《The oddity that shall be, my new life》Chapter 4

(starting song)

My eyes were wide looking on, becoming unable to actually look away from the sight. My anxiety and paranoia actually taking full effect as I began to actually feel fearful. My breathing actually quickening a bit. Scenarios of my death unfolding in my mind, unable to stop the flow of the thoughts of my life ending in the unyielding cold of that void. Something failing in the ship, the viewport I'm in front of breaking open. Some sort of piping bursting open and busting my head open with my brains splattering on the walls. That or the pipe breaking the window and having me sucked through...choking to death while freezing. One of the crew or multiple trying to kill me, stabbing, crushing, poisoning, ripping...tossing me through the airlock to die in the airless cold. Tears actually began to well up and slowly spill onto my cheeks.

So many things that could case my end running through my mind. One after the other with no end. I couldn't stop them like I was usually able to. The fear now showing on my face. I then felt arms come over my shoulders gently, I flinched with a small gasp of terror. "Shhh-shh-sh. It's okay...it's okay." Hailix said in a soothing voice. Trying to shift my terror.

"Ohgodohgodohgod...I'mgoingtodie...I'm going to die on here!" I whispered rapidly fear for the first time taking a major hold of me. "It's okay Will." Hailix continued trying to sooth, though seeing that it's not having much effect, then had a little idea.

Without You by Ashes Remains began to play a sad and somewhat ironic note to the situation. To my mind, no one was here to help me, no one was going to stand having me aboard. None of them were going to have my existance continue. For them it was going to be something of 'to hell with his life!' My pitiful...short...and sad uninteresting life. Child's play to snuff out...

She actually moved me away from the viewport and continued to try to quell my comboed terror. She moved us farther down the corridor and having us sit down continuing to try to calm me. She was embracing me from behind as we sat there. The embrace, helping. I sat there eyes watery and wide open, my breathing shaky as I pretty much vibrated. Death plagued my mind as I sat there, endless contemplation of my end as I was withheld in this time bomb of death. I could die here and now. Ending my short and shitty life. I thought darkly with sorrow and fear.

At this time, as Zilnia was walking down a corridor she began to hear Hailix. "It's alright...you won't die. I can assure that." She heard as Hailix spoke in a calming voice. "Wait what?" She thought and then went over to the sound. She rounded the next T section hallway and turned left and going down to look at a viewport, she heard quickened breathing to her left and saw Hailix trying to calm me. She was immediately concerned as to why I was like this. She hurried over and knelt down next to Hailix.

"What happened?" Zilnia asked worriedly looking at me.

"I don't know, he began breaking down as we looked out the viewport. Saying he was going to die." Hailix explained concern written on her face as I continued to violently shake looking at the floor in front of me with fearful glazed eyes.

"How long ago did this start?" Zilnia asked.

"Just a minute ago. This is really worrying me Zilnia." Hailix replied with evident concern.

"Okay, I'm going to try something to see why he's breaking down like this." Zilnia said as she slowly reached a hand to my head, gently placing it near my temple. Then she closed her eyes, and concentrated upon reaching the domain of my mind.

"Hey fuck off!-oh it's you." Psycho began before realizing it was just the Gardevoir.

"Hey!-" Zilnia began to protest but was cut off by Vlad.

"You actually came at a decent time. He's lost it." Vlad noted as he watched the chaos.

"Okay one of you tell me what happened!" Zilnia asked getting to the point.

"How about we show you?" Psycho said slyly as he opened my mind to her.

Zilnia stared in horror at the amount of that involved me with the people and parts of the ship killing me in some fashion. "Oh my god." She thought as she watched the tragedy that is my mind currently.

Then she heard a soothing deep voice from beside her. "Try stopping one of the imaginings of his demise. He might focus on that seeing it as a kindness, hopefully it'll stop the train of himself being murdered." Said the rather familiar voice, Zilnia turned to the voice and saw a man around his mid twenties a head taller than her, dark longish hair with a chinstrap beard. Clothed in a gunmetal gray hooded long coat, an unfamiliar skull emblem was emblazoned on a navy blue shirt. As well he wore black combat like pants with similar style boots, finally matched with a striking pair of the deepest blue eyes she has ever come across, In a different circumstance she'd say he was handsome.

