Of the remaining races, none has a significant superiority over the others. Still, a specific one could increase its population much faster. This race is the humans; they have the most enormous population in the world. The majority of the kingdoms are also ruled by humans. One example is the Kingdom of Erex. The wealthiest and most powerful nation of the southern lands.

Kingdom of Erex:

Today the Kingdom of Erex will have a memorable visit. A character that is so well-known that people all over the nation are eagerly awaiting his arrival. The new journals of the Kingdom are all about him.

In the south of Erex, where most of the citizens live, the news of this visit has just arrived.

In the middle of a vast square full of houses and people, a journal seller comes with the newest journals from the capital.

"I just brought the journals from the capital. There is some big news this time!! Tartus the Titan is coming! I repeat Tartus the Titan. The legend itself is coming to the Kingdom."

The people nearby try to process the news

"What Tartus is coming!? When is that!?"

"There is no way this is true!"

"Tartus, oh my. Is he really coming!?"

"Come and see for yourselves!! You can buy the journal for just 5 Petals. It comes directly from the capital!!!!"

A vast number of people start agglomerating close to the seller.

"Give me one."

"I want one too."

"Hey, hey, calm down. I have enough for everyone."

The agglomerate keeps growing, with more and more people wanting to check out the news.

"I said 5 Petals? I meant to say 10 Petals. Yeah, come and get it for 10 Petals."

This is my lucky day!!!. Thought the seller.

Not everyone could get to buy a journal. But the news fastly spread. Now with no exception, the entire Kingdom knew about the visit of Tartus the Titan.

Even more to the south, in a forest that is not so far away from the south of Erex. Something else is happening.

"Take back what you said!!"

"Haha, it is the truth, Akin. You are a loser!!"

"Did you actually think you could get into the academy!!? Hahhaha a brat like you!!?"

There are three boys, apparently kids, in the forest. Two of them appear to be slighter older than the other; they have mock faces and are wearing new black uniforms.

Akin, the third one, has an angry face. His fists are closed, ready for an attack. Akin has messy black hair and brown skin. He is wearing a red short-sleeved shirt and black pants. His clothes and shoes have several rips and appear to have been used multiple times.

"I'm gonna take you both down!". After screaming this, Akin shortens the distance between him and the other boys, with his fists closed in a punch position.

"You are too weak!" Akin's punch is easily held. While holding Akin's arm, one of the boys punches Akin's stomach.

"Damm.".

After the punch, Akin places his palms on his stomach, unable to hold the pain.

"Haha! Is that all!!?"

The two boys kept punching and kicking Akin repeatedly, with very little resistance from him. Any attempt that Akin tries to make as a counter-attack is easily blocked.

After various attacks, Akin lies on the ground. His entire body is visibly hurt.

"You are a weakling. Haha!!"

"Let's go now. Leave him there. He already got enough!" after saying that, both boys go away, returning in the direction to the south of Erex.

"Damm. I couldn't even hit them once.". Akin starts to get up slowly.

"I hate this! It's not even like they are stronger than me. They just have more of it."

Akin starts taking his way, apparently returning to the Kingdom. Because of the pain in his body, he walks with a limp, unable to walk very well. Sometime later, Akin gets to the Kingdom and starts heading to an orphanage.

"I'm back.". Says Akin while entering the orphanage. At the entrance, there is a garden full of kids playing. Behind it, there is a building with two floors. The first floor consists of a kitchen with rows of large banks, where the children have their meals and what looks like a classroom. The second floor is where multiple bedrooms are located. Each bedroom is relatively small, with two bunk beds.

After entering the orphanage, the kids playing in the garden noticed Akin's body. It was full of wounds. Everyone could see that he was in a fight and had lost it.

"Fighting again, Akin?". One of the kids asks.

Akin says nothing back, ignoring the question.

"And as we can see, you lost again!!"All of the kids start laughing.

"Hahaha, you're so weak Akin!!"

"Shut up!". Says Akin, irritated.

A woman with long black hair, wearing a long black dress, gets out of the building, heading to Akin. The woman seemed to be in a hurry, getting dressed up to go somewhere.

"Akin! You are finally here."

The woman also notices the state of Akin's body.

"Huh? What happened to you? Well doesn't matter. Hurry! We have to go in a couple of minutes."

"Go where?" Asks Akin confused.

