The days drag on in an unusually, unsettlingly warm November. Mundanity threatens to drown, the cycle of everyday life makes it more and more difficult with each repetition–and yet within difficulty, this meager persistence is a kind of progress: after all, I cannot say I've done this before. The key to things is not in the words though, but meaning felt and then progressing from that sense. Otherwise all the words of wisdom we've heard could carry us from childhood to the grave with only very novel and likely few realizations.
