After talking at the cafe, the time to go home came. It was already dark. While they were both walking on their way to the apartment, but suddenly due to the darkness of the street, Sayuri accidentally stepped on a lost rock on the road.

Sayuri about to fall, suddenly being grabbed by Hayato in the arm to avoid her from falling and getting hurt, she got surprised. She was then asked by Hayato if she was hurt.

"Are you okay?" Hayato asked, giving out a worried face.

"I... I'm alright. Thank you.." Sayuri told Hayato, a little bit embarrassed and quite blushing.

"Why're you thanking me?" Hayato asked again.

"W-well.. Because you saved-" Sayuri was then about to explain but then, Hayato suddenly reasoned with her.

"It was just my reflexes, I didn't do that on purpose." Hayato told Sayuri in a quite irritated voice.

"O-oh..." Sayuri answered in an embarrassed tone, feeling a little bit pain in her chest.

"-Wha.... What's this feeling....?" Sayuri thought after noticing the squeezing sensation inside her chest.

Time passed as they both walked together on their way home, they arrived at the apartment they're staying at. Meanwhile with Sayuri, as she lay down on her bed, she noticed something.

"-Here I was, feeling down all of a sudden. I.. I guess I anticipated too much..." Sayuri thought as she remembered what happened.

"Anyways.. Is Daisuke-kun really coming back here in Japan?" Sayuri suddenly changing the topic her own mind is set, talked aloud to feel at ease.

The night that Sayuri and Hayato talked passed, leading them onto a new day. It was then the time to go to the university. As she got out of her apartment room there at the same time, Sayuri and Hayato saw each other. Sayuri greeted Hayato for the first time.

"Good morning, Enomoto-kun." Sayuri told Hayato while bowing her head.

"-Wha...?! That's a first....?" Hayato thought as he was surprised with Sayuri's morning greet.

"-What the...?! Why did I greet? We aren't that close anyways..!!" At the same time as she greeted Hayato, she thought of it.

"-For sure, he'll do something weird again......." Sayuri then again thought. But instead of Hayato being mischievous, it turned out to be the complete opposite of his daily teasing routine.

"Hey. Wan't to go together?" He asked Sayuri, seriously.

"Go what?" Sayuri left dumbfounded, answered him a question instead.

"-Wha..?!! WHAT AM I ASKING HER?! Just because we have a bit of a good mood last night! Seriously.." Hayato thought as he was shocked with what came out of his mouth.

"E-eh? What're y-you talking about? A-anyways! I'm going.." Hayato suddenly changing the topic, then left on his way to the university.

"O-okay..." Sayuri bowed.

"-Did... Did he just asked me properly..?" Sayuri left being dumbfounded, then again thought.

"-My heart.. What's this..?" Sayuri thought as she felt a throb inside her chest, a tingling sensation that is.

Afterwards, she got out on her way to the university as well.

Sayuri after arriving into the university, saw Yoko waving at her. And as Sayuri waved back, Yoko was smiling, running closer towards her.

"Good.. Good morning Hiraka-senpai!" She greeted Sayuri.

"Good morning, Kochiyama-san." Sayuri answered her while smiling gently.

"-As expected of Hiraka-senpai! She really is gorgeous as usual!" Yoko thought.

"Well, what is it?" Sayuri asked Yoko.

"Oh.. Umm..." Yoko stuttered.

"-The truth is I just want to be noticed by you! Hiraka-senpai! I want to be your friend!" Yoko thought.

"U-um!! Hiraka-senpai, can you please be my friend?!" Yoko, without thinking, suddenly saying what she really want unintentionally, her pure motive that is..

"-Oh crap..." Yoko thought as she suddenly blurted something out without her conscience.

"Heh.." Sayuri giggled out of amusement towards Yoko.

"Eh?" Yoko said as she became confused with what's happening and why Sayuri was giggling.

"Indeed. You really are interesting Kochiyama-san.. Hehehe!" Sayuri responded to Yoko's reaction while giggling.

"E-ehh??" Yoko said, unable to catch everything Sayuri told her, caused by a sudden shock.

"But the question is, aren't we already friends, Kochiyama-san?" Sayuri told Yoko, giving a calming and gentle smile towards her.

"E-eh?! Really?!" Yoko suddenly bursting out into a big smile.

"Yes." Sayuri then again answered Yoko while giggling.

After the affirmation, they continued talking with each other until each of their first morning periods came. Not knowing, a close relationship grew between them, blooming nice and warm friendship with each other.
