The second day of the tournament is here and it was more fuller than ever. The most likely scenario was because there were two matches that the crowd couldn't wait to see.

"Wow, today is really packed," Frederick said looking at the crowd.

"Well, it is the second day of the tournament. Now that the first round is over, people will want to look forward to the better matches." Alice pointed out. She did have a point the first round had a few quick matches but now that is the second round, they might expect to see longer matches. Thou, the match that she thinks everyone is looking forward more than theirs or even Harry's is Team Alpha vs Team Doll House. Emuna and Aeris...her childhood friend will find the doll master and owner of the Coffin of the Soulless.

"I guess you're right," Richard said trying to contain his excitement. Last time despite Team Blitz cheating he had fun. He wonders who their opponents will look like. Hmm, Team Priest and Priestess well that narrows it down. However, you never know what their opponents will have up their sleeves. Man, this is so awesome!!

"So...what now? We won't have our matches until later on." Yuma told everyone.

"Well, we can talk about how you all met and became friends." Richard's stomach growl's.

"Are you sure you want to talk about only that, or is it that you want to eat one of Pinher's pizzas?" Frederick told his best friend.

"Um, well maybe eat something while we're at it?" Richard sheepishly asked while laughing nervously.

"Should've seen this coming." Alice deadpanned while rolling her eyes and sighing before they went to eat at Pizza Palace.

Meanwhile somewhere in the Omega Arcade Station. Three teens were walking through the people. Some recognize them as the team that will be facing Team Omega in the semi-finals of Group B while others know them from way before the tournament.

"I hope that this next opponent doesn't fall to the beauty of our art like the previous one did." One of the teens said. He was 17 years old, with long black hair that he ties it into a short pigtail, dark brown eyes, and is dressed in an eccentric white and purple priest dress and light brown sandals. On his neck, he has a necklace with a mini scroll attached to it.

"Indeed." Answered one of his three companions, which was a girl. She was a year older than the boy, Long blonde hair that she leaves it loose, light blue eyes, and is dressed with a Blue and white priestess dress along with black shoes. She also has a bracelet with a mini scroll attached to it.

"Hmm, let us go somewhere to rest." The boy and his group heads toward Pizza Palace.

Team Alpha and Team Omega inside Pizza Palace were talking about advice toward Team Alpha's match against Emuna and her army of dolls. By that, it means Alice and Frederick were giving advice while the brown-haired leader of Team Omega was gulping down slices of pizzas in order to satisfy his angry stomach.

"Man is good to be full." Richard pats his stomach in satisfaction.

"You said that but..." Alice looked at what Richard have eaten two large pizzas with a large cola. "I don't believe that." Richard takes another slice.

"Wha?" he said with his mouth full.

"Nothing." Alice sighed giving up and then pays her attention to the pink-haired girl. "Aeris, you need to be careful against Emuna. Despite being a wall she is able to string many dolls at once. So you're not fighting only against her but hundreds of her dolls as well."

"I see..." If what the red-haired girl says is true it means that they would be at a disadvantage against the white-haired emotionless girl no matter who enters the game. Hmm, it seems that they would have to use their wildcard now if they ever want to survive and go on to the next round. "Genre, We will be counting on you, okay?" The blonde-haired girl looks at her friend before nodding and eating a slice of pizza. For being very small she sure has an appetite, thou, it is not larger than the bottomless pit that is the leader of Team Omega.

"I guess I will be sitting this one out then. You need Adel since she is our powerhouse and can break through Walls and Genre can use her Rhythm waves to protect you girls from miss Chariot's dolls." Yuma pointed out.

"What do you think Aeris?" Adel asked their leader.

"Hmm...If that's what Yuma see then I will trust her judgment." The pink-haired responded. She has been more reliable in her friends when it comes to strategies. Despite the brown and black-haired girl being better leaders than herself they put all their trust in her to make the decisions for their team.

"Is settle then."

"Richard, I been meaning to ask you..." The pink-haired girl sees that someone...was...feeding...the brown-haired boy...FOOD!?