"Who are you?" She asked the man standing next to her. He looked at her with a somewhat small smirk. "I am Vlad." He said with a calm yet formal sounding tone. "the voice of reason, common sense and general logic of this domain I call home." Vlad continued explaining upon who he was. "It's my pleasure to finally meet you in person Zilnia." He ended with a smile and a nod.

"Well it's good to finally put a body to the voice, I guess. I'd love to talk more but we need to fix...this." Zilnia remarked gesturing to the continued thoughts of my demise.

"As I suggested before, find one that's about to happen and stop it. There's a good chance it would stop the chain." Vlad reminded as he walked up to a portal like opening to a scenario starting up. "This one should be doable, hurry and jump in. It won't last long you know."

"Great..." Zilnia sighed, as she neared the entrance for the next happening of death.

"Well, good luck to you." Vlad said as he placed his hand on the Gardevoir's back as she looked up to him about to say something most likely to protest. But pushed her in before Zilnia's thought about this could be uttered.

"Whoa!" Zilnia said loudly as she regained her balance. She looked behind herself with an irritated look to see the portal gone. "Asshole..." She muttered then looked around getting back to what she was to do.

"FUUUCK!!!" She heard me scream, Zilnia began to run to the sound. She ran down about four corridors before she saw me limp running away.

"GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE SHIT!" Zilnia heard a woman say then saw a Lucario fast walking with an air of anger to me.

"Fuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuuuuaaaack..." I blurted out with a voice filled with terror as I tried getting away from my soon to be murderer.

"Damn...how did you end up with such a messed up mind?" Zilnia thought as she began running up to me. She then saw me end up to a dead end. She saw me turn around to face the Lucario with a face of fear and anguish. "What the fuck did I do!? Fucking seriously now!" I yelled wanting to know as I slid down the wall to the floor.

The Lucario didn't answer but looked angrier from my question, I heard it growl as the Lucario held up a paw and formed an aura sphere then pointed it at me with the intent of killing. Zilnia looked on with surprise then narrowed her eyes. "Alright enough of this." She thought as the Lucario launched the ball of aura. It was about fifteen feet away from me that I began unleashing a blood curdling scream of horror of my impending death as I closed my eyes and curling up waiting for the strike to hit.

Zilnia grabbed the ball with her psychic energy and flung it back at the Lucario. "Not today bitch." She taunted almost casually as the ball hit the Lucario, with said Lucario dissipating from existence in a form of a smoke outline disbursing.

Zilnia looked at my pitiful form curled up into a fetal ball against the wall. Shaking violently. Her face showed concern and sympathy. She came up to me, and kneeling next to my shaking and frightened form. She reached out to me and touched my shoulder, I flinched from the touch expecting to be hit by the Lucario.

"Will. Hey, it's okay. She's gone." Zilnia said in the best calming voice she can muster. It was several long moments before I finally looked at who had a hand on my shoulder and trying to talk to me. I looked up with tears cascading down my face from my pure fear. I looked at the Gardevoir in front of me smiling comfortingly at me. She looked familiar. I stared at her shaking. She could feel the fear emanating from me. "It's okay, no one's going to hurt you." She said comfortingly and softly. "H-...how do I know...you won't just, kill my mind...?" I said shakily, skeptical and untrusting from the cumulative fear and actions of the others.

Zilnia's expression softened. "Only a short time and he's already been through alot in his mind...I can't say I blame him for not being trustful of others at the moment." Zilnia thought.

"Well, I came to get you out of this. How does that sound?" She said holding out her other hand for me to take hold. I flinched a little from the action. I looked at her a moment later, then to her outstretched hand.

Can I trust her? Yes, No. No. Yes, yes! no..... The thought of trust battled in my mind for several long moments as I looked at her hand. Then a small voice rang in my mind. YES! The voice echoed in my mind with that one word.

I slowly reached my hand out to the Gardevoir's, apprehensiveness showing in the movement. Zilnia then had an idea, she could try using her calm mind move to help calm me. But as she tried using that power, she noticed something disturbing. The calming effect was doing nothing as I gently clasped her hand. "How is he not being affected?" She questioned as she continued to hold her calming smile. Though an odd thing happened next. The corridor melted away in wispy smoke.