"You don't know? It's all over the journals. Tartus the Titan is coming!!"

"Who is this guy?"

"What do you mean, who is this guy? He is a legend of this Kingdom. He is the strongest knight the Kingdom ever had!"

"Never heard of him. When is he coming?"

"Now Akin!! He is coming now!"

"And how come you just get the news right before his arrival? If this guy is that important, everyone should have known about his visit long ago."

"Akin! You know it takes a lot of time for the journals from the capital to get here in the south. We are the region of the Kingdom that gets to know the news at the latest. We are always months late with information compared to the other regions. Just that we could know about Tartus' visit in time is a huge deal!!"

"Now come, Akin, let's go!!"

"Do I really have to go? I'm not feeling like seeing a guy known just because he was born stronger than the others."

"C'mon, Akin! This talk again?! If you want to stay alone here, then stay. We are all going!" Says the woman angrily.

"You're all going?"

"Of course!!" Say the kids around.

"Big bro will be there too. We want to see him!!"

"Big bro will?" Says akin with a low tone while looking at the ground. Knowing that this person is coming made Akin reflect on himself.

"Well, we are going now! Bye!" Says the woman.

All of the kids and the woman start leaving the orphanage.

"Wait! I'm coming too". After some minutes of reflecting, Akin decides to go. He starts running toward the others to reach them on time.

"Oh, you decided to come?" Asks the woman.

"I mean, I have nothing else to do anyway." Answers Akin with a sulky face.

"But Ms. Lillian, where is this guy Tartus coming? Don't we have to go to the capital or something?" After a couple of seconds of silence, Akin asks the woman, Lillian.

"That's the greatest part, Akin. He is coming here! He will be in the Great Stadium at the center of the region!! And not only him!! All governors, the three prodigy generals, and king Willian will also be there to welcome him. Isn't it amazing! The greatest figures of the Kingdom are all reunited in one place! And it's the place where we live in!!!!"

"Well, I don't think they are that great."

"You are just a 12-year-old child. When you grow up more, you will understand how impressive those figures are."

Erex is divided into 4 regions, the largest one being the south. The south of Erex, despite being the largest and most populated region, is also the poorest of the 4 areas. It consists of multiple houses and commerces, every home is close to another due to the high number of citizens. Though there is a vast building located at the center of this region. It is the Great Stadium.

"We are almost there! I can already see the Stadium!" Says Lillian excitedly.

"Wow!! It's so big!! Why haven't we ever gone there before?" Ask the children, who are also visibly excited.

"Normally, the Stadium is closed for everyone. There are always multiple guards close to it. We can only get into the Great Stadium during special events. Isn't it amazing, Akin!? This is also your first time visiting it."

Akin doesn't answer the question, ignoring it.

After entering the Great Stadium, Akin and the others start looking for sits. After some time looking for it, they resolved to sit right next to the entrance door, where they managed to squeeze into a bench.

The Great Stadium has never been so packed as today. It always gets a lot of visitors during events because of its reputation. But this day, it was different. The Stadium is a vast round arena, it doesn't have a rooftop, and it has enormous bleachers, all made of stone. The Stadium also has a V.I.P area. It stays on a higher ground than the bleachers. The superiority of the ones that sit there is visible to everyone. In the V.I.P area, there are 4 thrones, one located behind the other three. The one that stays behind is significantly bigger than the others as if whoever sat ere had more importance.

After a couple of minutes of waiting, Akin starts to get impatient.

"When is this guy Tartus coming?? He's taking too long."

"Calm down, Akin. Tartus must be a very busy person. He's probably coming already." Says Lillian.

"By the way, Akin, have you decided what you will do now?"

"What do you mean?" Answers Akin with an irritated face.

"Akin! You know what I mean! You are already 12 and couldn't get into any knight academy. You can't stay in the orphanage any longer. You have to find something else to do."

"I don't know." Says Akin with a low tone while looking to the ground.

"Well, you have to know!!"

"Citizens of Erex, I ask now for your attention. King Willian and the governors are about to get into the Stadium." One of the king's advisors in the V.I.P area says this, and the arena suddenly stays quiet.

"Ok. We will talk later, Akin." Lillian whispers to Akin and redirects her attention to the V.I.P. area.

The governors of Erex will now enter the Great Stadium. The time of Tartus' visit is almost coming.