"Say "AH!" Richard dear!"

"You...You really find the worst times for this, you Cowgirl!!" Alice told Heidi who immediately got mad.

"What was that you old priestess? Do you want to settle this score in a game!?"

"I'll gladly comply!" The sparks would be flying all over the place if they were real but luckily for everyone there weren't. Still, that didn't calm the Heavy fast Rhythm of a certain pink-haired girl.

"Aeris?"

"Rhythm...increasing..." was the response of Genre before eating another slice of pizza.

"Um, girls calm..."

"YOU STAY OUT OF THIS!" The brown-haired boy shrunk afraid of experiencing what happened last time he tried to interfere in a fight between the two teens. He really doesn't know why they always fight like this, he wishes that they both can get along and be friends.

"Huh?" Richard heard a couple of new voices he never heard before. "Guys I think I hear new voices." That stopped the two arguing girls from turning Pizza Palace into their own obstacle field.

"Who?" the red-haired girl asked but making sure that the purple-haired teen doesn't latch on to Richard.

As they enter the teen with the eccentric white and purple priest outfit scan all over the Pizza Palace.

"Hmm, this place seems average. We might have our fill here." The boy said before scanning more they are. The boy stops at a table in the corner. In that table, they were a group of girls with two boys. He immediately recognizes them. "Are those," He walks to them.

"Sousuke?" The female of the group said as she saw their leader walk toward a table filled with 6 girls and 2 boys.

"Excuse me?" The group looks to see the boy. "May I ask? Are you by any chance the rumored new Team Omega?" he asked.

"Um, yes we are," Alice answered him.

"I see well..." The boy then went and held both of Alice's hands. "It is a pleasure to meet such a lovely leader!"

"Eh?" Alice had quizzical look on her face, what was he talking about?

"Oh, again sorry for my rudeness my name is Sousuke Moine I'm the leader of the Team Exo." Sousuke introduced himself to her. It took a little more than a minute for Alice to process what is going on? Leader? Wait? Does he thinks she is the leader?!

"W-Wait you're making a mistake I'm not..."

"I heard that you with your teammates defeated Team Hunter and have been undefeated since the first day you created the team."

"Well that's true...but..." The red-haired girl had really no idea how to clear this up. While it is true that they have defeated Team Hunter and have been undefeated since the formation of the group and it is also true that she was the one who came up with the name for the group she was not the one who delivered the final blow to the teams.

"Um, excuse me but we're here." Richard waves his right hand toward Sousuke. Sousuke saw Richard and is disgusted by seeing all the food that Richard ate.

"Humph you must be Richard Kurosagi the last year Omega Singles Champion looks like the rumors are true you're a big glutton."

"What?" Richard said irritated.

"Hey, how dare you say that to Richard Dear!" Heidi said irritated by the boy disrespecting her one true love. Aeris was a little mad that Richard was insulted but at the same time even if she hates to admit it, she has to agree with this boy. Still, that is rude of him to call her childhood friend a glutton in front of her and the group.

"Now do not interfere with love at first sight!" Love...at first...sight? That made everyone except Richard sweat-drop and having the exact thought and questioning the boy's illusions. Love at first sight...Heidi was now in deep thought, if that boy takes that old priestess then she and Richard can be...!

"Huh?!"

"I agreed with him!"

"Eh?!" Everyone said.

"I know how it feels to be in love with someone at first sight."

"You do?" The brown-haired cluelessly asked. This guy...He really doesn't realize that the purple-haired girl is talking about him, isn't he?

"You have my fullest of support Sousuke!"

"Such a wonderful girl. You have Kami's blessings for your future marriage." Future...Marriage. She and Richard...

"Kyah!!"

"Hey! What on Earth are you thinking in that brain dead head of yours!?" Alice yelled.

"Now how about we escape the glutton's den and go somewhere more romantic my beautiful leader." There he goes again calling him a glutton!

"That's it, I'm challenging you to a game in Omega!"

"Um, buddy we're in the middle of a tournament so..." Frederick started before he realizes one thing. "Hey, you said that you're the leader of Team Exo, correct?"

