It's 6 in the morning, I got up to go to school, that by itself is pretty boring and exhausting. The days were strenuous and every time, it looked much longer, but there were only a few weeks to finish and enjoy a well-deserved vacation.
Taking strength from the deepest part of me, I got up from bed to get a shower, and then go for breakfast, after that I was ready to go to School. It was 6:27 in the morning, the classes began in 33 minutes, I have to go quick if I don't want to be late, the good part is that it is not far from home, and I can go jogging, in the way a meet with Alex and Eric my best friends, they were waiting for me in the School front door.
Alex is an Afro-American a little bit taller than me with cropped hair and a warm face with amber eyes, I got a lot of respect for him because he had defended me when I needed it the most in my first days of school and has gotten in many troubles with me and with Eric. Eric is the troublemaker, he is caucasian with blonde hair a face of a trickster and green eyes, he is almost my size but doesn't reach my ear, it angers him a little, most of the times Alex and I had to get in his troubles to avoid him breaking his bones, but we never got problems with that, because he is the youngest of us three, I consider him a little brother, talking about family, the oldest of us all, is Eliott, my big brother.
Eliott is a very intelligent and considerate person with all, He is taller than me and is an older version of me and a younger one of my dad, but his better trait is his perseverance and compassion, that is why his girlfriend never thinks of leaving him, she would be crazy if she did, also, she lives with us. The day passed slowly as usual and my teacher Melvin always talking crazy shit about Demons and other fantastic things, he looks almost exactly like the Doctor from that old movie, Going back to the future but with a mustache and black hair, the case about what he says is that it would be impossible to meet one, everyone says he is nuts and everything he says is lies, but from a lie, there must be a fraction of truth, I think.

At the end of classes, I said goodbye to Alex and Eric and began walking towards home without thinking that would be my last day of my life... or maybe not...

The story follows the character of Marilin, who must both figure the enigma that is her past, and what this means for her allegiances in the future. Despite her genetically physical frailty, she seeks to gain power through a vessel that will channel her wish to change the world- the Spirit Strider. --- I hope you all enjoy my work. This is a story that I began writing over four years ago in my beginning years of high school, and have cast aside unfinished in the past two years.
