File I-FB18: Facility B-18 Incident
On 12th day of February - year 2289, Facility B-18 has been attacked by the Object K-011, or the Chaos Engine, that went active for unknown reasons while being contained in Chamber 77 of the facility, causing temporal and physical disruptions all throughout the facility. The facility went 100 meters deeper, some areas (sectors, chambers, wings) went missing, the layout of the whole facility were warped and became unrecognizable making rescue efforts difficult, and ultimately impossible. There is an estimate of 126 MIAs personnel, including the Assistant Director Hal’yo Arch, and Captain Stephen Falcore and his Maximum Caution team, and other personnel who aren’t able to exit the facility when it began ‘warping’ during the duration of the Chaos Engine’s active time.
The whereabouts of the two undocumented natives who calls themselves ‘gods’ are still unknown. All MIAs, including the two undocumented natives, were designated as DECEASED.