"Yes."

"Huh? This is kind of awkward."

"Excuse me?"

"Aren't we suppose to face each other?"

"Yes." Just then the female of Team Exo stepped in and held the boy's ear. "OWWWWW!"

"You should know not to interact with the opponent while we're in the tournament. Knowing you, you'll just tell everything to them."

"I apologize for our...leader, it seems that as soon as he saw you miss, he has been looking for a way to meet you." The other male of the group said.

"Eh? Ah! No that's okay...Um, it is just that I'm not..."

"I see...well he is a stubborn one so I do not think he will be convinced."

"Is okay, er..."

"Oh, my apologies. I am Wu Shi Yang and this right here she is Xin Yu."

"Nice to meet you all, I'm Aeris and this is my group."

"We know we watch your matches. I must say you two are really strong." Xin said while holding Sousuke.

"Let go! Please, Xin Yu?" The girl glared at him before letting him go.

"In any case, we expect to have a good match with you three."

"Don't worry you will!" The brown-haired boy said excitedly.

"Hmm...Let's go." Xin Yu left with Wu.

"I will be looking forward to our match my beautiful leader," Sousuke said before glaring at the brown-haired boy. "As for you, I will defeat you later glutton."

"Okay...what just happen?" Frederick still confused asked. Did that boy think that Alice is their core? If so...He really needs to listen to people. Before the answer was confirmed the brown-haired boy spoke.

"Calling me a glutton...I'll show him!"

"Four floors." A teenage boy said.

"After I eat this sundae!!" Richard said changing his expression from anger to drooling as he started eating it quickly.

('You get mad about people calling you a glutton and yet you act like one.') Alice sweat-drop. Still, she really needs to clear the misunderstanding. She sighed, never in her life she will meet someone as clueless as her brown-haired childhood friend.

"Team Omega, Team Exo, Team New Gen and Team Giga from group B please come to the teleporters. I repeat, Team Omega, Team Exo, Team New Gen. and Team Giga from group B please come to the teleporters." Was the announcement of the bunny M.C.

"So what do you think we should do?" Richard asked.

"Well, I think we should stick together, for now, as you saw in their match it seems that their core focuses on his scroll to trap people. Judging by that he must be by default a magical." Alice stated.

"Hmm, a magical core. That's going to be a first time for us." Frederick stated. They haven't faced a core whose default class is the new Magical class.

"I guess we should be careful then."

"Yeah."

"As expected of Team Omega's leader." Here they are, Team Exo.

"Oh hey, Sousuke." Sousuke held both of the red-haired girl's hands.

"Is so good of you to remember my name," Sousuke said with stars in his eyes.

"Um, well is not really that hard to remember your name when you said it an hour ago," she said to him feeling awkward again with a sweat-drop.

"I'll be looking forward to facing you."

"Er, yeah." She sighed. Yes, it will be wise to stick together.

"It must suck, Huh?" Lahaska told her.

"Yeah."

"Is everyone ready? Alright, let the semi-finals of group B begin! Entering Omega...NOW!" All teams got teleported to the world of Omega.

Team Omega's match was none other than Samurai Village a beautiful village with a calming river. It was in the main story the 5th stage and home of Keinshin The Blind Samurai Master. It was a very sunny day too so there will be no raining this time nor anything like the sandstorms in Western Omega.

"So this is our stage," Frederick said.

"Is been a while since I have seen this place. Hmm, wonder if Keinshin will give advice on how to improve my speed."

"If we were in the story...yes. Right now we're not." Alice pointed out.

"Right, Right."

Meanwhile, Sousuke with his Omega outfit, which is the same as in the real world except that he has a sacred scroll in his hands as his weapons.

"Alright, team let's defeat our enemies with grace and beauty," Sousuke said to the others which have their outfits from the real world but with different weapons, Xin Yu had a golden Staff as her weapon, while Wu Shi Yang had a shaved head similar to a monk while dressed in a black and dark purple monk outfit with his weapon a Sacred Thin Sword with a name inscripted on it.