I began to hear the song Dancing With The Devil song by Breaking Benjamin as I got whiplashed back into reality with a startling jump. "JESUSFUCK!" I yelled as Zilnia retracted her hand as I thrashed for a moment as Hailix struggled to keep a hold. I looked around bug eyed breathing as if I got done running from something. As I looked around my immediate surroundings catching my breath, I saw I was on the floor with a pair of insect like legs either side of mine, and felt and saw two large and long leafs crisscrossing over my chest. I then tilted my head back to look at who or what had a hold of me. I saw a Leavanny's concerned look turning to a note of relief, I then remembered a split second after. "Hailix. What the hell happened to me?" I questioned, unsure as to what happened to me.

She looked at me confused, and began to ask something before a gentle voice on my left piped up. "You don't remember?"

I righted my head with wide eyes and a furrowed brow with a somewhat neutral look, blinking several times. I looked to my left to the origin of the voice to see Zilnia crouched next to me with her look of concern, showing a note of relief. "No. All I remember here is looking out the window for a minute, with my anxiety and paranoia going on steroids. Then blacking out then getting the metric fuck scared out of me for what seemed like fucking hours!" I explained, shuddering a moment after thinking back for a split moment, then bashing the thought away. "Though, thank you..." I began, then looked at the floor in front of me with a somber look. "-from getting me out of that hell. That's the first time I've ever had anything like that happen....Bloody hell..." I said, unbelieving that this actually happened... My shoulders slumped as my minor depression began to kick in now as I just leaned back, now with a melancholy look. I gently shook my head side to side to the fact of this happening.

"God damn it..." I said in an audible whisper. I could feel Hailix gently tighten her hold on me. Not to restrain me, but to comfort if I were to guess. It helped a small margin.

Both Hailix and Zilnia looked at me concerned again. Then to each other, having a telepathic conversation.

"Poor guy seems so messed up...I think us picking him up like we did jared him more than we thought." Hailix said, feeling bad.

"Maybe...his mind was a mess...a self carnage filled mess, but something weird happened. My calm mind ability didn't affect him." Zilnia said disturbed by that fact.

"...That's, unsettling." Hailix replied, disquieted by this knowledge.

"...I have dreaded of something like this to happen...saddening that it finally has...my fears of irrationality to finally spill forth. Yet again that I damn my god forsaken anxiety and paranoia...why must they be so pervasive upon my mind to break me ever so?" I said, sadness present in my voice, my depressive look darkening by a small margin as I went into my somewhat poetic ramblings. "To make things worse upon the moment, it happens with beings I hardly know...saddening to be."

Zilnia could feel the waves of depression that weigh my mind as she showed a sympathetic look, then placed a hand on my shoulder. Then a small but few thoughts of suicide slipped into my mind.

Oh, fuck off with you... I thought to the thoughts and imaginings, they quickly dissipated from that comment as I continued to stew in my moment of sorrow. At this point, I finally registered the Gardevoir's hand upon my shoulder, I looked at her in my peripheral, with a small rueful small.

"Tis pitiful to see a being like myself act like this with a space faring species like you two on this ship, Is it not?" I asked as I looked back at the floor in front of me.

Zilnia's hand tightened somewhat. "No." She said. I looked at her in my peripheral again while slightly turning my head to her. "To see someone go through something like you just did isn't pitiful, but it is saddening to see it happen to anyone none the less." Zilnia said. "Even more so with people that already struggle with life." She added, this only helped me become more depressed about the fact of my predicament...

I did a near silent rueful chuckle."I'm still wondering why any of you are helping me... and why I'm being brought upon this...bullshit of whatever the hell this is supposed to be." I said with depression soaked words with a momentary rueful smile.

Zilnia looked at me with a pitying expression. It was nearly fifteen minutes later I got into a rather neutral kind of mood with a somewhat tired looking expressionless face. I sighed quietly with the song Absolute by Thousand foot krutch playing.

"Well. Might as well finish the little tour for today then." I said as Hailix finally let go with Zilnia offering a helping hand, I grasped her hand which she helped me stand up, which out of courtesy I did such with Hailix being fairly careful of the bladed part of her "hand" "Thank you." She said with a smile. "Mm-hm." I hummed with dulled emotion. "Well Will, the next place we're going is just down this corridor." Zilnia decided to tag along on the little tour which I didn't mind much, nor really cared at the moment. When we went down a ways the said corridor, I decided to look in front of me after not looking straight on. I saw to my surprise the universal red plus for hospitals and other healing stations and medics on my world.

