The night as it is, Hayato already found the girl that he was looking for. He found Sayuri, lying beside the kitchen counters in her own apartment room.
“So, tell me.. What exactly happened? Why’s everything so messed up in here Hiraka Sayuri? I thought that a girl so reserved as you wouldn’t leave her own room this messy? Heh~” Hayato asked the drunk and dizzy Sayuri while smirking as a sign of mockery. Little did he know that her retaliation would be triple than what he usually do when teasing Sayuri.
“Hayato-chan, you’re cute.. Hehe~” Sayuri told Hayato as she sat up to lean closer to Hayato’s face as well. Well, the drunk Sayuri did.
Hayato, shocked as many people would be, his face flashed pure red after seeing Sayuri’s face closer. He stepped back, losing balance from his squatting position; he fell down to the floor making him seat in an uncomfortable position in front of Sayuri.
“Wha- What the heck do you think you’re doing Hiraka..?!” He answered back. But that didn’t stop Sayuri.
“Remember when you indirectly told me that you came here for revenge specifically to me?” Sayuri continued talking to Hayato, and what’s worse is that she started crawling towards him slowly. In Hayato’s position being creeped out and all, he started crawling away from her.
“What’s that about? Wha… Why the heck are you crawling towards me?!” Hayato answered her as he averted his eyes from Sayuri while crawling away from her.
“Do you even wonder why I started acting rough towards you when we’re in middle school?” Sayuri then again asked another question while continuously doing what they were doing. Crawling backwards and forward until Hayato reached the walls in Sayuri’s kitchen.
“-Crap.. I’m stuck.. What do I do now..?!” Hayato thought as he touched the wall with his back. Sayuri on the other hand, successfully cornered him. Sayuri sat in front of Hayato, afterwards, she leaned closer to him and then she whispered.

“I started to act like that because…” She whispered.
“Wha.. What..?” He responded.
“It’s because I..”
“-What?” Hayato spoke in his mind.
“I….” After a short pause, she spoke again.
“-What? Tell me damn it. Now I’m getting curious.” Hayato, then again spoke in his mind.
“I li-“ She stopped talking. Sayuri suddenly fell down towards Hayato, making her lean in his left shoulder.
“Eh..?” Hayato was surprised of what happened.
“Hiraka? What are you doing?” He asked Sayuri as he held her to make her sit up, but as he held her up, he accidentally touched Sayuri face.
“Wha..?! Sayuri! You have a cold?!” Hayato suddenly blurted out.
“What the heck have you been doing today huh?!” Hayato then again spoke to her.
“So that’s why your face is red. And you stink of beer damn it! What kind of girl are you exactly?!” Hayato complained. But even though he’s complaining, he started to do things he’s unlikely to be doing; unconsciously, he decided to take care of Sayuri for a while. He carried Sayuri inside her bedroom, afterwards he started cleaning her apartment.
“-Good thing there’s no morning lectures for tomorrow..” Hayato says in his mind.
“-But what really matters right now is, I think she has one tomorrow?” Hayato then again says in his mind as he looked at Sayuri.