Outside of Omega, around the multitude of the crowd, there was a certain black-haired boy watching his rival's match.

"Humph, Let see what this loser is capable of doing in this match." Harry has seen the first match. Nothing special with the exception of the ending. He would have to prepare if an event like that happens in their match. All he has to do is defeat his loser opponents and then...he will have his payback on the brown-haired charismatic rival of his.

"Um, Richard about today..."

"Is Okay you don't have to apologize or anything. After all, you were the one who named our team so it is natural that everyone thinks you're the leader, heck if it were for me you would be the leader."

"But I'm not as good as you are, I-I mean your fast, agile and know how to get us out of situations that would get others including me defeated," Alice explained to him stammering a bit before he puts a hand on her shoulder.

"Hey lighten up we have been friends since childhood heck we have stuck together in situations that would be impossible to do alone and if it wasn't for you and Frederick I wouldn't be who I am today."

"Richard."

"I have to agree with Rick here. You were the one with the idea for the name. Right now despite having last year's Omega's Singles Champion on our side, we're the underdogs compare to the majority of the teams that remain." Frederick has a point. Lahaska's team has become the most popular team in just one match. Then there's Aeris and Team Alpha who seems to have a good reputation in 4 countries and it seems this will be the 5th country to be behind them. Then there's Harry...He already has a big reputation as the 3 times Omega's Singles Champion and a prodigy so...

"What a beautiful speech that was Richard Kurosagi." said someone. They looked east to see Team Exo.

"Well, this didn't last long. Let's go!" Richard said to Sousuke.

"Hold It!" That stopped the brown-haired boy in his track.

"Er, what is it?"

"I refuse to fight with a gluttony person like you."

"What was that?!" Richard said angrily with a vein popping out of his forehead.

"I only fight with leaders."

("He still thinks that I'm the leader?") Alice thought. She sighed...Yep, this is going to be pointless explaining the priest in front of them that she is not the leader but the "glutton" beside her.

"So step aside and let me have a desirable fight with my destiny."

"Now...I'm his destiny?" Alice asked with a sweat-drop I think it would be best for both parties if she clear things right now. "Um, Sousuke there's something you should know, I'm really not..." Richard sensed something and takes Alice's hand and drags her before some white hands took her.

"That was close." Richard looks at the hands very serious. He sees them retreating to a scroll that was held by Sousuke himself.

"W-What are those?" Alice said with eyes widen in surprise looking at the moving hands that returned to the scroll.

"You! You dare interfere with my destiny?!" Sousuke hissed to Richard. Xin Yu just sighed, her blind foolish leader is so engaged on the red-haired that he doesn't notice that the brown-haired boy is a scouter. Luckily, she also is a scouter herself meaning that she could fight the brown-haired boy on equal grounds.

"I'll take care of him." Xin Yu uses her speed to attack Richard. The brown-haired boy reacted fast and blocks her staff. Wu Shi Yang decided to go also on the offense and attack Frederick who retaliated with his arrows.

"Richard! Frederick!" Alice yelled worried about her friends before she dodged the moving hands from Sousuke's scroll.

"Now how about I show you the elegance of my art."

"Great."

"This is going to be difficult." Frederick dodged another slash from Wu Shi Yang before releasing an arrow in which The monk easily cut.

"You can dodge all you want but I'll manage to hit you some time," Yang said because he knows that every time his sword is hitting the ground there's an inscription written and it just a matter of time before it kicks in.

Meanwhile, Richard is with Xin Yu. Their fight has gone distant away from their group. As he is blocking her Staff with his Kris Dagger, the brown-haired boy noticed something strange happening.

("Something is not right, my dagger sword shouldn't be going this slow, Wait is not the dagger is me!") Richard thought in surprise as he tried to dodge the next attack but couldn't dodge in time and she hits him.

"Have you noticed now Richard Kurosagi? That's the beauty of my art staff Sozoroaruki. Every time it hits a weapon or the opponent it'll slow the opponent down." Xin Yu explained to Richard.

"That's not good." Richard stands up and starts to come out with a defensive strategy.