Actually didn't expect that. I thought as I continued walking along. I then followed Hailix into the medical room to meet the doctor of the ship I supposed. What I saw was pure irony. I looked with an unbelieving serious expression blinking a few times as if to make sure, what I'm looking at was true. I looked at the pokemon that was supposed to be a doctor. "Hello Aiz" Hailix greeted with a smile. What I saw actually amazed me more then the medi sign. It was a rather prominently female Lucario with a doctors lab coat with a pair of reading glasses having the screen in front of her reflect of said glasses. I'm sorry, what? I mentally sardonically chuckled.

A Lucario as a doctor, with reading glasses and a lab coat no less. Really now? I questioned looking at said Lucario who sat in front a holo monitor tapping away. Who knew pokemon could be so technologically inclined I thought, though thinking for a moment sounding stupid with the sight before me. Dr. Aiz stopped typing to look at us from her left. "Hello Haili-Is zat vhat I think it is?" I heard the doctor say with an obvious interest to me and an interesting prospect, a german accent.

Oh fuck me...I've seen enough movies and tv shows that had this kind of shit in it. I thought not all too thrilled what will happen next.

The doctor got up from her seat and quickly came up to us...well more up to me I supposed.

"Oh you're an intriguing one." Dr. Aiz said as she came up to me and looked me up and down taking note of the weapons I had on me, noting things I wouldn't know.

She then held her hand near my chest, a small aura sphere forming, she closed her eyes to concentrate. This is going to be interesting. I thought as the Lucario went about looking at my aura. "This is going to be interesting..." Vlad commented with a note of curiosity. Not much of what I was expecting.

She furrowed her brow for a few moments and then raised a brow in question. "Vell zis is odd..." At this point I raised my own eyebrow of question.

"Blue, dark blue, purple and a small portion of red and black...how can zis be?" Dr.Aiz thought in question, then focused on the red. I looked at Hailix with a quizzical brow. She simply smiled a reassuring smile. With that I looked back at the Lucario before me to see her with a surprised expression. This raised my confusion even more.

As Dr. Aiz looked, she was shocked to see what was in the red portion of the aura. Bloodlust. Suppressed bloodlust of incredible psychotic proportions. "...Zat's vorrying..." She thought, disturbed by the level of latent carnage inducing intent then looked at the black portion. It was smaller than the red portion but held an almost disturbing sadness to it. "Zis is even more concerning."

She then took a look at the blue aura, noting a kind of depressed tinge to it, with some confusion, she didn't find it all that appealing and switched to the dark blue, but when she tried to get a read on it. It became guarded and inaccessible like it had a mind of it's own. This intrigued Dr. Aiz as she tried to look harder. But, to her surprise, she still couldn't get anything from it. That's when she heard a deep soothing kind of voice, but it had irritation in it from the prying. "Bugger off, if I wanted to tell you something I would. So stop trying to pry in my domain, Aiz. This is the only warning I will give you." The voice said to her, which surprised her greatly. "Now zat is interesting." Dr. Aiz said vocally. Which made me wonder. "Damn woman is trying to get a read on us. I don't know what, but I don't much care." Vlad warned.

Lovely...well, she's going to love Psycho. Oh may her gods have mercy on her mind. I thought soon to enjoy the reaction. Dr. Aiz then moved on to the purple portion of the aura. "Is this aura shared by others somehow?" She questioned then tried peering into the purple aura, she had no hope of knowing what was in there. "Oh hello! Welcome to my house!" Said an odd voice with excitement, it was somewhat high pitched. A large contrast from the other voice.

"Zis is getting more interesting by ze second." Dr. Aiz thought.

"Do make yourself at home, I do love having company! I love showing people the things I know!" Psycho said to the unsuspecting Lucario, soon to have his fun scaring her mind.

"Oh do tell." She thought absolutely fascinated.

Psycho gave the most psychotic grin he could muster, sadly Dr. Aiz couldn't see it. He began to do a demented giggle as he let forth all sorts of graphic images of the sultry type and the goretastic kind, letting it all just spill on the poor girl's mind while he cackled maniacally at sight.

"AAHHH!" Dr. Aiz yipped as she jumped back. I couldn't help grinning and nigh evilly giggling at the spectacle. Both Zilnia and Hailix stared with wide eyes at what just happened. They never seen Dr. Aiz jump like that with that kind of reaction. "Heheheh...yeah, should of told you it was going to be a bad idea to check my aura." I noted with an enthused smile. "But, knowing doctors no matter the species. You would of looked anyway even being warned against such." I said with a little sardonics seeping into my words.

