~~Elf girl Pov
~
"ARYNA!" The voice shouted from the side. I rushed my opponent. He was a stocky man, his height and width bear resemblance, with a shaven beard and a head of white hair. I had a sword and simply clothing with no armor, because it was unlike elvens, this was due to the belief that my people were immensely superior compared to humans, which was true. It was rare for a human to be able to make an elven bleed.
I had a sword in my right hand. I swung it so fast my arm was a blur but the swing was blocked by his sword, he shrugged it off and went under my defenses swinging horizontally as quick as lightning. Using my inborn reflexes I appeared few feet distance from him and his swing missed.
"Take that human filth away from here and make sure it doesn't burn anything down, Don't play too long your mother has told Signol to get the Ground crawlers cleaned up and you know he's always punctual that means get back in time for entertainment!" Screamed the voice from the side. The human glared at hearing the name given to its kind by the elves.
The man on the side whom was my father eyes narrowed, "Is there a problem human?" He said placing a hand on his scabbard.
The human had flames ignite at the tip of his sword but that's when father smacked him over the head with the flat of his sword which sent the human flying, he immediately crashed into a tree at the edge of the woods.
"Get this thing out of my sight before I lose temper and the Ground Crawler loses its head!" The human steadily rose to its feet and grind its teeth under the glare of my father.
I Approached the woods, only stopping to give the human my command to follow me. As we left we both heard father sheathing his sword.
~
We were approaching a large pool of water, this is the place where I favored taking them when the Ground Crawlers were put under my care.

"As expected of father.." Even though this human whom was especially strong as it was sturdy he had easily tore through its defenses making it look like a facile task. I admired father, as rare as it was for humans to draw elven blood it happened, especially during war. I had heard a single human could take on hundreds of my people.
During the war my father never had so much as a scratch. He shrugged off hits and magic from them treating them like filth, when facing him they were merely lambs to be slaughtered.
Yet still our people judged and our conclusion for the so called humans was slavery. But that was natural as the weak were born to serve the strong, and strong was my people.
Origins of these humans are still unclear, they appear out of the wood though we have seen some who just dug up the ground and walk the surface.
The way the war started is unknown to me. I've heard the history plenty of times yet I don't believe it. It sounds like perjury to me.
I shrugged as i ran through the forest only fast enough for the human to keep the pace.
My inner thoughts: 'Not as though I really care about it.'
Servants are like small animals, any action can give you an erratic reaction from them. Still even animals have their uses and I thank the dirt for birthing slaves right out of the ground.
Hm?
Once we were just a few paces from the waters we encountered a boy in black garbs, his hair was fairly long but had not gone down his back like my own. His hair was actually the darkest shade of the color I'd ever seen. At his belt was a magnificent sword, long in length while its width was smaller than most still it was suited to the ornate look of the sword, still though it was only ice it had all been a transparent blue. The boy had a massive aura which I'd never seen before, that made me pass his figure with caution.

Running pass the boy I rushed into the lake as we stared at each other briefly locking eyes. Instead of fear my thoughts leaned more towards caution with this person, he had been entirely different than anything I've encountered so far.

Old man Pov:
That bastard! If he had not interfered I could have killed his daughter!
I have been stalking this ground for a week now so I know what to do, once I perfected my plan I surfaced from the ground and snuck behind his daughter to catch her unawares. To capture the youngest blood is the best way to take down the camp here is take the bosses most important item. In that case it could be the wife or daughter but the older elves are more experienced and their more powerful so I can only go with the daughter but this is not a bad thing.
Taking the daughter captive will leave both fools stuck like rats in a trap, once they see I took their daughter by the neck I'll make both of them beg and torture both of them before I take the both of em' to the elves higher ups. If I do that and threat in to kill one of their war hero's right in there stupid faces I'll have every single one of those fools bowing before me.
Then once I've seen my brothers and sisters free ill be the hero of our entire race!
'No.. No... No no this needs more tact!' My thoughts yell at me.
'How about capturing a few more of their hero's then threaten the elves?' My thoughts proposed.
Well damn i'm smart ain't I? I'll capture the daughter of the stupid elves but before I go get more of their warcheifs or whatever I say lets have a piece of that woman elf huh! I'll just show the father I captured his daughter before I knock him out then there will be nothing in my way with this ebony sword of mine!
With thoughts like these I did what I thought was grabbing the elf girls throat and putting my knife to her neck but she vanished into thin air and that's what's confused me. All of a sudden I hear a girl shout from behind me, "FATHER FATHER COME QUICK!!" I couldn't even turn before her father appeared outside of the house. Turning my head I finally caught sight of the daughter I thought I'd captured.
"Oh who is this, Ah we have a Ground Crawler in our own garden." The father said coming from looking surprised to a mocking smile. I recognized his long silver hair done in some kind of style trying to look elegant and majestic and gray eyes like storm clouds. Her daughter had the same eyes but larger than his. "Can I deal with him papa?" His daughter asked with an excited tone.
"Hmm.. Go ahead, but you must hurry you see? Your mother has set something up for us." He said and that's when she charged me with explosive vigor. I met her sword with my ebony sword. I was surprised by the strength of this girl but held my ground and just decided to wait for an opening.
She swung her sword vertically in an upwards arc so I stepped out of reach, that's when I saw my chance, I doubted she would be experienced enough to deal with this. With out giving a seconds hesitation, I ducked under her guard and slashed horizontally sending a crushing blow to her belly I planned to turn from the point of the blade to its flat to avoid killing her so that I could effectively take her hostage, then it would be a game well played.
But just like before she vanished and before I knew it my plan had failed before it started.

The Deathseeker [Under Revision]
NOTE: This story has dark elements, but it's neither grimdark nor particularly edgy. It's also currently being revised. Satan's Axe...Lord of High Honor...The Immortal Giant...The Black Maelstrom...Son of Thunderfield...The Gods' Retribution. Dalric had many names. None were as fitting as his last, Dalric the Deathseeker. Born from an unwanted mating between the greatest warriors of the time, death was his only true kin. It birthed him, molded him, and now standing in the middle of a lifeless battlefield, it drenched him. The blood of thousands of soldiers soaked his skin. Two hundred thousand men approached him that day. All of them sought his life, none of them left with theirs. But they would not die in vain, they had accomplished their mission. Hidden beneath a thousand layers of their blood, was Dalric's very own. Feeling his life fade, he gazed weakly at his work. A seemingly endless array of corpses laid battered and disfigured before him. Some bore faces of horror, most had no face at all. His most trusted companion floated in front of him, blocking the view. Waves of sorrow flowed between them. “My time has finally come. I’ve begged for death and it’s finally arrived. My work is done...and so is yours. You’re free to be who you were meant to.” With his contract with the gods fulfilled, they were truly free. The centuries of torment would end. No longer would they have to walk the path of a monster. Little did Dalric know, the devil was in the details. What To Expect: A good time. In a few more words than that, a cast of believable characters in a unique world dealing with conflicts and problems a little bit more complex than punching the big evil guy in the face. Just a little though. Minimum Word Count a Week: 5000 Release Time(s): Between Friday 12pm EST and Monday 6am EST I also write A King in the Clouds