Meanwhile, Alice is dodging the hands from Sousuke's scroll that is trying to snare her.

("Those hands that come out of his scroll got to have some effect if he's trying to catch me with them.") Alice thought, looking at her opponent. "Extend." Alices' pole extended and the chain is released. She deflects the hands back to Sousuke's scroll. At least she can hit them...that's a plus.

"Beautiful, just simply beautiful as expected from a leader of a team who's destined for greatness," Sousuke said with praise. "But even so I must not lose because that will make me feel weak to my beautiful love."

("And when did I agree to be yours?!") Alice thought in exasperation and continues to dodge. She is concerned about her teammates but she needs to focus on the fight against Team Exo's Core.

Richard is dodging instead of blocking Xin Yu's attacks knowing that if he kept blocking he would be as slow as a snail

('There has to be a weakness to this staff. Come on Richard, think!") He got an idea. It was a risky one tho and it could be a 50-50. What if the effects wore off when he uses Core Shift? That's where the 50-50 comes in. He hopes this doesn't cost them the match.

"You're done." It's now or never!

"Not yet! Core Shift: Powerhouse!" Richard dodged the staff...A lot faster than he was currently doing. It works! Using this and the fact that his enemy didn't expect the effects of her staff to reset after a core shift, the brown-haired boy slashed the teen twice before a third one finish Xin Yu off.

"Team Exo's Scouter has been defeated."

"Uf, glad that work." The brown-haired boy scouts the area. They really went very far for their fight. He needs to find the red-haired girl fast, also he needs to fight that guy that called him a glutton. Thou...he kept saying he will not fight anyone but the leader, Has he not realize that he is the core? It seems that the girl did find out that he was the core even before he core shifted. Thinking about it won't change anything he needs to find Alice Pronto!

"Team Omega's Sniper has been defeated." Was the words of the M.C. After a long and hard-fought battle.

"Snipers are really strong nowadays." Wu Shi Yang said. It was a good thing he did not use this ability on their first-round as it has caught the elf archer off guard. His inscription marks kicked in at the right time and trapped the boy inside of a cube made of earth. He was surprised thou the elf archer's arrows were unique from freezing to explosion if he didn't have this ability he wouldn't have won this match. Luckily, he did and with one fell swoop of his sword, he manages to send the boy back to earth.

"Excellent Job Wu Shi! Now my love where were we?"

('Damn.') This was not going great for the red-haired teen. Sousuke has been a very offensive Magical and his attacks with those white hands have been increasing. With Frederick now gone is just a matter of time before she joins the elf archer back in the real world. That will be a problem for their leader.

"I'm confused tho. You're these team's core and yet I haven't seen you use your core shift even once." The core of Team Exo told.

('That's because I'm not the core!')

"Oh well. Art of the Scroll: Amour!" The hands suddenly became purple and go after Alice faster. They caught up with her and coil around her.

"Let...Me...Go." Alice tried to defend herself but they take her pole.

"Is over. Now witness my beautiful art, My destiny!"

"I'm not your destiny!" Alice yelled now annoyed. Luckily for her, the true core of Team Omega came to her rescue.

"Shit!" Wu Shi Yang said before he was slashed and eliminated from the game.

"Team Exo's Powerhouse has been defeated."

"What?" Sousuke said before the brown-haired teen slashed the purple hands, releasing Alice from their clutches.

"Richard!" Alice said glad to see the brown-haired boy.

"Sorry if I'm late but I had a slowdown...But I'm glad I'm back to full speed I guess the slowdown was only temporally." Richard told the red-haired teen before jumping to prove his point before both of them dodged the hands that regenerated back.

"How rude of you Kurosagi!! I was moments away to reclaiming my destine lover." Sousuke said in disgust to the brown-haired boy.

"Alice is not a prize you can claim if she doesn't want to be with you just accept it!"

"Richard." Alice look at Richard, was he mad because Sousuke was paying attention to her?

"I would not tolerate speeches from someone of the low class." Sousuke hissed.