"You....vha...vhat is...vh-vhat is wrong vith you...?" Dr. Aiz stammered as she questioned as she tried to regain her composure. Hailix and Zilnia both looked at me. "Did she see what I saw?" Zilnia thought in question.

"What? Did you try looking at one of my voices?" I questioned this being rather humours for me.

"Voices?" The jackal doctor asked. Hailix looked at me with new curiosity.

"Heheheh, I'll take that as a yes then. You must of met Psycho the cheery one that might of welcomed you in."

After finally regaining what composure she could Dr. Aiz looked back at me with curiosity. "Is zat vhat the voice is named?" Dr. Aiz noted.

"Yep, Psycho and Vlad. Psycho being the embodiment of my psychosis, bloodlust and perversion. And Vlad being the embodiment of logic, composure among other things. He can be just as perverted, but he's more reserved." I explained with a just about psychotic smile with a certain kind of crazy kind of happy tone.

"You child... Are something else..." Dr. Aiz said uncertainty in her voice.

"So! Anything else you want to try looking at?" I asked rather entertained right now, my mood being uplifted quite a bit.

"As a matter of fact, yes. If you could follow me-" She began but, having a feeling she's a doctor of many fields, well having to be if you're going to be a doctor on a ship.

"Hypoglycemia, growth separations of both knees medium to severe, rather normal blood pressure, adhd, mild autism with high functionality, and some tooth decay with a small note of rather manageable depression, with dry eye syndrome and photosensitivity. Oh, and sensitive lungs." I listed off casually, catching Dr. Aiz off guard as she looked at me surprised. Surprising Hailix and Zilnia with most of my problems. And with how many.

"Vell you just eliminated most of vhat I needed to check..."

"Not my first doctor visit, and figured save the trouble and time since I'm going to be on here. For however bloody long I'm going to be on here." I offhandedly commented.

"Das ist good point." Dr. Aiz agreed with a small smile. "You seem smarter zen some of the crew I have to vork vith. And to note, I vould of never known of the part vith you having that mental abnormality."

"Really now?" I said with a german accent sneaking into my voice as I took the complement.

Zilnia and Hailix shared the same thought of not noticing the mild autism. "Ja, quite interesting. Did you go through any counseling?"

"None." I said simply. "Though, I'm kind of surprised, though it may sound stupid to hear me say, that I didn't think you would know of autism."

"Eh, minor misconceptions here and zere. Not much of a problem really, and in part of considering." Dr. Aiz added.

"Oh entirely upon the fact. Since with most humans would automatically say all of you are aliens largely among other things." I said knowing all too well.

"From vhat I've heard, I vouldn't put it past them." The Jackal doctor noted with a curt nod.

"I wouldn't put it past them either. Since sadly...stupidity has ran ever so rampant, that it's affected our legal systems and governmental systems that they'd go batshit from the smallest misconceptions." I added, which by the look of the german lucario doctor, she seemed to understand.

"Vell. Zat's depressing."

"Oh greatly..." I said with a sigh of minor irritation thinking about the fuckery of my world as the song Lights in the water by Liquid cinema played.

"Well...he's going to be fun on board." Hailix thought a little dryly.

"You too?" Zilnia said to Hailix through telepathy, having rather the same thought as the motherly weaver pokemon.

"Oh! I'm not alone thinking that."

"Nope. Though I think things are going to get a little more interesting here." Zilnia said to Hailix.

"What makes you think that?"

"Just a feeling I guess."

"Ya, a lot of our media vas mostly of your german language. So, in part of it. Most of my colony learned to speak fluent german. Und it stuck, so to speak." Dr. Aiz explained after my curiosity of how she learned german.

I gave a intrigued and surprised look. "Now zat is interesting." I said in my near perfect german accent that managed to slip. ...Scheisse... Dr. Aiz looked at me with a questioning look.

"Did you just?" She asked curiously.

"Vhat? I likes doing different accents und voices." I said being honest.

She looked at me with a raised brow as did the other two pokemon looked at me curiously.

"Can you do any ozers?" Dr. Aiz asked interested curiosity showing in the Jackal's tone.

"Aye, that I can." I said in my natural sounding scottish accent. "I can do a wee bit of irish, a bit of scottish. A bit of german, some russian and australian accents." I said doing the accents for each name respectively and fluidly changing my voice to match each ones tones, pitches and drawls.

