem novel. Nothing against them, just not what it is. --------- Updates Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday Feel free to bother me on our discord- Discord!