"Let me guess you want to fight the leader, right? Well, I guess you'll learn who the leader is now!!" Richard retorted bothered.

("I see, he still mad about the glutton thing.") Alice said looking at him with many sweat-drops on the back of her head. What was she thinking? Of course, he'll be mad because of that, He's a clueless idiot after all.

"Humph fall into the beauty of art!!" Sousuke used his Amour again to take Richard, however, Richard dodged them as fast as he could with ease. ("How can he be this agile!?") questioned the black-haired teen. Alice was surprised as well. Usually, the brown-haired speed was impressive but now even she can barely keep track of it. Is the brown-haired boy evolving as a core?! Moreover, Being a scouter?!

"Well, Here I go," Richard said as his sword start glowing along with his necklace.

"Eh?" Alice looks at her necklace and it glowed. Her legendary piece was glowing?

"I will not lose!!" Sousuke controls the hands and threw them at the brown-haired boy. Richard dodged them and got closer to him. "Got you!!" Sousuke smirk. Richard has the purple hands almost surrounding him but he disappeared and the hands crashed to the ground. "What?!" Sousuke said surprise and started looking around for the brown-haired boy.

"Over Here." Sousuke turned with eyes widened and saw Richard smiling behind him. "Later, White Dragon Strike Fang!!" Richard slashed Sousuke and a line appears diagonally, which takes Sousuke. The line kept going until it crashed into a rock which explodes in the process thus returning Sousuke back to Earth and ending the match.

"Team Exo's core has been defeated, Team Exo has been eliminated. Final Results: Team Omega Advances to the finals of Group B!"

"We did it," Alice said happily.

"Yep," Richard replied with a grin before they were sent back to earth.

Back on earth, the crowd was cheering. The first match was good but again was dominated by Team New Gen so this match made up for the lack of a close but fun battle.

"Nice one Rick!" The two teens high-five each other.

"I have lost, and to someone who's not even the leader." Sousuke feeling ashamed said. However, he was about to finally find out the truth.

"Sousuke there's something I wanted to tell you," Alice said to him.

"W-what is it?"

"Well, the truth is...I'm not the leader of Team Omega."

"Huh?" Sousuke said in disbelieve.

"Sousuke she is telling the truth. The true core was always him." Xin Yu pointed at Richard.

"But that's..."

"If you would've let her explained you would have known about it soon." Wu Shi Yang pointed out.

"You see I did name the team but the person who has been defeating everyone who we face was Richard he's the real leader."

"Oh, come on Alice if it wasn't for you, Frederick and Ariel I wouldn't be who I am today," Richard said with a grin and Sousuke smile. He made a mistake and that might have cost them the match. But even so...he is glad that his motto of only fighting the cores wasn't broken in the end.

"It seems I have misjudged you Richard Kurosagi, you're indeed a great leader, and I am at no match for you in both combat and love," Sousuke said to the brown-haired boy.

"Huh? Love?" Richard said cluelessly of the love part but Alice gets it and blushes quickly.

"But I will not be defeated the next time; I will win back my destiny and defeat the leader who has snared her heart." Sousuke turned and left leaving a cheek burned Alice and a questioned Richard behind.

"Um, could someone please explain to me what did he...?"

"Say why don't we celebrate. I mean we're in the finals, right? RIGHT?!" Alice quickly said. Right now is not the time! It seems that her wish for him to not find out came true because the boy's stomach growled.

"Huh, I guess you want some food after a hard-fought battle, huh buddy?" Alice sighed in relief, saved by the clueless boy's hunger.

"Just as I predicted." Lahaska ornament glowed. "Oh...I'm sorry Pentagon Of Manipulation, as WE predicted." The sun ornament stopped glowing as a sign of acknowledgment. "Now is just a matter of time until my plan gets in motion, won't you agreed boys?" She asked Alan and Barry who's eyes were lifeless as if they were in a trance before the girl giggled. Yes, she will have some fun before she sees the downfall of the president of Omega Corp. But until then, she will have to wait until her time to face the owners of the Diamond Dragonite and the Ragging Sphere comes.