"You're good." Aiz praised with a smile and a nod.

"Donka." I said with a nod and a small smile.

"Oh, so you know german as vell?"

"A few vords, ya. Though, I vould know more in some other languages. Buuuut, mein memory doesn't allow it. For some fucked up reazon or anozer." I said.

"Vhy might that be?" Dr. Aiz asked, somewhat surprised of having a rather nonchalant conversation with a human teen, that was picked up not after a few hours ago.

"Well, This is how I describe my memory. It's random, self-manipulative and contridictive. Seriously, thirty different things are going through at any given moment. With random song lyrics coming in for no reason that I can only remember a part of." I explained. And with a speak of the devil moment with the starting portion of all the single ladies... At that moment I could hear Psycho casually singing to it. Psycho god damn it! I've fucking told you about this shit! I thought irritatedly. Then there was a resounding smack a few moments later.

"Oow, you cheeky dick!" Psycho protested.

Thank you Vlad.

"Well that sounds certainly annoying." Zilnia said trying to think how bad it'd be.

"Oh, you have no idea. Though Psycho causes the random lyrics most of the time, with Vlad giving him a smack if he doesn't stop."

At that moment I decided to unclip and look at my LG phoenix 2 since my digital watched is so unreliable. Hm...7:49 pm. Been on here for a little more than five hours. Lovely, now the question begs itself. Where the utter fuck am I going to sleep? I thought unsure. I then noticed the odd looks from my peripheral vision and looked up at them. "What?"

"What device is that?" Zilnia asked curiously.

"My phone." I said like it was normal.

"It looks so...archaic." Zilnia said with a kind of confused look.

"Well, our tech is on a different time frame to yours. On earth we're in the year twenty sixteen. This is one of the more advanced consumer phones." I explained, as I then unlocked it to do a quick check of my messages. Nothing...as to be expected considering I'm out of range at this point. I thought with a note of dejection.

"I wonder if I can get any information out of it...?" Zilnia thought thinking she could hack into the "old" piece of tech. Well old compared with the tech she uses in day to day life on the ship.

After our visit with Dr. Aiz and with a return notice by her on tomorrow we made our way to the cafeteria, when we entered I was able to get a scope of how many we're on this ship. Which I quickly counted. ...Good fuck all mighty! Forty five!! I expected something like twenty something! But, Good fucking hell! I thought incredulously with an uncertain stare.

Hailix looked at me, seeing the look on my face. "You okay?"

It took me a second to respond as my head twitched slightly getting out of a split second zoning. "Just...surprised." I replied finding it kind of difficult to find the right words.

"More than you thought?" Zilnia asked glancing at me.

"Yeeeaaahh...." I said, being pretty much my best answer.

"Well, let's go get something to eat." Hailix said as she started to walk ahead with me and Zilnia in tow.

I rather deftly maneuvered around the other pokemon and other huminoids as I followed Hailix to the serving area to Callia's kitchen. She was stirring something I had no hope of knowing, she looked over and smiled at us as we arrived. "Ah, hello again! What might you three want?" Callia asked cheerfully as she floated up to the counter. "I'll take the Rivanon platter." Hailix asked with a cheerful smile. The song Hold Me Down by TACACHO began playing.

"I'll have...that one sandwich you made me last time." Zilnia said.

I gave Callia a friendly smirk. "I'll have that badass dish you had me try earlier. Love to try it again." I said since I didn't know what she had for a list of meals, and it tasted pretty damn good. I then realized I needed something to drink. "Quick question. Do you have any drinks I might have?" I asked curious and hopeful.

"Yes. You're in luck, we just got a shipment of those human soft drinks as well." Callia noted. "Sweet. If there is one I'll take a Mountain Dew or a Voltage." I asked politely.

A few moments later I heard someone from further in the kitchen holler a warning. "Heads up!" Then a can of Mtn dew flew towards me. I had a surprised look before quickly reacting and catching it mid air. "Nice catch." Callia complemented. "Thanks." I replied with a smile of lingering surprise. "So, you're food will be out in about twenty minutes." Callia notified then turned back to the pot of food she was occupying herself with.

