Subject P-0254
Confinement Notes: Subject is to be confined in a singular room containing a washroom, bed, desk and television. No cameras are requested to be inside subject’s room [approved], along with a computer [denied] [approved]. 2 agents are to guard subject’s door and rotate with another duo on a 4 hour basis. Subject P-0254 is allowed to roam HQ with permission and under supervision of atleast one agent for 2 hours daily. If subject attempts breach, darts laced with sedatives are to be used. No lethal force should be applied unless absolutely necessary. Subject must agree to testing before conducting an experiment. *(check notes below file for updated confinement notes)
Description: Subject P-0254 is allegedly a 21 year old woman of asian descent. Subject has black hair, slanted and purple eyes, and is listed at 6’2 with a lean build. Subject was discovered in the year 20XX, where she was seen by multiple witnesses flying through the air in [DATA CLASSIFIED], glowing a green light. She was compliant in coming to HQ, after agent [DATA CLASSIFIED] managed to come in contact with her.
Subject has revealed herself as Gabriel Yang and is allegedly born on a remote island in the East. She claims to be an esper with significant power [Searches using global database has revealed that Gabriel Yang has went missing decades before her initial appearance].
Despite being in containment for XX years, subject has shown no signs of aging or decline. When questions regarding subject’s longevity were presented, she claims that it’s only felt like a couple of months since she got here, ignoring the fact that she has been here for decades.
When pressed for a demonstration of her mental powers, she pointed towards the sky and upon using surveillance from outside, showed that the clouds were rearranged into the rough shape of Researcher Pontal’s face. Below is a extensive log of subject and Pontal’s conversation. (former) Overseer Light was unavailable for debriefing during this time and a veteran researcher was sent to handle subject and to measure threat level along with confinement measures.

LOG:
Researcher Pontal: So, Gabriel Yang, are there ways you can show me your psychic power? What limits are there to your powers in terms of range or strength?
Subject P-0254: Hm… well, I can do this. [points towards the ceiling and a subtle green light appears from her hand. Lasts for approximately 20 seconds before disappearing.] There. Look outside at the sky.
Researcher Pontal: [Opens tablet to use surveillance cameras from outside.] What...is that me?
Subject P-0254: Yep, I can also do this. [Points at the ceiling again, and the green light glows brighter than before. Lasting for 10 seconds]
Researcher Pontal: [Looks at surveillance camera and reveals a house sized sized meteor entering Earth’s atmosphere at a rapid pace, slowing rapidly once it hits the cloud depiction of Researcher Pontal.] My God.. is it alright if you could send the meteor back? We’d rather not deal with property damage of that scale. The overseer might kill me if that happens during your interview.
Subject P-0254: Sure, no problem. [Meteor changes direction, flying back off to space.]
Researcher Pontal: Is that something you are able to do on a regular basis? I’m not the most knowledgeable on the workings of psychic powers, but do these feats strain you in anyway?
Subject P-0254: I’ve never bothered to test the limits of my power, or the range, but I think I can do a bit more than this. It’s harder to do precise motions than it is to move large scale objects, in all honesty. There’s no real difference between lifting a regular chair or a large truck, so at times my control isn’t the best when dealing with fragile stuff.
Researcher Pontal: I see. Thank you for the demonstration. [typing on the tablet is heard]
While your powers are certainly capable of destroying the planet which would normally grant you a threat classification of V or above, sapient intelligence along with compliance would let me label you as a P level threat, as opposed to a mindless monster without any ability to communicate that had ungodly powers like yours.

Subject P-0254: That’s pretty nice, I guess. What does it mean?
Researcher Pontal: It means that you are potentially dangerous to a majority of the population, but easily contained or compliant in terms of confinement. If you promise to not leave our organization’s grounds, we are able to give you housing, food, and any other requests that are reasonable. If you were a V level threat, the containment methods would be..harsher. Although, you will be supervised constantly by a number of agents in case of a breach. Is that clear?
Subject P-0254: Uh, okay. Is it alright if you don’t put any cameras in my room? Still have ‘stuff’ to do, and it’s not like I’d hide anything in there anyway. Also can I get a T.V, computer and books? Comics would be nice. Other than that i’m alright with everything else. I was basically homeless before this anyway.
Researcher Pontal: Well.. I’m sure that Overseer will agree to your terms but for now I don’t think we can supply you with a computer, due to the chance our location will be compromised and leaked to the internet. Not exactly ideal. We have spare televisions in the storage room, so we can supply you with that immediately, along with a library. But an agent will need to accompany you to there.
Subject P-0254: Understandable.
Researcher Pontal: Great. Welcome to G.R.U.U.U.L, subject P-0254.
END LOG
Note: Due to subject’s actions during subject Z-0001’s breach, a computer with internet connection is to be supplied. All confinement notes are outdated and subject is allowed to roam facility with the authority of an agent. Cameras are to be kept online and all agents assigned to supervision duty are to be relegated to other tasks.