"While Callia's doing that, let's go find somewhere to sit." Hailix said then began walking, Me and Zilnia following. As we were looking a voice called, I thought it was to us, I turned to the sound and saw Nami waving us down. Zilnia saw too, and she got Hailix's attention. We made our way over to the Serperior morph. "Hey guys!" Nami said in a friendly tone. I'm surprised that no one has really if at all made any response to any of my blades. I thought randomly, chocking it up to them either not caring, not paying attention or being normal to a degree

"Hi!"

"Hey."

"Yo." I said being the last to greet sitting down last as well.

"So, how'd meeting Doctor Aiz go?" Nami inquired with a smile.

Zilnia and Hailix looked at eachother then at Nami about to give their answer. "Interesting." I said getting out my phone to check on the progress of an idle game. "Really?" Nami said, then looked at Zilnia with a almost knowing smile, just asking for what actually happened.

"Well, he's not lying about it being interesting..." Zilnia said as I had an enthused smirk as I collect virtual wealth with a mental giggle from me and Psycho.

"Do tell." Nami said while putting her elbows on the table and her head in her hands, attentive to what is to be said. "Well, he scared Dr. Aiz with his aura when she took a look." Zilnia began, Nami glanced at me with a raised brow and looked back at the Gardevoir.

"That's a first." Nami said with a surprised smile and a chuckle.

"A part of me wanted to warn her, but it wasn't enough to actually do so. Vhich ve got to...meet one of my voices." I said with a cheeky smile as I merged gun towers into upgraded forms.

"God damn that was funny!" Psycho laughed, I saw Nami look at me from my peripheral vision, I looked at her keeping up the smile now with a raised brow.

"Voices?" Nami asked.

"Zilnia got to meet them earlier today." I said as I silently chuckled with a little grin. Nami looked at the poor Gardevoir covering her face remembering the encounter. "Soooo...Who wants to explain?" Nami asked looking at me and Zilnia.

"Don't make me talk about it...Don't make me talk about it....Please don't make me talk about it...." Zilnia pleaded in her mind.

"Will?" Nami asked almost expectantly.

"What?" I replied as I was back to my little game as the song Walk with me by Orion began playing.

"Explain please?" Nami asked while Hailix decided to be silent and listen.

"Well, I could try to elaborate more. But I'd fail in doing so...since I'm shit at explaining." I said being rather truthful of the fact.

Nami just looked at me with a mix of a confused and curious raised brow. "Really?" She said somewhat flatly.

"But, rather in point, It'd generally be what Zilnia said, give or take a detail or two." I added.

"That so? You really do get more interesting the more we talk." Nami said with a amused smirk.

It was a few moments before I spoke my opinion on that last reply. "Not going to lie...that's a first."

Nami and Hailix looked at me kind of confused by my answer. Hailix decided to chime in this time. "What might be a first?"

I looked up from my phones screen and glanced at her. "What Nami said." I said bluntly while looking at the snake woman. "You might of confused them more, I think." Psycho said taking in the facial expressions. Maybe. I thought seeing the somewhat stunned look on Nami's face.

I looked back at the screen of my phone going to a different game. A interesting tower defence game this time.

Then Nami made a spontaneous question. "You know, this has been nagging me for hours now. What music do you listen to?"

"How does being called a rocking metalheaded dubstepper tell you." I replied evenly.

Nami smiled. "Nice choices. Mind letting us hear?" She asked.

Huh, not even a day on here and It's already at this point. Another first for me. I thought. I then took off my earbuds and unplugged them from my phone. Might as well have fun with the moment. I looked at Nami "So lass, what might'cha be wanting to start with?" I asked in an believable irish accent.

"You do accents as well. Cool! Can you any others?" Nami asked rather enthused with a smile.

"Aye, that I can." I added with some scottish.

"Okay we'll go into that later, now for the music...How about some of that dubstep? I haven't heard many earthen ones." Nami said.

"First bit, I'm surprised you've known of any. Second bit, didn't think such a thing would be in around the galaxy. And third. What might it be? Chillstep? Trap? Drum and bass, electro? Heavy bass metalstep? Or do we want a inbetweener?" I asked with a raised brow.

Nami thought for a moment then smiled. "Surprise me."

I then went about finding a song through my music library. It was ten seconds into searching before a song came to mind. After another five the song came up. Speo's Horizon is a good one to start. I thought as the notes of piano like notes began to play.

Nami began to nod her head to the sound, not long did the bass come in kicking up the sound. Zilnia found herself enjoying the song as well.

"Oh I like this!" Hailix said smiling nodding her head with a slight sway to the sound as well.

"I have good taste." I said with a semi smug smile and a small shrug.

"It seems so." Nami said liking the song greatly.

Little did I know I attracted the attention of a vixen to our table with the music, she herself finding the sound rather pleasant. "That's a new one." She remarked, then got up from her seat, being done with her meal. She had an amused smile as she approached the origin of the interesting music, rather curious. The teal bead holding her massive red hair with black highlights swaying side to side as she sauntered to the sound.

She walked parallel to our table a few rows from us, so not to attract our attention. She saw the familiar group of three at the table. "Well I know where the musics coming from, but I've never seen-" She thought before her train of thought halted seeing what was sitting at the table. "Is... Is that a human...?" Tissara Folgra questioned with widened eyes. She smiled. "Oh yes it is..." She listened in on the conversation, ear twitching to the direction while she turned invisible. This wasn't a first time she's eavesdropped while going a stealthed approach, and it definitely won't be the last as she listened in.

I looked up at the three girls around me. A burning question on my mind. "Soooo...question. ...Where am I going to sleep?" I asked unsure and somewhat worried for my own sake.

There was a collective thought between the three. "Oh crap." They were quiet for a moment before Zilnia piped up, my attention focusing on her. "I have a extra bed in my room, you can sleep there if you like." She said with a small smile. I flashed a smile. "That'll work."

Nami and Hailix pouted for different reasons at the notion. "As much as I love the idea of waking up to a bj in the middle of the night or the morning. I can wait a little while to get to know these girls some more." Psycho said greatly surprising me and Vlad as I mentally bugeyed. "Who the fuck are you and what the hell did you just do with Psycho?!" Vlad said incredulously in shock.

"Oh fuck you, you logical prick nugget." Psycho retorted with a note of irritation.

There he is. I thought still surprised of the gutter minded voice, thankfully I didn't show any external surprise for the others to see and ask why of.

A few minutes later our food rang up with Nami and Hailix getting the food, leaving me and Zilnia for a small time. "At least you can sleep soundly in my room." She said breathing out. Then the song No identity by My life played.

"Which I thank you for." I said, then a thought came to mind. "I kind of expected to see Lyra here." I added rather curious.

"I'm kind of surprised too, I guess she loves doing her engineering projects more than talking more to the jarringly lifted human." Zilnia said humorously with a soft smile. I looked at her in the corner of my eye with a not as amused look. "That's going to be going about for a while, huh?" I asked with a raised brow.

"Considering what starts up and continues to float around for a while here, sadly yes. With it seeming that's what you're going to be known as for a while." Zilnia admitted, remembering some of the odd things still floating around.

"Wundabar..." I said dryly. I then had an idea for a question. "I'm curious, does this ship have anything like wifi?"

Zilnia looked at me with a somewhat confused look for a moment before it dawned on her. "Yeah, we have something akin to wifi."

"Awesome, can it connect to human internet? Reasoning being is there is a program I use to help me sleep." I explained to the gardevoir.

"Maybe. Mind if I ask what program it is?" Zilnia asked wondering what it could be.

"It's a program called Pandora, it streams music. Which I use to help me sleep through the night since I haven't managed to download any sleep music yet." I added explaining. "Never liked sleeping in silence. It always...unnerved me." I said truthfully. My anxiety and paranoia jump up a few gears when it's just silence...my mind chocking up any out of place sound to be someone or something of malicious intent. Always on guard and always ready to kill if I need.

"That's understandable." Zilnia said, able to agree to the reasoning. Then she saw the possibility to get the information she wanted off the device. She hoped the human wouldn't know better to what she'll do. Though he was still skeptical as is.

I should of downloaded that list of sleep music...oh god damn it... I thought in irritation of my laziness and procrastination. Well I'm fucked on the matter for the time. Zilnia ought to have a way to do so. I thought, thinking I may use the computer tech while I can. And try to get used to the formating they have to there interfaces.

"Now why do I have a feeling things are going to get a little more interesting in the future...?" The invisible vixen thought as she leaned over the little wall at our little booth.

As I sat there...I could feel more eyes fell on me. With that feeling I had a damn good feeling that they were talking about the only human on board, and with as far as I know. An all female crew, they were more interested in the fact there was a male on board then it just being human. I did my best down placing the thought of them looking at me, going about it as if nothing odd was happening.
